This company is great. I ordered two Zippos engraved with some pretty intricate military stuff and although my order was on time. I only got half of it. As soon as I contacted them, they started two new ones and engraved them/shipped them at no charge.

Rarely do companies own up and take care of the customer to the level they took care of me and I couldn't be happier. I will be returning for all of my needs!

The women who run this business are fantastic. I had a very specific special order that I needed done in less than a day and it turned out perfectly. They are prompt, do excellent work, and have great customer service.

The team at Artistic Touch did a great job for our event- we gave them 90 wine goblets to engrave our company logo. Their work was very detailed and completed prior to the due date. Everyone at the event loved their souvenir goblets! Thanks Marylou.

Lazer Ladies is always on top of it and making my plaque dreams come true! I've gotten couple of plaques from them and I have yet to be disappointed. These ladies are masters of their craft and i would recommend them over and over again. Today i needed a pretty large plaque, I contacted them around 9am and they had it done by 1pm. Couldnt ask for better customer service. Thank you ladies for everything!
