Decent prices for decent food. Service was good but the wait time for a table was long. There are better places to go for food but let's be honest, the whole point of going to a Texas Roadhouse is for the bread.

It's typical "chain steak house" steaks, nothing outstanding. We also had the Cactus Blossom for an appetizer. It was a bit salty. The bread though is always made fresh and is soft, sweet, and moist. It goes well with their cinnamon butter.

You can dine here on a budget as long as you just get one entree and just load up on the bread. No appetizer needed. The food is decent for the price, although it may be either over seasoned or bland. While there's room for improvement, it's an okay place for a quick bite. Not worth an hour wait though, if that's the case, just go somewhere else as you aren't missing anything.

Texas Roadhouse in North Las Vegas hit it out of the park on Saturday night! Thankfully, I paid attention to the wait times when we were driving in after a day of hiking in Zion National Park and put our names on the wait list when we were an hour and ten minutes out. We checked in once we were in the parking lot and were seated within seven minutes.
Thaddeus was a very attentive server, and he took great care of my husband and I! The house salad was fresh and loaded! The steaks were just right, and the wait time to receive our food was short!
The only con was that the music was very loud, so it was hard to hear my hubby. That was literally the only thing that could have been different.
I hands down recommend this location!

I was not feeling like we mattered when asked to stand in line to wait. I am disabled to a degree, hard to stand and breath. Not enough seating to wait 45 min. I had to use the restroom, my party almost didn't get seated because I wasn't there.
Now for the other stuff. Server was Brian! Excellence at its finest from this handsome young man. He was attentive, showed us that he truly care about us. Omg the food was so good. Filling, flavor, & amount, just so good. My friend said this steak was 100% better than the Gordon Ramsey's restaurant downtown Vegas. The frozen lemonades, I can't use the word I want to describe how fricken good they were. The atmospheric energy ⚡ yikes man. I don't know all the employees don't smile more. So many look like they don't want to be there. Grateful I was able to enjoy my time with my friends and family there.

The food was fresh and prepared perfectly.

Delicious Herb Crusted Chicken with mashed potatoes & broccoli. All the food was cooked perfectly & seasoned well. Only problem I had was with a drink I ordered. I asked for a extra shot with my drink and never received it. In fact when I initially ordered it he gave me resistance to ordering it. 🤯 Needless to say I never received it. I was like who's the customer here & give me what the hell I ordered. Geez

Horrible experience asked for medium well steak it was medium but not well got it remade and it still was not well with blood my husband got a medium well steak and in some parts it was ok and the rest was not ok and as he was biting and cutting into his steak getting more into it there was blood dripping off his mouth and onto his plate we told the manager and she totally disregarded his steak and what he said and walked away seemed like she had a attitude and was over the day very rude and unprofessional. What a discovery! We were craving a great piece of meat, and we certainly got that. The meat was deliciously tender, and the sides were top-notch. The service was impeccable and made the experience complete. It was our first visit, but it definitely won’t be our last to Texas Roadhouse!

Pro tip— utilize the “get in line” feature on Google maps to get on the wait list. It was a 40-50 minute wait, but instead of waiting with cranky kids, we used that time to drive. Once we got to the restaurant, we waited less than 10 minutes.

Ordered a medium well steak and got a charred well done steak. I’ve had much better from here but due to it being so busy and loud, I did not say anything.

Our server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. She made rounds regularly, as did the manager.

Music was already loud, but then it was increased. Made it less enjoyable.

The Prime rib they cooked was a perfect medium rare and ironically, it was the best prime rib I’ve ever had. I’ve had steaks all over Vegas and this one was perfect. The service was excellent. The only flaw, it was so cold inside that we couldn’t finish our meal. My wife actually went to the car just to warm up while I paid for the meal. Loved the meal, hated the winter weather.

I haven't been to this restaurant since it's initial opening, which wasn't a great experience. However, thanks to my server Amelia who was providing excellent service it certainly changed my mind. I ordered the potato skins, which were crispy and heavily loaded. The fried chicken salad, which is big enough to share by the way. The rolls were in abundance. I will definitely be back! The main reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the waiter was kind and attentive and was very polite. But, my silverware had dried dishwashing soap. and the mushrooms and onions tasted cold and it had a funny smell (suggest to clean the grill real good). I couldn’t finish it. But again the waiter was kind enough to give me fresh hot ones. 3 stars is reasonable. I wouldn’t give it less than that.

Of all the Texas Roadhouses I've been to, this one has been the best. They treat our military folks really well the staff makes the experience here way better than a lot of establishments! Diana is our favorite server and Ryan is a great manager, checking on us twice, bringing us things himself. On my way out I heard other guests complimenting other wait staff on their superior service, and that just confirmed what I thought. The management must be doing things well here! We will definitely be back!

Our usual experience at Texas
Roadhouse on the East Coast was spoiled by subpar customer service during our recent visit here. In November. The restaurant was bustling with hungry patrons, leading to confusion and loud chatter in the waiting area. Despite the servers' visible efforts, the chaos persisted as they rushed to take orders and set tables. After a considerable wait, we were seated in an unideal location near the drafty entrance.
Unfortunately, our dining experience took a turn for the worse when our waitress confused all four orders, resulting in one dish being sent back for not being the intended filet mignon as ordered. The delayed return of the corrected filet mignon left us disappointed, as our companions had already finished their meals by then. When the manager explained the situation, attributing the appearance of the dish to the filleting process, our dissatisfaction persisted, and while the manager kindly comped the incorrect filet mignon, we were charged for the sides (sweet potato). Our overall impression was marred by the lackluster service and disappointing food quality. This departure from the exemplary Texas Roadhouse experiences we’re used to signifies a need for improved management.
Regrettably, we cannot recommend this location based on our recent visit.

I just moved here from Georgia, this is my first time here and I will be back! I sat at the bar and Alana took care of me. I haven’t had good customer service like this in a long time. The food was a 10/10. The manager even came to the bar to check on the guests. Once I told her how great of an experience I was having and how this is my first time here, she came and brought me a coupon and a bag full of peanuts. This place made me feel at home. Went for their version of the blooming onion. Did not like the seasoning on it or the dip that came with it. Breaded pickles, very thin and over cooked. Husband's steak was excellent. I got the appetizers for my meal. I added no salt but when I got home, all I wanted was water and more water.

Long wait and they won't seat you until your entire party is there (5 were there and we were waiting for 1, lost our table and had to wait another 20 minutes). Appetizer was luke warm and very greasy. Some of the steaks were cold and waitress forgot the added on shrimp for our oldest daughter. Was brought out way after she was done with her steak. Had to ask 4 times for extra bread since the first bread was not enough for 5 people only had 3 pieces. One of the baked potatoes was under cooked it was hard. Asked for manager none came. Hostess had the worst attitude ever I was close to slapping her for he commented when I tried to explain I was handicapped. Won't be back

Great selection, great food! Service could have been better, but to be fair, the restaurant was packed and they were working very hard. Every time we have been to Texas Roadhouse it has been packed, even weeknights. Very popular restaurant!

Our waitress had a bit of an attitude. Some eye rolling went on…but manager apologized and spoke with her.

My husband is former professional chef so he can be picky but not unreasonable in his requests. For example he will send back warm or cold food. When he orders he will specify HOT food, not “under the warmer” food. Most of the time this is no problem but waitress rolled her eyes at him when one appetizer came out lukewarm and he requested a fresh batch (it was the fried pickles, which were delicious I should mention!). Anyway, he requested a manager and manger handled it great, bringing a fresh batch and comping it.

Food was excellent as expected, the bread cannot be beaten! Drinks were mixed perfectly and the steaks cooked to perfection.

Was a bit busy so the service lost a single mark, but overall the waitress was attentive and helpful when she was around.

Would definitely recommend, call ahead and get on the waitlist for quicker seating.

Me and my husband dine in tonight on Nov.12 2024.I ask the manager my husband is a military veteran who went in line at the north Las Vegas around 1:15 pm to get a military coupon for a free veteran meal was turned down to many in line and didn't receive his voucher .My husband called me which I am a supervisor for home Depot.I said what you were there way before 2pm when the restaurant was still giving out.We were very upset even though I ate dinner tonight there they could of least said we will give your husband. A free meal and he showed his veteran id still had him pay.Been living here in Nevada for twelve years now my husband always received his voucher when he was in line.Very disappointing.

A place for celebrations. Several birthday parties occurred in the hour I was there. They bring out a saddle for the birthday person to pose for pictures on, while the staff sings and the whole restaurant yells YEE HAW! at the end.
The portions are large, the honey butter and freshly made dinner rolls are a thing to experience, and the catfish made me happy. They had benches outside to hold the overflow

I showed up to Texas Roadhouse Today at

1380 E Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 for the veterans day voucher and the owner is a total ahole. He starts freaking out at the white dodge ram in front of me and then he starts yelling at me mind you I was just asking a question.

I call back to customer service and drive back to get his name

He tells me it's Sam and he's the owner and to never go back. "Luckily the roadhouse corporate customer service lady was on the line and heard everything".

Miserable person that clearly doesn't give two craps about people or veterans.

Edit fellow veterans told me he acted that way because he felt they might run out of rolls and he's very protective of them like a mother guarding her young.

We had dinner here on Sunday night and was surprised how busy it was around 4pm but still only had to wait 20 min to be seated. Our server Ericka was phenomenal!! She topped up drinks without us even needing to ask, she did her best to get us the best price/combo with what we wanted, she was so nice and attentive, seriously can't say enough about how awesome she was. My husband and I tried this joint for the first time, and it was well worth the wait! We had a lovely server named Kanika; whose performance was great with the tables she was assigned. By chance we saw the saddle brought out for a birthday, and as she walked by us, she asked, “anyone’s birthday over here?”
She had a good spirit for our experience. The bread rolls were fantastic, couldn’t get enough of those. Loved the steak but I wasn’t pleased with the mushrooms I ordered on top. They just had too much seasoning for my liking, and for some reason tasted a tad like shrimp, hah.
I was not much of a fan of the green beans, but the house salad was Devine. It had enough good sauce instead of it being a miserable dry salad.
Kanika had suggested the house salad and the chili because these are dishes that come out before the meal. The chili was really good also, and I’m not much of a chili person.
But what I really enjoyed were those potato skins, yum !!
We’ll definitely be back again ! !

I went for two baked potatoes, and they gave my two potatoes with the stuff separate. They didn't try to cut the potatoes up. Also, I didn't get utensils. Thia is a joke. The bacon, sour cream, and cheese were served for a toddler.

We sat with Ericka tonight and I genuinely believe this was the nicest and most attentive service we have had in Las Vegas.

Everything was amazing! We had a minor issue with call ahead check-in, but the host was able to assist us.

I was not feeling like we mattered when asked to stand in line to wait. I am disabled to a degree, hard to stand and breath. Not enough seating to wait 45 min. I had to use the restroom, my party almost didn't get seated because I wasn't there.
Now for the other stuff. Server was Brian! Excellence at its finest from this handsome young man. He was attentive, showed us that he truly care about us. Omg the food was so good. Filling, flavor, & amount, just so good. My friend said this steak was 100% better than the Gordon Ramsey's restaurant downtown Vegas. The frozen lemonades, I can't use the word I want to describe how fricken good they were. The atmospheric energy ⚡ yikes man. I don't know all the employees don't smile more. So many look like they don't want to be there. Grateful I was able to enjoy my time with my friends and family there.

My family and I always enjoy dining at Texas Roadhouse, and we’ve had many positive experiences. However, during our most recent visit, there were a few aspects that fell short of the usual standard.

While the food was excellent, we noticed the service could have been improved. Additionally, we’ve observed that the restrooms are often not well-maintained. Usually, I avoid them, but on this occasion, my child needed to use the restroom, and unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. There were no toilet seat protectors, and two of the stalls were dirty. Two of your waitstaff were present in the restroom at the time, and one kindly offered to clean a stall, which we appreciated. However, after we waited for her to return with toilet seat protectors, she never did, leaving the issue unresolved.

To add to the discomfort, we overheard them both speaking negatively about the situation, which was both unprofessional and unfortunate. We chose not to escalate this, but it was disappointing. Especially because we were kind enough to tell her that it wouldn’t be necessary, and that we could wait until we made it home. Still, she offered to help but never did.

On a positive note, I would like to commend Vince for his outstanding service. He was attentive and recommended a fantastic drink, which really enhanced our experience.

Moving forward, I hope that more attention can be given to restroom cleanliness and staff professionalism. Clean restrooms are important for guests’ comfort, and when overlooked, it raises concerns about overall sanitation. Despite this, we will continue to dine at Texas Roadhouse, as we believe these are issues that can be addressed.

This place has some of the best steaks around. If you haven't been there you are missing out! Three of us stopped in on the way back home to Pahrump, NV. There was a small issue with our order. A small issue. Danielle ( I do hope I spelled her name right) was amazing and helpful and wonderful. This woman was exceptional. If I still ran a restaurant this is the management I would hire. Danielle not only solved our issue but was polite to my elderly friends and made us feel like family. So my biggest thanks to you, Danielle. And congratulations to the Texas Roadhouse for scooping this woman up as part of their management team. 🥰🤩🎉 Great job.

Unfortunately I had dropped my phone earlier that day and was unable to take pictures of the meals. The food was wonderful and the company.... Out of this world! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

P. S. This place is busy for a reason be prepared for a crowd.

Great selection of delicious steaks. I was surprised to see eggs and cheese in my house salad. Country music was playing while dining. The honey cinnamon butter served with the house rolls was excellent. Very fast and friendly service. The steaks were perfectly cooked to order. We tried three types: sirloin, New York and ribeye. Just yummm! The Texas chili properly had no beans, Terlingua-style. The corn was delicious! The french fries were really good, too. Nothing we were served was bad. Overall, an excellent experience. We look forward to returning for their $11.99 special dinners between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. They do a big YEHAW for anybody's birthday and also bring out a saddle mounted to a high chair for people to sit on. It's all rather very silly and fun.
