I was very undecided on balloon bouquets to purchase for my twins birthday today so I loved a bouquet and asked a retailer if they sold or can direct me where to get it. Well she told me and unfortunately did not find. Sadly there were 3-4 retailers standing in the pick up area chatting their mouths away instead of helping costumers…. Looking their eyes away so unprofessional ! What happened to the previous retailers who actually helped… very disappointed!!

Nice selections, had all seasons type of items available, even had some Halloween things. Go at slow times for Balloon fills can get after 3 PM on weekends.

Visited this location to pick up some balloons and was helped by Vick. I prefer this location since the store is larger and they seem to have better selections. The store is organized and it's easy getting assistance. It's a really good place for your party needs.

Great options of party fairs… however I would like to be at a party when I go to party city, hence it’s in the name. I would say the experience would be better if some music was playing or decorated for the month/day/holiday. Give the customer some life when we shop not a dull building with things.

I love Party City, there have a lot of options for costume. I recommend that looking for costumes in September, sometimes people go to looking for costumes in October and they sell everything so quickly.

I just want to say this is one of the cleanest and most organized party city's I've been into in a long time. Everything was very organized the seasonal asile was full and had clear representation of what season was going on. The customer service isn't really available as there aren't any colleges on the floor (but this is expected in a retailer like this)
The person at the tills was very detailed when filling out a balloon order information. The best thing of all when waiting in line the person that came to help at the tills took the next customer and instead of blowing up the 30 balloons for that customer, she rang my 1 item up really quick first. All around 5 stars for All the effort that is put into such a clean and organized store. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. I made an order for a birthday party. The products were sent to two separate Doordash drivers for delivery. One of them haven't delivered anything & if i call he doesnt pick up & when I call the store the representative was just rude & didnt help on anything . They have no information on the doordash drive phone number. So basically the customer is stuck calling them & they can show up or not on their own will!

I politely asked to use store restroom 30 minutes before closing. I was told the bathrooms were closed and my perception is that the employees couldn’t be inconvenienced to open the restroom for a customer. Frustrating experience.

Appalling customer service is being provided by the individuals employed within that organization, who evidently harbor disdain for their occupations. It is imperative that all of them are terminated, particularly the elder woman who exhibits a distasteful attitude. You know exactly who you are; immediate dismissal should be enacted. In need of balloons, go here. Need party supplies, go here. Need help because it’s way too much to choose on line, go here. Granted this place has young workers…give them a chance. The young man who helped me just asked specifically what I had in mind, listened and came up with a great cost-efficient way to decorate. He even asked if I wanted to deliver everything since it was a lot…but I needed everything yesterday. Be patient. Be kind. Be rewarded. It was a great birthday - thank you!

Arrived 30 minutes before the closing hours listed in their website (8:30pm, on 06/02/2023) but staff had already closed doors and I was unable to purchase my party decorations. Fortunately after this I was able to arrive to the Hudson Commons location and unlike this location they were able to accommodate my order. If you have the choice go to the Hudson Commons location instead.

They closed one hour before the official closing time!!! On Friday, they close at 9pm according to Maps. When we arrived here at 8pm, they were already closed. If 8pm is the right closing time, they should at least update their hours on Maps instead of wasting people’s time!!!

It was the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is sad to see people hate their job. The store closes at 8pm andI was there with my kid at 7.48 pm. I knew I had to run to find his outfit. I ran to the kids costume found the hat but couldn't find the costume I was looking for. I asked the lady over there if she can check the item number or anything since it showed me online that they have it in the store, she first told me that they are closing in 5 min (even it was 7.50 - I told her I have 10 min but be the register before ) the she told me that she can't check the number because they don't have stuff to check (I didn't believe because every store has a system that they can check their stock especially big stores like party city) so I was trying to find some stuff to make kind of got for the theme and I actually found but she did zero help to showed me what I can get instead she followed me to make sure I am leaving! So I paid and was done by 7.58 and called the Uber, and I asked the person who stand by the door to close to store if I can wait with my kids in the store for 2 min while they are getting ready to close because it was cold outside and he said he can't, so we waited outside and whole 2 min they were like walking around. I mean I guess some people cannot wait even extra 1 min.

I ordered online from this place on October 28th and they canceled my order that same day because they didn’t have the item that I had ordered (when online, it said it was available) Toady is now November 3rd and they never returned my money back. They charged me for an item that THEY CANCELLED because they didn’t have it. I had to file a claim with my bank. I will NEVER order from this place again! Totally unprofessional!

In an out relatively fast considering is Halloween weekend. I ordered my custom and set it up for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to pickup very fast.

This store isn't like what it used to be. Costume selection is very small and no changing rooms to try on clothes. Employees were helpful but at the end of September I couldn't find anything my kids wanted and I can only imagine in the next few weeks what that store is going to look like.

The cashier was nice but the lady at the balloon inflation area was soooo rude and have attitude . I order my balloons to be inflated and I had to stand there for 25 minutes and when i ask how long it is gonna take she didn't get my order but it was seating right there. She doesn't even wanna appologise . I give 3 points just because of the cashier .

I can see why all my friends tell me to stay away from this place. The employees don't help, they basically just want nothing to do shifts and do less work. I wanted to return a costumer that had two missing pieces. On the receipt it states returns until 30 days I'm returning it on the 8th day. Just for them to tell me they don't wanna do a return because it's passed Halloween. I should've stayed away from this place. Waste of Money.

Im in line right now. Associates at this location have no regard for customers. It’s Halloween time so I know its busy but not picking up the pace and not caring is another thing. I was waiting at the pick up line and 1 girl was helping someone with balloons. I was there for about 12 mins. She was just taking her time thing the baloons. Theres another girl chatting with her. When the customer left the girl also leaves. I look at the other girl. Nothing. Then she finally makes a gesture. I gave her my pick up name and she slowly walks to the back. Comes back and says your order is not ready. I got a confirmation email 13 hours ago. She goes back with my order number. She was too lazy to look it up the first time. Finally comes back with a bag. Never checked for my ID and just gives me the bag. I don’t understand how these ppl stay employed. They are just wasting time to get paid. This is a reflection of management
