Food was good, but I wasn't able to eat comfortably because flies were over my food, dining area need to be clean, the restroom as well because floor was wet and slippery specially around the toilet which is disgusting and dangerous to walk over it.

Have been coming here for years. Rarely got the order right. Last time I ordered fries and they gave me rice & beans instead. Today they completely left my fries and coleslaw out, and I found out only when I got home. Unless you are going to take out and check the boxes one by one, just go to another Popeyes. If it happened only 1 time that’s understandable. But, 5 times in a row, no way! And the wait is too long!

Food is fine though. Just the service sucks.

Love that this location takes Covid seriously. They have contact-free hand sanitizer dispenser by the door, shields by the registers and no contact pass over of the food from staff to customer buy use of a basket. As of this writing, its takeout and delivery only. They are also only accept exact change or credit cards as payment. You can order via they app and you should because they have a number of offers but I hate that online orders are never ready. Today's order didn't even start until I got there. They seemingly didn't even know I placed a pickup order until I arrived and asked for it. The Spicy chicken sandwich is still very delicious. The fries are always over seasoned and very salty, so skip that. Overall, I like Poyeyes but I wish they were run more efficiently or at least have orders ready on time.

*update Nov 2022, they still never get my order right, 2 years later still they lie on spicy vs regular…Every time I order spicy chicken they give me regular, 3 times in a row... I will never buy from them again.. 6 month later today i decided to give them a chance.. nothing improved... no spicy chicken available and no dark meat either, i went straight to Wendy’s... NEVER EVER AGAIN...

Waited 20 mins for 3 sandwiches and a large fries with biscuits . Saw my food came out 10 mins ago . just sitting there, they did not care about it until i did make a complaint when the person who ordered after me got their food first . Management is at the worst stage in this popeyes . My order number was #52 and the worker's excuse was " uber driver been waiting for 1 hr " i personally runs restaurant and i know how quickly order comes in through the system and there are plenty of time until driver gets there . Not even saying sorry for the delay . straight up excuses and tells me i will make it again if it's cold . I wanted to refund but as business point of view i just took it and decided to leave a review for the owner to acknowledge the problem in the store . Fast food restaurant that's slower then regular restaurant pulling out orders this late is a hugh problem . i will go file a complaint to cooperation as well

Normally I'd have horrible experiences here, but the last 5 times I've been through that drive through has been quick and efficient. While that last time they botched my order, I went in and they immediately replaced it. The food had been PHENOMENAL... almost like what you'd think those commercials meals would take like on the TV. From the wings to the bacon chicken sandwich, fresh, crispy, juicy, and mouth wateringly delicious. Keep up the good work, don't know what changed but I'm glad it did! One word of caution, don't expect this greatness to sound as I described if you order delivery. YOU MUST GO IN PERSON FOR THAT HIGH QUALITY FOOD.

The staff sounded like they had an attitude from the start, was very impatient, and took a long time to get the food out even though I did not order a lot. And even though they took long as if they were making it fresh, the food was cold. Cold, dry, and somehow still crunchy? And stingy with the sauce. I was only allowed to have 1 sauce for a large fry. Why do they think that’s enough? And honestly I would’ve been able to see through those factors if the food was at least tasty. Not only was it dry and had horrible texture, but it didn’t taste right either. If I taste tested it before driving off it would’ve been fine to politely ask them to change it but it was already too late

Portions/pieces were too small than usually seen as wings. Asked for gravy with biscuits, packet handed out in closed condition, when opened in house, found graoe jelly packets instead of gravy. Grape jelly is useless for me, a diabetic. The server should have shown items goibg into the packet, before closing it.

Really bad experience this is my second time at there drive through first time they didn't put the side other from the family meal I was getting at the time and rush me they didn't even ask me what kind of meat I wanted etc.......today was the worse we came after a baseball game that we won. As soon as I got to the drive through I was asking my dad and my boys what did they wanted the cashier heard me and wanted me to order what I was debating with my family what to other very rudely rushing me to finish the other. My dad was going to his house so we were debating to other a family meal or individual two pieces meals. He was constantly rude contradicting everything we were trying to decided to buy cheaper for us for the same price. But the cashier was very awful. At the end we end it up getting 2 pieces with a side other each person , but he didn't ask us for dark meat or white meat, mild or spicy. I won't recommend at all to go to the Popeyes. And the side oders are super tiny.

Smaller than usual Popeyes with limited dining space. However, every table cleared up by the time I received my food. I even got a bit more extra chicken than I asked for. Happy with their service and good tasting food.

This place is horrible. The cashier said your meal comes with 3 sides and I asked for Mac and cheese and mash potatoes and they said they only have fries so why you didn’t say that. Then my meals came with 3 drink and I ask them for it and they said we don’t have any cups. No sauces, no drinks and stuck with fries only as sides.

They can't seem to fill online orders properly. One time we ordered dark and got white meat. This last time we ordered spicy and got mild. Also, food is delivered cold.

Edit, a year later decided to try them again and still can’t get the orders correct. I am done with this horrible place.

VERY NASTY imagine telling me you don’t this and this and when I ask what’s to replace he tells me I’m taking to much time at drive thru and need to come in when I told the idiot I have my family with me. Than tells me to wait infront for food and I did for a longer than should have been waited time. I don’t know how a national chain like this has 10:30am listed as the opening time, meanwhile it’s 10:42am and the doors are still locked. Talk about terrible management. Won’t be coming back here. If they can’t manage to open on time, imagine what else they mismanage here.

First and final. I was told many times how great the food is 😮 wow, I’m surprised the manager allowed food like that to go out. The person at the window was nice but I was just there to pick up food to eat not make a friend 😅 the food was horrible. My girlfriend and I have a rating system and she’s usually pretty lenient on her rating and she said a 1 out of 10. Typically a 7 is bad but she went there 😳 I couldn’t disagree with her because I’m usually the more harsher rater. 😟👎Mac cheese was not cheesy, burned cheese that was water down . Chicken had no seasoning. Teaspoon of mash potatoes. Dissatisfied. Don’t recommend this location and food.

This Has to be the worst Popeyes I have ever been to, the last three times I went to the drive-through first they couldn’t find my order, second after getting it they tell me I have to wait at least 6 to 10 minutes and then when I tell them OK he surprisingly replied serious are you going to wait!? then you’re gonna have to park and come inside the store and when I told him to cancel the order then he told me that he could not do it and then I’ll have to call Popeyes and do it myself why should I have to go through all this trouble for nothing!?
