Go for bigger plate instead of plate, you’ll get a one more entree just for an additional 1.5$, plate with 2 entrees is $10 and bigger plate with 3 entrees is $11.5, good portions but it depends on who is serving, taste wise Newport mall Panda Express is better than this. Ample parking space.

This is a great location. Service is great plus it’s always busy. My theory is, when you visit a panda express location that’s busy. The food is being consistently made. First time Panda Express yesterday, I got bad experience.

I ordered big tray and get delicious foods. Staff was very nice and kinds. Foods was delicious and yummy. Very reasonable price and good for my dinner.

However, when I opened my small box, I founded long hair. I could’t believe it. I thought it was from my spring bean, but it was real hair.

I could’t finished it.

Vegetarians or those trying to be healthier will be disappointed. The only non-meat entree has been breaded honey walnut shrimp when I've been there the last couple of months. They look at you like your annoying when you ask if there is another shrimp option being prepared because it's an option for online orders.
My kid ordered terriyaki chicken because they said it would be 10 mins but it was 20 mins after reminding them we were waiting. I don't know what's changed but this location is sadly not the same.

Natalie is so unprofessional, she claims that she is the manager yet knows nothing about customer service or basic manager etiquette. You also pay over $10 for a bowl with an up charge because it’s Angus steak but get a half a stingy scoop of their already small spatulas. I was still hungry after I ate my entire “stingy” meal. After reading the reviews I see that the stinginess is the main complaint against this location. Save your money or get your moneys worth somewhere else!

3rd time within the last 3 months and again the fountain soda machine doesn't have ice . The workers who place your order don't tell you till after you already paid. Mind you drinks are $2.10 so I just spend $4.20 for 2 hot fountain drinks. Unbelievable. Avoid this place and spend your money at Chipotle or Chic Fil A .

This is terrible. I’m saying this not as a first time Panda Express customer. I had it many times and I like Panda Express. I have a big complaint to this location! When I received the delivery, I saw it is very small portion. Just curious and want to ask the staff there: dare you give dine-in customer this little portion? I would say of course not because they are in front of you!

Ive came to this Panda Express location due to not many around, for the last two months at least once a week ordering 1-3 orders. And for all the times I’ve came here the place is busy-Min-Thurs it’s normal but the weekends is a bit busy,. It’s clean inside , food is fresh, the service is great and still no good reviews??Seems like the bad reviews left were people that had a slight mishap if not any and are nitpicking for no reason just to make the place look bad.You even have inconsiderate customers coming in with their pets while other people are getting served/eating( maybe or probably allergic) with absolute no consideration for others but themselves. Kudos to everyone working their, the servers, the cooks-everyone!

Well the big plate is not as big as one would think it is. Loaded with noodles. I got 3 meat paid $1.25 extra for Angus beef and wound with onions. The battered chicken was just eating like flour, hardly any meat. If you think Chipotle is bad with their serving of meat then you haven't tried panda. Not worth spending $13 for one pound of noodles. Spend your money somewhere else.

I love the food there but lately I've been ordering from Uber Eats and it is a total disappointment. Last night I ordered a plate with beef broccoli and they put only 1 tiny piece of beef and the rest was all broccoli. My husband ordered a bigger plate with double low mein and it looked like a single serve. Again...total disappointment.

Idk. Didn't like the food from the experience. Wife wanted to try some kinda spicy chicken and was told no samples yet she threw away a fat piece of orange chicken that should've went in my plate. Idk experience was 2/5. Taste comes from the experience & when you don't carry chopsticks cmon now....I goto panda to practice my chopsticks skills.

We reached almost at closing time, there was an elderly person on the counter. I asked for a bowl, he picked up a plate and gave me one entree and one side.
I did not say anything thinking they might have run out of bowls so used this box.
It was charged as plate, when I asked about that he opened the box and said that he filled it completely . I said but I asked for bowl he lied to my face, he said he did not hear me and said rudely that I did see him picking it.
He lied to my face , first he did not ask me for the second entree , he just asked the same to the person in front of me specifically.
I think he just played over smart trying to finish off the stock and gave me just one entree and over charged me.
I just felt so cheated and being lied to my face.

Out of all the trips to this location, today was the worst. Taking online and in-store orders, it seems they have too much going on and few employees for both tasks at hand. On top of giving my order to someone else who probably ordered the same thing and waiting too long for Beijing beef. Overall, very displeased with today’s service. Get it together, organize yourselves a bit better.

Bought two large entrees and the portion was very small. On top of that, black pepper chicken and angus beef both had so much half cooked onion in it making the food less enjoyable. The sauce tasted pretty good though. Hope the next Panda Express restaurant I try will be better!
