The staff here is friendly, helpful and welcoming . The store has up to 70% off that’s super good. The quality of the product is good for the value especially in this store . They welcome dogs 🐕. We usually take my dog on trips so that’s just an added bonus . The place is spotless including the bathrooms . They have a huge parking 🅿️ lot so that is not an issue .

This store is generally nice but ruined for me by the fact that they are tying to sell damaged returns. Yes, they are 70% off but mixed with new clothes. On our last visit we saw two completely pilled sweaters clearly worn and washed - probably many times, a shirt with dirt, and one with what looked like oil stains. The clothes in Goodwill aren't even damaged like some of these.

I went to the outlet store in Hampton, NH after work last week and was pleasantly surprised to find an anorak jacket that I had been looking at on-line. I also needed to return two anorak jackets - hit the wrong button with the incorrect sizes when I ordered them on-line. Wendy, the woman that assisted me could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. She made suggestions as to what I might like, she looked for my correct size and she handled my return professionally and graciously with a smile on her face the entire time. It's so nice to interact with an employee of an establishment that loves what they do and more importantly goes out of their way to assist a customer. It's a rarity post covid, in particular. That's the level of customer service that will bring me back to your store time and time again. Wendy should serve as the benchmark to how you evaluate other staff.

LL BEAN outlet in No Hampton NH is a great place to find high quality staples at reduced prices. I bought TWO new coats, which felt excessive, but they were on dramatic discount and I truly hope to never have to buy a winter coat again. I do believe in the quality of their products. I also frequent the store for bedding as their sheets are the best!!

I found exactly what I was looking for at this store! The flannel shirt selection for women was outstanding. The price was reasonable and the quality meets my expectations. Our sales rep was Noah who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Decent selection and some good finds but be aware that returns may be brought here and sold. I bought a flannel that I was excited about but when I found a hole after wearing twice I brought it back and they said a hole was an exception and no returns. So either something happened to the shirt before I got it or the quality just isn't as good as I'd hoped and two wearings made a hole, but I'm disappointed in the response after such a short time having the item.

Stopped in 45 minutes before closing. I am short, so I couldn't reach the higher racks well for clothing. Noah came over & offered his assistance. I couldn't believe the customer service I was receiving. I told Noah my size & what I was looking for in sweaters. He went to the racks & picked out various styles for me. Noah was so friendly & told me I didn't have to rush shopping since he was there until after closing. I felt so respected & appreciated as a customer. Unfortunately you do not see this level of customer service today. Noah is a real gem.

There's a reason these outlet stores are empty - the prices are outrageous, the selection is fuddy-duddy. Go buy a $25 water bottle, or something overpriced by $20 but now $5 off. LLBean is a horrible company riding a name, and don't sign up for their promotions, you'll get two pieces of paper mail spam for the rest of your life.

Outstanding customer service on Black Friday! We were looking for a saddle color, 850 hooded down jacket in size medium. They did not have our size in the store. I like LL Bean. What else can I say? They have a petites' section. Every spring/summer I stop by and browse for gear that I seldom use, except for the shoes...flip flops, water shoes, sneakers, slip ons and so on. The footwear I use all the time. Sometimes, I find a scuff mark or something and ask for any discount I can get, and they usually oblige. I walk in avoiding something and leave productive.

Employees raised their voice at me and spoke in a slow and what felt like a demeaning tone. I felt Spoken down to and humiliated while other employees watched with no action. I am not Caucasian and felt singled out from a long line of customers. The way I was spoken too and treated was on the extreme opposite from the rest of the customers. I left embarrassed and full of tears. The experience was so unnecessary and unforgiving.
