Earlier today I went to Walgreens for laundry detergent since it is close to my laundromat. Checked my account later, and I was charged 4 separate times. I contacted the store, they said to come in and they could fix it. Upon arrival they asked me for the items in order to give me a return which didn’t make sense because I didn’t purchase the amount of products. The cashier was extremely rude and I asked for a manager whom was not in a gentlemen helped me by calling his manager. The manager stated by Wednesday I should have the funds in my account and that it happens sometimes. I guess when it’s not your money the care for it to be returned is not there. I will not be returning to this location and they should fix their technical and attitude issues.

Rude and misleading on purpose! My Carlstadt Walgreens was out of the medicine I called North Arlington branch today 11/14 a woman answered I told her my carlstadt Walgreens is out and can see if you have the inhaler in stock, she rudely said well how would I know what it’s called, I replied can’t you look it up ?? She looked and said nope we don’t have that I said can you check what location has it, she replied yes, then said Belleville location on Washington Ave has a large amount do you want their number I said yes please. I call the number she provides and tell them to fill it there. We head to Belleville tonight, they have no idea what’s going on they said they don’t have it….they checked and Lodi Walgreens had it and had to fill it there, she purposely gave me the wrong #. I spent two hours back and fourth in traffic and waiting for an inhaler that’s important! If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on customers go to a farm and talk to animals!

I went to Walgreens in Ridge Rd North Arlington NJ Sunday 12/4/22 around 1:30 pm for flu vaccine. The male pharmacist on duty does not know how to give a shot. First of all , he opened the sharp container after putting on his gloves( he just contaminated his gloved hands). He cleaned the area (left arm)but he did not pull the skin tight around the injection area before administering the shot. He inserted the needle and less than halfway of the injection, he withdrew the needle and told me he has to reinsert the needle again cause I was moving. If I was moving ( as he claimed)he should have told me to stop moving and not withdraw the needle in the middle of the injection. My husband was looking at me while the injection was being administered and he did not noticed me moving at all. This pharmacist should not be giving injections. I told him I don’t want to be poked again. And I told him that I’m a nurse for 40 years and I know the proper technique in giving injections. 👎👎👎

On 06/03/21: I went to this location to buy a specific product, (which was marked down with a yellow tag), at the cash register Anthony type the regular price, I mentioned the change to him.
After calling his Manager Gal, (which he went to verify, the price at the aisle & made the correction), while I was waiting at the register. He took to long to return, so I went to go get him & I saw him modified other prices.
Finally, Anthony charge me the correct price & told me : no receipt in paper but I will emailed you the receipt. Until today (07/13/21), no receipt was emailed to me & none in my Spam.
I am very disappointed from these employees! 😞

They are always pretty nicely stocked. The employees can be more friendy. I usually go to cvs but every now and then i check walgreens out. The few times i have came here i have gotten attitude from two employees on different occasions. One day my card declined and i was off a few cents so i asked to take one item out. She made it seem like it was a hugeee deal. She said shell have to start over again and i said ok no problem and then she called the manager to override . Then she said again “soo ill have to redo everything again” . I said
Ok no problem??? Do what you need to
Do then. I just didnt see why she had to keep saying it and i can tell she didnt feel like doing all that which i only had like 3 items maybe 4 tops and that is not alot at all. She must have been discouraged with the line but i work in customer service and that does not fly with me.

Racist old lady in there.. when in to buy a kids medicine and ask me if I was over 40.. how st**** do she sounds. Also a wannabe manager who looks about 20 telling me she s right. This is why store like this shut down because of st**** people who work there manager acting like she has a bachelors degree listen you only a manager here because you re treated like a pet. You do everything your superiors tell you to do

I just want to reach whoever is in charge of the Walgreens on Ridge Rd in North Arlington. There s a man with a religious tattoo of a cross on his left arm, he really REALLY helped me in the photo department today around 1:30pm. I need this man to get service excellence recognition for his patience and stellar customer service! I love this Walgreens !

I purchased a few back to school items this morning and the prices were ringing up regular prices. Not on sale. The cashier called someone to help me. Didnt get his name But what a great employer!!! He was so patient and helpful!!! Really nice!! The cashier was friendly too!!

Called a Sunday morning 2x for the Pharmacy it was 9:20 am, Woman answered phone both times and put me on hold never picked up again?! Lousy service. Special note; I know this woman was not a Pharmacist! Someone else affiliated with the store!

They treat you like a criminal here. Every time I go to buy baby formula, they always grab it and bring it up to the register. Mind you, they don t do this for any other product, they just want to make sure you don t steal the items. I find it appalling that every person who wants to buy baby formula is already treated like a theft-in-process suspect. Should show more respect, otherwise grab all of the other items in my hand and walk that to the register as well.

I had been filling my prescription at the CVS and always encountered lines when picking up - and I mean LONG lines. Also, the cars racing through the parking lot (motorists taking short-cuts) was always unpleasant to encounter. Lastly, the Pharmacy staff was not available at the posted morning opening time. So, I decided to move my prescription to Wallgreens - AND NEVER LOOKED BACK! I think the Pharmacy staff is top-notch! As example, a family member has to give himself injections, and suddenly the syringes prescribed looked a LOT different. At CVS they got all defensive, showing they filled the prescription as written, not even listening to the issue.....why did they look so different? Before calling the physician...... ...we strolled down to Walgreens and the pharmacist on duty immediately explained the syringe was from the same vendor, but a new design, and in her opinion, an improved design. She even demonstrated why! He moved HIS prescriptions over Walgreens too. Non-Pharmacy store personnel are always helpful.
