They are very good people until you get any problem with them .
They would yell at you on the phone also .
Their drivers are mean as hell and they don’t even care about it .
I would never buy anything from this business ever again.

By far the BEST customer service in the industry!!! We purchased a used double deck pizza oven. Not only is it amazing they converted it to LP for us and it works perfectly. We made several other purchases today and spent far less than we had planned. They loaded our truck perfectly for a 2 hour ride home. The entire staff was beyond professional. If you need anything for your restaurant, especially if it's pizza related this is the place to go. OUTSTANDING!!!!! OUTSTANDING!!!

Mike helped me today and was also extremely helpful in navigating my choice of a 48” sandwich prep table. Again, fast delivery and could not be happier with this company.

I went to 6 different places looking for a commercial freezer. This was the place I felt most comfortable with. They were honest and prices were fair. Great customer service. They tried to get me the best deal for what I needed not what was best for their commission. They also had a showroom full of everything you can think of from spatulas, mixers, commercial garbage cans, and appliances. This will definitely be my go to spot for the bakery. The 3% sales tax is a plus I would recommended to everyone!

I purchased a four burner range for my restaurant about two months ago.
The item came with broken and missing parts,knobs were missing,wheels did not fit.
I went to the store in an attempt to rectify the problems and was met by a very rude manager at the front desk. He proceeded to yell and curse at me when I asked for a refund or replacement.
Their products are over prized and if items are damaged,broken or missing parts,they are completely unwilling to change or refund items.
Don't waste your hard earned money by going to this store,horrible customer service,horrible products and a terrible experience!

Purchased today refurbished Kitma 48" sandwich refrigerator to our pizza shop Hartsdale House of Pizza , in Hartsdale New York. Play store order online and was delivered in 3 hours. Delivered in excellent condition!

Ok, try to top this story. I needed a pizza bench quickly so I took a ride here from Staten Island, NY. I guessed that at best I would get a delivery in a few days. Wrong. It got to my pizzeria that day AND before I even got back to Staten Island. And the 2 guys I dealt with were patient & answered all of my dozens of questions. And the price was the same as if I ordered online and waited 3 weeks. I'm planning another trip soon to get a low-boy I saw there. See ya guys soon.

I bought refrigeration equipment from NJRE and couldn't have been more impressed with the service. The sales team was responsive and diligent about getting me exactly what I needed and the delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure that all the equipment was brought into my shop in perfect condition. I bought some other equipment off the internet and will literally never do that again. Even if NJRE was $500 more expensive on a piece of equipment that costs $7000, it's 100% worth it to work with them. These guys were fantastic - can't say enough positive stuff about them. This sounds like a shill, but was just really impressed.

My bakery is in Woodbridge, Virginia and this is my second purchase through NJ Restaurant Equipment. Working with Jodi and the staff is always a pleasure! My equipment always arrives quickly and in great condition. The used equipment is retested before it is shipped out which is awesome. This is all worth me paying the shipping costs.

After checking with other customers it is confirmed. Tara the customer service person is the nastiest. Other customers confirmed problems with their purchases. Don’t waste your time with her. Go to credit card company for chargeback. That always works with me. Stay away from these liars.

My client purchased a juicer from these guys. When there was a problem with it they were told to return it to a distributor in Niagara Falls. When I follow-up with them they asked why we were told to return it to them since they did not sell it to NJ Restaursnt Equipmeent.
No one knows why they did this but my guess is they refuse to accept responsibility. on August 24, I emailed NJRE and have not heard from them, a chargeback from Visa is one Avenue. I would not recommend buying anything from them. I will let u know if they resolve this matter

Very bad last week I went and they gave me a price on a product and today I came back and they gave me another higher price. I do not understand why but you have to keep the prices or agree with the sellers so as not to waste time on the costumers. thanks

Jodi and Niel and their entire team is awesome. I write this from California and they truly have went above and beyond their “duties”. I bought a mixer from them and they were more then helpful with the whole process. Unfortunately, the carrier ended up damaging the mixer and Jodi and Niel were extremely helpful despite the fact that it wasn’t their fault. If you’re thinking about doing business with them, stop thinking just do it. They’re great people.

The worst sales people I have ever seen. They lied on the price on the phone. When I got there the price was higher. On top of it, the owner defends the sales person and says he is the best sales person ever. All the team is a screw up.

I bought a steam table from them 3 to 4 years ago. I bought extra heating element. Each of these heating elements last around 1 to 2 years. when I needed another one of those heating elements. their asking price was $250.00 with full of arrogance on the phone. I searched internet prices which starts $65.00. Maybe there is a quality difference. but I did not see any heating element for $250.00 on the internet. This company puts a few fishing price on some equipment. If you need something fast they know the game.

I needed equipment for a new restaurant I opened. The customer service was unbelievably good. When I had any questions they were able to answer them. They suggested options for each of my needs and explained the difference between the options. I purchased both new and used equipment and the used equipment works excellent with no problems. I would not go anywhere else for restaurant equipment as their prices are unbeatable. I look forward to my next purchase at NJ Restaurant Equipment.

Bought new and used equipments from this place. All used equipment are not functioning correctly and services "Worst" they couldn't fix the problem and just waste time and wait for their store warranty to over. Once the warrant is over, they didn't even answer my calls. We ended up called our own service technicians to fix the problem and spend my money. Never buy any thing from here.

Purchased a bunch of Equipment. Have had continuing problems with almost if not all equipment ever since. I finally got fed up and wrote a review. They attempted to rectify the situation and I pulled my review cause I was satisfied someone finally wanted to rectify the issues after numerous attempts with some of their other employees. For a short while I was content. Upon thinking about it they didnt do much other than drop a compressor to my location in which they probably got warranty coverage from the manufacturer. (Compressor Died after a little over a year of use on a Brand new Unit). Then I had to pay an HVAC guy to install. Which was an out of pocket cost. Than after finally having my unit up and running again the fan motor in the " chiller died" I have had 3 fryers that leak one of which caught fire. (thats just a few of my issues) Over all I would recommend using another equipment location. There are tons of other comparable if not better places within a short drive of their location to choose from.

This past month I moved my custom cake business so that I could upgrade the location. It was a bit overwhelming, but my husband and I made sure that we chose the best possible businesses/people to help us. We needed several pieces of equipment and chose NJ Restaurant Equipment Corp. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Their product knowledge, customer service, personal attention and personnel are top shelf. Delivery and installation was fast and flawless. The showroom is so impressive, too, with endless, gleaming varieties of restaurant and bakery equipment. They were also very patient with my questions. Thank you for all your help to get me open!

I came to NJ two weeks ago to look for equipment in order to open my new pizza place. I received excellent service from knowledgeable employees who were able to work with me and all of my equipment needs. After working with them for about an hour, I was able to purchase a stove, pizza oven, and fryer. I scheduled a delivery for later that week, and they came and delivered everything right on time and set it up for me. When I need equipment in the future again I will definitely be coming to NJ Restaurant Equipment to purchase it.
