To the person who wrote this negative review of the 7eleven employee , you must have had a bad day at home or just aren't happy with yourself :) . I have been going to this store 3 times a day for the last 3 years , i have to say i have never had a bad experience with this young lady you spoke about . Every employee at this location has been kind and very courteous not only to myself but other patrons i have interacted with through out the years . Before people post negativity about someone remember if your having a bad day don't take it out on others !!!! Have a blessed day God still loves you

Today we went to buy pizza and the pizza was stiff, hard and cold, it didn't taste good and it was burned. At that very moment, at the time of going to pay, there was a lady who was not nice since we were there, but we did not give importance at the time of going to pay, she gave us a bad behavior, she was not kind at all and it was something rude, since she made faces, she looked at us badly and we neither know her nor we found her and we came to give this opinion, not because we care if not so that she does not do that to more people.

I just want to say, this is the best 7 Eleven in Northern NJ area. I don't know why people down vote it, they probably have never been to any other store of this chain... Great customer service, always helpful, fast and courteous!

So there’s always something wrong with their promos. This is not the first time but they have this promo with the Hagen Dasz 2 for 11. In the app you can add any flavor, one each but in the store they tell me it gotta be the same flavor. Long story short, they won’t give me the difference they stole and they telling me I gotta go back when the boss is there

This 7/11 is poorly managed (in a good location) the staff is always on the phone especially while ringing up sales. They literally have their cellphone in one hand and ringing you up with the other. No wonder their is so many issues at this location. Also I would say reevaluate your prices, just because you are in a great location doesn't give you right to rob kids!! (Thats who mainly go their) I will give you an example they sell zebra cakes. One individual zebra cake they have the audacity to charge $3:79 plus tax. For people that don't know you can buy a box of 12 zebra cakes for $3.99, that's one of many items they over charge. The floors are always wet at the entrance, merchandise all laid out all over the place, but most importantly the unapproachable staff. I don't like this 7/11. I don't recommend this 7/11

Yeah, as soon as I came in, the cashier screamed at me when I just wanted to get a quick snack and pay it before I was going to head out. This was one of the worst customer services I’ve ever had which is a shame because it looks very nice and it’s on my way to work. I’m not going to step foot in here again, I’ll just take my business to Quickchek.

It appears that this is a brand new store. It's impeccably clean and well organized. The staff at this store seemed to be polite and very courteous. By the way, I loved their $5 pizza pie, can't beat such a low price, considering good taste and the size. I was surprised to see that they sell coffee for only $1. Overall, very good experience and will surely visit again. I also liked as how easily accessible this store is, since it is right at the intersection.

This used to be a great 7 -11 some new guy bought it and it is immediately going down hill the store used to be clean and staffed by a good crew now it's dirty and shelves are completely empty and the staff is terrible they aren't friendly or knowledgeable I will never come back to this location again which sucks because it was my morning stop before the new owner ruined it

I went with my friends and I paid for my $1 slurpee while they were still getting their stuff. Once they were ready I was next to them then we left, the one skinny guy with glasses assumed I didn’t pay and I said I did and he looked at me like I had three heads after the other cashier who attended me said I paid. I love wawa way better but I just happened to come because my friends wanted 7/11. Never coming here again.

Stole 17 dollars off of my card tonight then tells me I have a zero balance on my card so I can't buy my items. I look on my online banking and it clearly says that they took it. 😒 after arguing with 2 men at the counter finally he tells me that it will be refunded in about 7 buisneas days!!!! So I leave the store with no snacks for my kids and the money for the snacks is gone. I will never step foot in this 7 eleven again! I suggest that if you decide to go into this store pay with cash.

It's a good 711..The girls there are super nice and friendly and it's close to my house so I like it a lot. Plus it has everything every other 711 has and the store is clean. Gave you the extra star because you replied and I thought that was cool....so there you go.

The woman at the counter tries to steal your rewards points by putting in her number before you have the chance to enter yours. My assumption is she gets away with it a lot because people are to shy or dont want to look cheap by saying anything.

The representative that had been working the register at the time of my visit, made several inappropriate comments about what I was purchasing. He commented on my physical appearance and negatively spoke to me in a degrading manner. This was all without confrontation as I stood there astounded that it was actually taking place, that somebody was commenting on what I was buying without me saying a word. My husband later went back to the store and I had to restrain him from becoming physical. The things he said were so out of line and inappropriate that we immediately returned all the items purchased,And have decided to be done with 7-Eleven. Although the manager was apologetic, and also trying to calm down my husband, I can’t believe that the culture displayed today is acceptable. So many things wrong with what happened, and I as a female feel completely helpless to ever enter another location if this is what the company stands for.
