Every time I come here, I’ve noticed the cashiers are not friendly to others outside of their own race/ethnicity. The cashiers are mute and will not say one word to other race/ethnic groups, leaving you to feel as if you just left another planet. Please educate staff on how to have integrity, compassion, and how to implement great customer service to everyone. I would love to see this the next time I come back, thanks.

Had the worst experience at this location. I went to the area where they have the masa for the tamales and they did not want to sell me 2lbs worth of masa. The manager was rude and did not provide her name and went as far to call security.

All I did was ask for 2lbs of masa, which I was denied and when I asked for the manager's name, she ignored me, called for security, and the employee, Jessica Carmona, shook her head no when I ask for their manager's name.

This incident occurred on December 30, 2024 around @7pm.

Great produce selection as well as awesome prices.... i go here at least once a week. It's one of the few places i can still get a few bags of groceries for $20 or less! Love Love Love La Bonita... also the shopping ctr. While not the safest in general and is not the prettiest, there's lots of security, and i can hit Starbucks, or get an ice cream, return amazon items at the ups store, fill my alkaline water jugs at 7 Agua, buy my vape at the smoke shop and get my groceries all from one parking spot- liquor store right there too if you drink... oh! And my bank is in the same lot. Just a really convenient shopping center!

We went shopping yesterday at this store for the first time. And i must say i was extremely happy.. Everything was fully stocked on the shelves. The produce was beautifully arranged, so fresh and well kept..They have a wonderful assortment of pinatas for parties.. And the tortillas and bakery section smells so yummy.. ✨⭐everything you need is at this store. The liquor dept. Is fully stocked and the meat selection is incredible. They also prepare hot food. And lots of different salsas and seafood salads. The customer service is very welcoming and inviting.. I love this store.. 💜❤💜great job La Bonita Market!

The staff is very rude. They roll their eyes at check out.
Also the Hispanic older manger ( she is short ) that works morning shift eye balls me the entire time I am in the store.

I have spoke to her and let her know I feel uncomfortable with her doing this and I want to feel comfortable shopping at my local grocery store. The issue continues.

The last time I went she learned inwards towards my shopping cart & I asked if I could help her. She replied with “ PERDON “ in a very stern manner.

Currently looking into contacting cooperate to report her.

This store is openly racist and they don’t care . Three times I have been to this store and get treated the same way by all the workers but no worries I will not be back. I will drive the extra miles to El Super where they treat me like a human being . The people in the carniceria purposely will skip over me even when they call my number and show them my number they will go out of their way to help the people who look hispanic and then laugh about it when I question them as to why they skip me to assist someone who came well after me . They only finally gave me service when I started talking Spanish and then they realize omg she speaks Spanish , I get the same reaction when I try to order food from the women and then they act as if they can’t speak to me whether I am speaking English or Spanish . I acknowledge the cashiers at checkout and they just simply
ignore me and completely rude but yet they are so friendly to anybody who “looks” hispanic . I ask the store clerks for help and I am always ignored but yet they will help every one else who shares the same skin complexion as they do . I asked in English yesterday to speak to a manager after I was once again skipped over , they said in Spanish to each other as they were laughing “oh she wants to speak with a manager oh I am scared “ and started laughing so once again when I let them know in Spanish that I knew what they said the older gentleman stopped laughing and rudely started to help me with my meat order. Just because a person is not hispanic or you think that they are not due to their complexion you might want to treat everybody with human respect regardless of their race , because if I ever decide to step foot back in the store and this happens again (because I know it will ) I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit .

El peor lugar para comer ! He tenido la oportunidad de comer en algunas cosinas de la bonita ( lake mead y McDaniels , flamingo y rainbow y otras más ) en realidad en algunas está muy buena la comida , en la mayoría está muy comestible, al menos con hambre está pasable , pero en la de las Vegas Blvd y Belmont ! Esta horrible 😞 simplemente no se puede comer , además las personas que trabajan ahí no son nada amables , les falta mucho pero mucho servicio al cliente , ojalá le pudieran algo de atención, porque aunque es pequeño, si va mucha gente , aunque la cosina casi siempre está vacía y ahora entiendo muy bien porque .

Vengo a esta tienda porque está bien surtida manejo 1 hora 30 minutos para comprar mi despensa ya que vivo fuera de las Vegas,pero el servicio al cliente es tan malo que estoy considerando que ya no vale la pena seguí manejando tanto tiempo por tan mal servicio al cliente los carniceros no saben lo que venden son cubanos si digo “diezmillo” no saben que es y se molestan por ser ignorantes y no es por discriminar a los cubanos hay muchos muy buenos pero non su mayoría la gente de cuba es floja no sabe trabajar y vamos que van a saber ellos de carne de res si en su país matar una vaca es más delito que matar a una persona ,la panadería pregunto de que son las empanadas que están detrás de la vitrina porque obviamente no puedo saber de que sabor son no ponen nombres y aún no desarrollo la vista para ver dentro de ellas,pero en fin las panaderas se enojan si pregunto de que sabor son,las cajeras tienen cara de qlo el otro día vi a una peleando con un cliente solo porque no contó bien el dinero,si van a trabajar échenle ganas si quieren seguir siendo el centro de distribución de alimentos para muchas familias pongan buena cara atiendan bien que es un trabajo y para eso se trabaja el producto de calidad lo tienen solo faltan sus empleados 👍🏽

My advice is always check your receipt. I got chicken picado that was $2.43 but was charged $15.60 im not sure how that happened luckily I checked my receipt while walking out and they fixed it right away. The store was clean and employees were very friendly.

I love this place. They have a very good selection of fruits and vegetables at a very good price, not to mention they are the best around that I have seen so far. The food is good too, although they get my order wrong a lot it is still good. That is the only thing that bothers me because if I don’t eat pork and you ask for chicken it can really mess up your day, especially if it is to go and you find out when you are miles away from them. I have had to waste pork tamales because they weren’t the chicken ones I could eat.

I order pickup from here quite often. They always text me when anything is out of stock and provide alternative options directly instead of like other stores that just say they are out of stock. This is the cleanest and neatest store in this area. Much neater and cleaner then every other store. The employee's are always around cleaning and helping. Very nice at the checkout. A wonderful meat counter with many butchers.

There are some pretty good deals here. Not on everything. But just the produce section alone is enough to make the trip. They have some really great deals on produce. You can save a lot by getting your produce here. Every little bit helps. Especially lately. They have great customer service as well. They are very nice and helpful.
