There is an older blond haired cashier that gives myself and other customers a very hard time when we return something with a receipt and Marshalls tags attached. On numerous occasions as well as with other clusters she declines returns with receipts and Marshalls tags attached, un worn and in sellable condition. Her reasoning is that Marshalls Hampton only takes returns within 30 days. She told me to go to another Marshals to do my return in front of other customers. The other customers heard her and as I was leaving another customer told me she has had problems returning things with Marshalls tags attached and reviews from this same cashier. We have spoken to the a manager who always approves our returns but we should not have to go through the nastiness of this one cashier. In all the stores I have been in I have never dealt with such a rude disrespectful cashier. It’s upsetting and as I have said other customers have said the same thing. Together myself and another customer approached a manager regarding this cashier’s behavior. She was nice I just don’t think this cashier listens to her.

The nicest people there. They seem to genuinely like working with each other, which is nice. A bit crowded with all the stuff everywhere but I always end up finding exactly what I need. It’s great having this spot just around the corner because I’m here at least once a week

I can generally find something to suit my needs in this store. It is always clean and never crowded.
The thing I hate is the parent corporate policy of pushing the TJX card so aggressively. Money is tight for many right now. Your employees are doing their jobs, indeed. Sucks that it takes away from a five-star experience!

Carl was extremely pleasant and was very careful with my merchandise. I purchased a roaster pan for over $100.00 and he carefully wrapped it with paper and bagged it separately from my clothing. He also was one of the few if not the only person who was considerate enough to fold my clothing and not wad it in a ball. Great job Carl!

Great place to shop if looking for high end clothes or house items for an actual cheap and affordable price. The staff is superb and very kind. Also if youre looking for new snacks to try out definitely the place to go for sure. Always new stuff here and it's always nice to see what's new in store.

Store was great Portsmouth NH location, wide selection of product, great Clearance deals . Unlike there Epping NH location, now that place seems like they get all the other stores throw aways. Do your self a favor Shop any other Marshall's not Epping NH. You go there you feel like ( WOW ) waste of a trip there!!

Marshall's shopping is always a fun exploration experience. They explained the shoes and pets aisles, but there's fewer housewares. Expect to spend over $3.99 on any one item.

Carl was extremely pleasant and was very careful with my merchandise. I purchased a roaster pan for over $100.00 and he carefully wrapped it with paper and bagged it separately from my clothing. The men's section varies, they seemingly only carry skinny jeans & slim fit pants. The cashiers have always been friendly but some of the people on the floor can be hit or miss, they usually just buzz around and it's hard to tell if they're employees or customers.
