The atmosphere had that old school fast food place feel (Don’t change it!) The service was professional and the food was very good. I didn’t feel sick afterward like other places make me feel. The ingredients are very practical and they don’t have all these synthetics in it. Very good.

This is the first time that we visited this place and we really liked it. The burgers taste way much better than the frozen ones. I gave it 5 stars, but the dining room wasn't really clean. Next time I visit NJ, I'll definitely be back.

Have not had White Castle's in a while since we moved upstate so this was a treat in North Bergen NJ for us. Clean restaurant, good counter service and we took a crave case home. Very happy.

Not having any of these places around where I live, I like to take advantage of them when I come across one, being familiar with these burgers since I was a kid. The ladies working in there listened to me talking about that, and about how the frozen ones that you can get are just not the same. And they provided me with a couple of them that were fresh off the grill, and quite tasty. The coffee I got to go along with them was up to their usual standards too.

Waited in the drive through for no exaggeration 32 minutes for my food and I was the only one there. They had some kind of problem going on with their system. I got very frustrated waiting so long but they apologized and gave us some free coupons for the wait. Aside from my long wait time the food was great.

The North Bergen NJ White Castle has been a mainstay in that Hudson County area for decades. Everyone knows exactly what type of food it is and how healthy/unhealthy it could be. That being said, if you like to feed your "crave" every once in a blue moon, this place has got all the classics and some new ones that are good too. I will always like their onion rings and their newer chicken rings. I'm not into fries but if you could get them well done with salt on the side to add as you please, that's the way to go for that item. Burgers and cheeseburgers still remain their strongest seller despite fish and chicken offerings in many styles.
On a personal note, it is very important to understand that this review not be taken out of context as I know these types of foods are not the healthiest by any stretch of the imagination but it's okay to dip into the past every now and then to taste those guilty pleasures. As for the rest of the food supplies in the U.S. - buyer beware. All those things they used to say were healthy are no longer considered such. It all has to do where the foods are being sourced from and how it's treated before it reaches us, the consumers. Stay healthy America please 🙏 ...

White Castle doesn't change. I think that's a good thing. It doesn't pretend it's something it's not. It doesn't chase the latest trend. They just keep true to themselves. Love it or hate it the sights, the smells, the taste is the same wherever you find a White Castle. One thing I'd like to note is the 1921 burger. I stumbled upon it by chance this past summer and it has made me fall in love with White Castle all over again. It's extremely good and totally different from anything else on the menu. They even cooked them on a different grill from the regular sliders. It's not so different that you wouldn't believe it was from White Castle, but fancy enough stop and do a double take after taking your first bite. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet, regardless if you like regular sliders or not.

I hadn’t gone to White Castle in a long time.. my how things have changed. The zesty marinara tastes completely different and the food quality is just not the same as it was all those years ago. Only redeeming factor was that the onion rings were nice and crispy.
The service I received was great! I’d come back for the service, the food, not so much ;(

Very convenient hours (24) and always efficient, courteous service. Very little ambiance but kept very clean in the customer area. The fact that they serve Breakfast at any hour is a huge plus for late-shift and Overnight workers.

White Castle was one of my favorite places to go however, however the prices gone up in the quality of the food has gone down the staff is not attentive to the serving of customers and the place doesn't ventilate there are very well is constantly smoking in there which is not good for your lungs I will not go to White Castle and I'm definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The food does not even taste like the white castle I knew in the past. I ordered the 4 cheese sliders combo which came with fries and a medium drink, I also ordered 2 crispy chicken for a total of $13.19. It should not cost over $8 but that's just my opinion. Anyway, the food taste different from what I knew in the past, maybe it's me or maybe they changed something. Who knows but either way I don't like it. It's probably my last visit to White Castle. I give them 3 stars for a clean and accessable bathroom and fast service with only two employees working. Both were cooks, cashier and server handling money and preparing food, not cool. I hope they pay them well.
