I'm so upset with this Dunkin donuts they mess up my order. I asked for a marshmallows s'more coffee with the crumble cookie ontop they didn't even add the cookies girls very nasty if you gana charged me what you charge for the coffee it better look like the one in the picture or how i order .. I'm so upset.. I had to tell the girl i order my cookies top and her answer was really lady it's just cookies . Gosh nasty cold foam what they put on my coffee... Smh up I'm so upset

UPDATE: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2023, 11:03PM: It was raining, and I had yet to have any pumpkin spice anything. This was my second visit to this Dunkin' Donuts, this month. The employees I find to be very professional and friendly, I was also surprised to see an apple fritter, so you know I had to buy one.

I was unpleasantly surprised to see that neither one of the two employees did not seem to know how to make a cafe au lait. If memory serves, this hot beverage has been on their menu for about two years.

The workers are awesome. I would've given 5 stars across, sometimes they use old coffee not often but I can taste the difference. My egg and cheese wraps been cold or burned. Again not often. The workers are great that's what keeps me taking my chances there to get the right good food

I've been there in the mornings and the staff is okay but this review is for the evening employee there somehow the 3 times I've been there in the evening she takes my order and she is very nice so nice like she actually enjoys her job very friendly and just so welcoming and always gets my order right she speaks english and spanish yeah wish there were more people like her .

I asked to use the restroom and one of the employees told me that it was out of service, I'm sure they don't let customers use it, because they don't want to clean it. As a restaurant that is serving foods and drinks they shouldn't do that.

Love the staff that works there ! No matter how busy these girls get, they always are pleasant and ready to assist! Definitely the best avocado toast with bacon, bacon nice and crispy . Place gets busy and has a lot of interesting characters all day 🙄 … The owners were very nice as well , definitely my go to place !

Walked in today to pick up a mobile order which the receipt clearly stated Hot and when I walked in, the girl hands me a cold signature latte. On top of that there are about 4-5 employees working and my order was not even ready fully. I’m standing there and was missing 2 wraps. I miss the old group that worked there pre-pandemic. They were way more efficient and orders were ready and hot.

Am giving them a 4 start because of the location and THE LADIES PREPARING THE FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY. If my rating was based on the service from the girl taking the orders (who was the tallest one of them, possibly the youngest), i would give it a 2 (being generous. The girl looked annoyed, made faces (thought noone was looking), didn't greed people or answer to them when they said good morning as they approached her.
I worked in customer service so I understand she might have had one of those not so pleasant customers before 9am. however, she is in customer service and needs to move passed those unpleasant ones. Also, she needs to keep in mind that some customers like myself are paying attention.

The coffee is really good, specially in the morning because in the afternoon there are two workers who look like sisters that to recieve the orders from the customers they look annoyed, they give us bad attention. I paid an extra coffee and she got annoyed and didnt want to give me the coffee, thank you.

I ordered a Charlie cold foam and the drink literally tastes like water they keep messing up the order every time I come but they added new workers but they weren’t that great Recommend to check your order when it’s done 👎 and completely rude workers they kept Ignoring me and when I order a bagel the bread Tastes bad the bread was too hard and Unedible to eat the only good thing is the hash browns

Completely rude workers. Gave a pregnant lady a nasty attitude! They were young workers, maybe the reason why but I sure wasnt that way when I started working at a frozen yogurt shop.

They had signs saying $1 coffee with a sandwich purchase, then said it was only effective on 9/29 (despite this not being listed on the sign). Advertising should be more honest.

I enjoy coming to this Dunkin but the only issue I have with it is how rude the employees can be. Never had a problem with my order or anything like that, just the staff who appear to be rude most of the time. The environment can get stressful when it's busy --I understand that, but there's no need to give customers any attitude. One employee rolled her eyes before giving me my drink because my drink was not done the way I had asked. Today, one employee gave my friend an attitude just because of a simple question. My friend asked if the employee had her order ready and the employee says "No!" with such unnecessary attitude. Just hope the staff reevaluates the way they act.

I used to love this Dunkin donuts. Now I can't stand it. Nothing with the food. It's the staff at night. The sign clearly says open 24 hrs when they close at odd times. Sometimes 10 sometimes 11 but they always close. Numerous times I've been denied coffee the past year when I've been coming here religiously for years. There employees inside wit the door locked meanwhile the door reads 24hrs. If u can't find a staff for the night time then u need to close or post the correct hours.

Horrible service. I asked for one simple change to be made to my drink and they completely ignored me. I was the only customer being served at the time so it wasn't that she didn't hear me or misunderstood, she was just in her own world. I won't be giving my business to this particular location, I've consistently had negative experiences with them.
