I expected atomic to be at par with Blazin from Buffalo Wild Wings when it comes to the heat but unfortunately fell way short. However, the dry rubs of lemon pepper and Louisiana hot flavors were really good!

The place itself was empty and seems to more active for takeout but the tables and bathrooms were extremely clean

It is sad when you have your mouth set for something only to be disappointed after spending your money. I ordered the combo and my fries were definitely old. They are so hard and dried out if your teeth were loose they would have fallen out. The chicken was decent. I can't even continue this review since I am sitting at work upset and hungry.

I'm a wings fan, I appreciate the flavor of good and tasty wings and this specific location always offers 0pretty well prepared chicken wings.

Our favorites are the spicy habanero and lemon😋, but you can try all flavors and sauces that they offer.

We ordered to delivery service and was fast, and well packaged, the food arrived warm despite the distance, that's an extra point.

I hope we can visit the restaurant to eat in there.

Pleasantly surprised for the first time having Wingstop. Louisiana Voodoo fries (?) were really good. We also had lemon pepper wings, buffalo wings, mango habanero wings, and fried corn. Lemon pepper and mango habanero were really good! The mango habanero wings definitely have a kick to them. Buffalo wings were just ok. I really wish the wings were a tiny bit bigger as they were too tiny and a bit dry. The fried corn is worth trying if you’re a corn lover like me!

The food was good. I Got the 8pc combo, classic, with hickory smoked barbecue flavoring. Food was good but the guys working there took their sweet time. The cashier working there was on his phone, not even at the register, waited 15 minutes just for them to take my order. When the cashier came back, it took them around 5 minutes to give me my food, atmosphere was nothing special, mid performance overall.

My second visit to this store. I was here at 11pm I was told I could not place a order because they are short staffed. The woman explained that they are only taking online orders and anyone with cash cannot order. Not a good way to run a business. Imagine how many cash orders they are not fulfilling per week. Time to find another place. I don’t believe the owner is aware of this practice here

Everyone changed and so did the service. Everything was great. The orders came out fast. Roberson was my cashier. He was extremely polite and friendly. The only reason I came back was because my son asked me too.
I will start coming back here again.

This is the worst wing stop I have ever been to. The cashier gave me a FAKE twenty dollar bill and the refused to take it back when I came back to complain. The manager took my name in did nothing and it’s been months. The online services don’t work properly, the staff is not attentive, the foods takes at least 20 minutes not matter what you get, I was charged only FOUR times for a purchase that was they said they never received, so I have four charges on my card and no food. Most incompetent staff, the 7/11 next door better staff and food.

I purchased from your establishment via delivery on Thursday. My delivery came incomplete. I called your establishment and spoke to Adrian who told me Gary the manager would refund me. He told me I would receive a call the next day to confirm. After two days I did not hear back nor did I see the refund. I called the store to speak with a manager to Tanisha picked up. She said she was the manager and that she was the only one working and would not refund me. I asked for district manager‘s number or regional in which she said they won’t do anything for me. She then use derogatory and discriminatory statements and hung the phone up on me. I was so taken aback that I called back and as does she actually mean to use those statements and to hang up on a customer? She said yes and hung up. I am disgusted by the service and the type of person you have managing that location. She doubled down on her nasty behavior and did not want to provide at least minimal good service. $70 spent. Last time. This “manager” sounded as if she hadn’t passed the 6th grade. Idiot

I don't mind waiting. But the absolute disrespectful attitude of the main person there was unacceptable. He yelled at several people while ordering. He berated anyone who asked for the eta of their food.

Sadly the coworkers are working in a very environment and give awkward excused looks as their boss is yelling everyone.

I am sure the person and team are under stress on a Friday night. But his team is calm and cool. And this person is so disrespectfully speaking with a curt and hardy tone.

I will not be going back to this location and hope that wingstop does a better job finding better people to work in their locations.

I never write reviews bc I feel like it’s not worth the energy, until now. Probably the worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. Made an order to pickup and upon arrival had to wait an hour for my food, yes, AN HOUR for a 15 piece. That didn’t even bother me as much as the attitude from the staff when asking about my order, no apology but instead an attitude bc they don’t wanna work maybe?

Not even as a customer but as someone who also works in a restaurant, I know I’d DEFINITELY get fired if I gave a customer that kind of attitude and mocked them for politely asking about it even though I could’ve reacted much different

If i could give zero stars, I would. This location is terrible. They do not take any pride at all in the quality or presentation of the food they are serving. I ordered twice in the same day as my first order was incorrect. I spoke with an associate to ensure items were available before reordering and placed a second order which was also incorrect. The first time i thought it was an accident, the second time I can see that it is a service issue. Won’t return to this location.

I warn you not to order from this location on Uber Eats or any delivery platform. I spent $$$$ on this place and the food arrived cold and ROCK HARD. The chicken couldn’t even be bitten into. I called and they said I’d have to contact Uber to get a refund and couldn’t send a new order because they don’t offer delivery. I’ve never experienced this kind of service or horrible quality. White Castle would’ve been a better option.

I've had wingstop a few times at the Paterson location. They were great! I decided to try the north bergen location as I was in that location.

The person that took my order was pleasant and helpful, however the food took approximately 35 minutes to be prepared. One of the workers had a horrible attitude (not to me) but towards customers asking questions.

The overall quality is close to the same as Paterson.

One would think that a chain that specializes in one single product would have it down to a science. The wings were terrible. The chicken tenders were somewhat edible but I would repeat neither. The fries were terrible. The entire order was so bad it was upsetting. I could only finish earring only part of my order. Most of it went into the trash.
2 stars only because staff were nice. All the food was horribly inadequate.

Nearly witness a fight in the parking lot, and I'm not sure they messed up our sauce order and told me they gave me ketchup when I asked as I walked out, but they hadn't. Nonetheless, I'm grateful there was a place open at 10:30 pm that could satisfy the needs of the one person with a milk allergy in our group (and that we were smart enough to test the sauces before he ate the butter sauce thinking it was the lemon one we ordered). If you do go, I reccomend visiting during off peak (not Friday or Saturday night)

This place is a mismanaged disaster. I used to work at a Wings Over and I know how these places are run. It shouldn’t be this hard. They use DoorDash for delivery (though they hide it very well on their website) and it’s a cluster-F. About every third time I order from this place, I get someone else’s order. And all they need to do to fix this is actually include the receipt or write the name and address on the bag when they hand it to the DoorDash driver

Side note: Fries always arrive cold because they don’t bother to put them in a closed container. It’s not like they aren’t already soggy and greasy so they might as well put them in a closed container. Nothing like throwing your food in the microwave right after you order out

Wings are good staff is alittle slow also dont like the fact that I don't see anyone wearing gloves.

The wait time is worth it. Going in the morning when the store is slower you'll get the best chicken. Nice and crunchy with a bunch of amazing flavors. I prefer the garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub with cheese fries. But if you want a bonus you can always get a nice buttery and crunchy roll.

It is sad when you have your mouth set for something only to be disappointed after spending your money. I ordered the combo and my fries were definitely old. They are so hard and dried out if your teeth were loose they would have fallen out. The chicken was decent. I can't even continue this review since I am sitting at work upset and hungry.

The worst restaurant for pickups. There is only one cashier taken any type of orders. Picking an order takes usually 30 minutes. Even if the order is already ready, the cashier did not care about people picking food. Manager and cashier are so busy taking orders, and can not be interrupted. Usually, you can see around 10 people waiting and waiting in a small room, and as I said before an order can be seating there for long long time even if drivers have arrived on time. A driver just get 3 to 4 dollars per pickup. They have to drive around 10 minutes to the store, plus 20-30 minutes waiting in the store, plus 15-20 minutes driving to the destination. It means that a single delivery for this store can take 45-60 minutes, justo to make $4.00.

Went to pick up an order and they completely forgot half of it. I called them and had to go back to pick it up, after the guy on the phone stated that he put them in the bag. I'm not going to lie about 60 cent wings, they weren't in there. I would have been fine with it but it was for someone else. I go and pick up the order. Then come home to my now cold wings, which turns out they put the wrong flavor on half of them.

Worst customer service experience & very slow. Lack of management & lazy employees. I waited almost 30 minutes for wings!!! Staff were on their phones, unacceptable. Won't be going back.

Wings were great. Service was slow and a bit disconnected. If visit again in a pinch.
