This Dunkin is so so. It's always really busy, which would be fine if they were efficient, but the staff is so slow. If you think parking and getting off to order will get you your iced coffee faster, you would be wrong. There's nothing wrong with the actual coffee and food though. 3/3.5 stars.

Very busy! They seem short on help. There is a sign on the door saying "Drive thru only due to staffing issues.", yet, you can enter to order from the counter or pick up online orders.
My order was half ready. To make up for the wait, I was given twice the amount of Munchkins I ordered. Nice 👍.
Only issue, a girl behind the counter said the "f-bomb" and "G- d-it" while complaining that the bacon 🥓 wasn't cooked correctly. I understand they are under a lot of stress, but, be careful with the language.
Place looks in good shape. Facemasks required to enter.
I've been back twice and it's better.

This store is a joke. Just went through the drive thru & while the girl was taking our order she was laughing & messing around with her coworker. bro do i have to go inside and show you how to make the drinks? every time i go to this dunks it's like a 10-30 minute wait even without a line when I order 2 basic drinks from the menu. Hire new staff and pay them better so they actually have a reason to keep their jobs.

The service is always quick and my order is never wrong so I give it stars for that. However, half the staff are miserable and half are great. Guess that’s just kind of par for the course though. Don’t love that they prioritize all drive through orders before in-store orders but maybe that’s how they all do it

I think she was the manager. Very rude older woman with dark hair and glasses. Using profanity the entire time. Saying she is tired of this f-ing place, she needs to get the f@ck out of there. A younger lady was telling me they were out of something I had ordered at the kiosk, this rude woman cut her off and said “ you need to pick something else now”. I asked her why she was cutting the other employee off and she walked away saying ‘“ these f-ing people “. I get that it’s hard to find employees right now, but she needs to go. It was clear to see that her negativity and language was making the entire staff uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Went through the drive thru around 5:30pm 10/7/22 wearing a mask. The older male cashier stood next to the open drive thru window openly mocking us to his coworker "HEY PEOPLE STILL THINK COVIDS A THING! HAHA" over and over again. I am getting married in 1 week and have some immunocompromised grandparents coming so we are trying to be careful, one relative already had to back out because he got covid on 9/29/22. I understand cashiers don't owe us a fake happy attitude, but openly mocking us with us there was unnecessary. Drive thru order #3758

Got a mobile to go order and went through drive thru. There was 6 cars ahead of me so you would think your order would be ready especially since it was ordered on the app at least 15 minutes ahead of time and got to drive thru window and they hadn't even started it. I ordered a caramel latte and a regular coffee. I got the coffee and instead of a caramel latte I got another coffee with caramel mixed in after waiting now at least 25 minutes in line. I threw it out and went to a Dunkin who knows what a Latte is because this one didn't. Will avoid this Dunkin.

Front lady wasn't very friendly but they were quick with our order. Kind of shocked we spent almost 19$ on two coffees and 4 wraps. Went back to our hotel and realized she put 8 espresso shots in my coffee! I didn't even ask for espresso at all! 🤯😵‍💫😳

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ in the state of New Hampshire. They only take one car at a time, meaning they take the customer’s order they get them to the window give them their food and then they take the next customer’s order. We sit waiting 10 to 15 minutes sometimes in the drive-through just trying to place an order and then another five minutes waiting at the window for our food. This place is awful avoid at all costs.

9:35 am. Walked in- was told” sorry no counter service” a group of 7 are seated at a table with coffee. I said so “I need to go outside and go through the drive-in to get a coffee?” Was told yes… by the 3 people working behind the “ closed” counter.

I just walked into Dunkin’ Donuts to buy 2 items because the drive thru line was too long. There were 5 different people in line before me not wearing masks! The first one left and shouted rude obscenities to a few customers who were wearing masks. Which made the other four cheer him on. I spoke to manager and she said she can’t enforce it. I will never go to Duncan’s again!

Best dunks ever!! I started going here daily when I recently moved to north hampton a few months ago. What an awesome and friendly crew! This is the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I went through their drive through around 4:45pm when the latte special was going on. I get up to the window and the lady is super rude to me as she rings in full price for the latte and proceeds to tell me that the special doesn’t include signature lattes and says oh well to me. I didn’t know that the special didn’t include the signature lattes and I was going to pay the full price but she was so rude to me, I just couldn’t and told the woman never mind and left and went to another Dunkin’s where they were very polite.

Came by just looking for a nice large ice coffee and got much more than I expected.
The store was very bright and cheerful and very clean and well kept.
The nice young lady that waited on me had a sparkling personality was very polite and attentive to my order and my request and made a great cup of coffee that left me wanting more.
I would have to say is one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had in all of my times coming to various Dunkin Donuts stores over the years.
Her name was Melissa and she was very outgoing and had a great sparkling personality and was very enjoyable to interact with. She made a fantastic iced coffee just the way I like it.
I had ordered a large iced coffee with extra sugar dark roast with a turbo shot.
She nailed it! Delicious!
I have only been to this location a handful of times over the years but I will continue now to make this a more frequent stop thanks to the excellent service I received here today.
