I first was introduced to the shop in 2015, initially went to see if they would print on clothing and they did! So we printed our logo that. Ever since then I haven't stopped using them for any printing jobs I need.

Last year, I designed a bunch of reimagined movie posters for a Film Festival in Brooklyn and the quality was amazing. Printed 6 original designs the size of a movie poster and a sign for such a reasonable price and fast turnaround.

I went to Squarpix here in Staten Island at the recommendation of a friend to get a retractable banner made for my business. MJ immediately began assisting me and that was followed up with assistance from the owner Frank. Their service was impeccable and the design was better than I had hoped for. I actually had them make a tablecloth for conferences etc as well and they gave me a discount for buying both at the same time. I received the proof later that day, had a few minor changes on my end, and it was off to the races. I actually liked the service so much that I went back about 3 days later to have Frank make a cardboard cutout and I ended up staying there almost an hour talking. Turns out we are close in age and group up near each other in Brooklyn. Great flashbacks and memories of the neighborhood. I would recommend Frank and the Squarpix Team to anyone anytime and he will be doing all of my future work!

Horrible customer service. I needed a simple job done; trim the edges of the poster. Called the store a dozen times and no one answers. Finally spoke to someone in their office and they told me to bring it in. Once I get there, nobody answers the door for at least five minutes. Then the manger proceeds to yell at me telling me that they don’t do jobs like this. I finally speak to the owner on the phone and they are equally unprofessional. This place is a mess and can’t get their act together—and they are rude. Strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I ordered from Squar-Pix many times over the course of a very chaotic campaign cycle, and Frank always went above and beyond to accommodate my requests (even when they were last-minute!).

It’s apparent that Frank takes pride in his business and his work because each order was delivered to perfection. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, was honest and transparent about cost and feasibility, and made sure that I was satisfied with the final product each time.

i came to his shop yesterday and this guy was frustrated on the flyer i was trying to get correct and i had my wife recreating the flyer so it can fit on a sheet of paper. Long story short, the guy printed out so many flyers and it wasn't coming out correctly in a 8.5 x 11 and he got frustrated and caught an attitude with my wife and told me he didnt need my service after i checked him for having an attitude with my wife. Dont recommend because once things isnt coming out correctly the way you wanted, he will catch an attitude with you. Also while i was trying to deal with him he gave me poor customer service as he was in the back on his phone instead of trying to take care of my needs. If this guy tells you any different, please dont believe him as i was trying to get work done but his frustration got him to catch an attitude with my wife on the phone. I wish he wouldve caught these hands but i carry myself as a professional everywhere i go.

I needed an 8'x8' step n repeat for an event being held at Snug Harbor. I needed it by 6/17/22. I believe I called on or about 6/13/22. They weren't sure they could have it by the date I needed it--which would have been a disaster.

Not only did they have it done by first thing in the morning on 6/17/22--it's GORGEOUS. Move over Staples, there is a new sheriff in town--Squar-Pix.

I had been scowering through google for a simple step and repeat banner with the stand included and they all wanted to charge 300-700 dollars. They would advertise the search results for $80 and then you change it to the size you want and to include a stand and for it to be custom and boom $500. Square Pix was straight up, the cost didnt go up, then check out was seamless and every single stage of the creation process I have gotten email notifications. I cant wait for it to show up!

So another printing company basically screwed me over and I was STRESSED!! It was a Thursday and my event was SATURDAY!! I’m like ohh my god everybody was tryna charge me 1,000 and all that for a 8x8 and stand but I found squarepix on a frantic google search.. and they have saved my life!!!! I talked to mike and he helped me out soooo much on last minute project I ordered it that day and got it the same day and I LOVE LOVE THE BANNER.. It’s exactly what I needed and wanted thank you so much for this company I will be using this over and over again for my printing needs.

I'm not sure where you go for your printing jobs today or in the past, but Squarpix's care, quality of service, professionalism and attentiveness in these days are unheard of. Claudia and Frank each took time to make sure my order was handled with that old school care that is missing in today's world. They will make sure you are satisfied with your order. The business is clean, modern and welcoming. If I had to rate Squarpix, on a percentage from 0-100, I give them a 100%. I will continue to use them for all my print and signage jobs.

Frank at Squarpix could not have been more accommodating on a rush order nor friendlier when I went to pick it up. The masks I ordered were exactly how he described they would be and the quality was great.

Ordered poster printing on matte paper online. When I picked up I found that the “paper” was a strange plasticy material and not matte, and not the quality I expected. I just didn’t see anything in the online ordering process that would have informed me that what I would be receiving would not be what I wanted. Poster was un-usable but I had to pay anyway.

I am so disappointed in the customer service. I've spent maybe thousands in this place. For business and even church events. Us being affiliated with churches all over the US, so you can imagine how much business they just lost. Just because the person who took care of me this time didn't care about anything. Basically after i told him about the issue, which was definitely my fault, because i guess i should've elaborated that i wanted the writings as big as the banner was. Which i thought that it makes sense if the banner is big, for the letters to be big, not for the letters to be small as if it was on a regular PC paper. But that wasn't the issue. I was willing to pay again the second time. The thing is i spent too much dollars here and i live in the neighborhood. The guy didn't show a single sign of sympathy. He could've at least said: "sorry you experience wasn't as good this time time, but i'll definitely make sure everything goes smooth next time''. But no, it was just charging me a second time, and not even caring about the job. basically you are expected to do their job for them, all they did was just print. I don't know if it's under new management, but the guy was terrible. also advice to anyone who will do business with them next time, please make sure you check everything, and make sure you do it all. Also please look at at the papers they will make you sign. it's tricks upon tricks. very disappointed. and No one reaches out to you. Also please be careful, if there is a little mistake, they won't let you know, because they want you to come back again and again, that's how it appears they are making money. this is Covid-19 time, i thought what should be the main thing right now for every business is to try and retain customers, specially loyal ones, (I've been coming there for 3 years now, maybe 4), and make new ones, and actually care for people as human beings. we have 4 businesses, very popular brand and respected in the US. we deal with guests daily, some are happy some not, but we make sure we reach out to guests and apologize for their bad experiences. This was the worst ever. I honestly think they won't last long. Oh and by the way, I came at the location to pick up my work, and no response. after i rang the bell for 5 minutes, i called and asked if they were open, the guy said yes, he is coming. When he came, he checked the bell to see what was wrong. then basically didn't care about anything i told him. if i took time out of our busy day to write such a long review is because this was the worst experience i've had in a very long time bye bye and may you continue to succeed in what you do.

I loved the service in general, at first I had problems finding the place, but they assisted me by phone and I was able to get there, the same day they gave me the cards that I sent to print and kept me informed all the time of the status of my order by email and even the order was ready before the estimated time, it is definitely a place I will return to. I loved the good resolution of the images and the professionalism of the company.

By far the most professional and printing store ive used. Im a real estate broker, so i always need new signs made for my new developments. I had been working with a different sign company but kept getting the runaround about when our signs would be ready. That had gone on for 5 days when i finally had enough. I found Squarpix on google, immediately contacted them, told them my situation, sent them my artwork, and they had the job done that day! Extremely impressed. Hight recommended. FRANK IS THE MAN!

I have been working with Squarpix for a few years and I'm so pleased with the work that they do. I regularly print collateral for my restaurant business, such as business cards, togo menus and large foamcore menu boards. The things that I appreciate about these guys is that they are always able to accommodate last minute orders, the quality of printing is great, they always give great recommendations and suggestions and they really care about what they do!

I emailed and asked for a quote for a die cut, translucent laminated sticker. The sales person, Frank, emailed me back with a link for a backlit film. Since I am not in the sign/sticker printing business, I assumed that he would have sent me the link for what I asked for- A die-cut sticker. So I placed my order. When I received it, It wasn't a sticker at all, and it wasn't die-cut. Plus, it was the wrong size. It was a giant piece of plastic, not even matching my measurements. When I called to try and get the problem corrected, I was told that I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product and that I would have to pay full price for the sticker if I wanted to place a new order. I told Frank that I placed my order because of the direction he gave me. He sent me the link after I was very specific with what I needed, including the size. I was very clear with what I needed and he directed me to order the wrong item. In addition, Frank was unpleasant on the phone, not taking any responsibility for his part of the miscommunication, and unfortunately, he was unable to admit that he contributed to the mistake. That must be what happened with their name too. They misspelled the word "square" but were unable to admit their mistake, so they just went with "Squarpix" instead and hoped no one noticed! I was unable to get my project fixed and unable to get a refund. I will not be using them in the future. Very unprofessional, not dedicated to customer service. Too bad because I prefer to use small businesses, but will have to go with someone more professional and capable for this job .

Squar-pix was super helpful. I needed to get an order rushed and they worked with me to get it done as fast as possible. This is my first review and its because I received the best customer service there that I've ever had and I got my order fast and for cheap.

Also their site is great because unlike alot of these printing places it will give you the price as your filling out your order rather than having to wait for a quote.
