I went to the aisle to show the manager the sign. She said with attitude "Oh it's not hanging so it's not on sale." I showed her the sign on the shelf and she said, now with a more annoyed attitude " At Michael's it has to be hanging to be valid" I told I did not work for Michael's I didn't know their rules. I asked if she wanted to remove the sign and she took it even more annoyed. If her attitude was customer service-based, she might have recommended another frame that was on sale and we would have left with $80 worth of frames. I'll look online for frames.

I only go here out of convenience and would honestly go elsewhere if there was another location near me. He not only spent a lot of time giving us suggestions but he started to cut the foam board right after we walked away. After he cut the first side he came to look for us so we could see what it would look like and make sure we were happy. Alan was very outgoing, professional and patient! Live shopping here. I just walk through aisles and figure out what i can make and how to be creative. From frames to came decoration, sewing supplies, candles, to jewelry making supplies, you can find them all.
Make sure to have the reward coupon, the discount prices are so reasonable 👍

Went there for Christmas shopping, thankful and there were some seasonal items left. Michael is always a good craft store. But this year the shelves were much more empty and much less well stocked. It is true that we do have a supply chain problem. Quite sad.
Update: Feb 2024- went to buy some spool ribbons, found regular ones at $1.99. Saw in a nearby bin selling sale ribbons - same length and size different brand at $3.99?? Who was doing the math?

Michael’s corporate return policy is not customer friendly, they will straight up steal from you if you don’t have a receipt. That being said, customer service was very helpful. At this store, Eileen and Rebecca were extremely kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Thank you both!

I visited this store for custom photo framing, I have been waiting for 30 minutes and no one came for assistance. The person who came after 30 minutes asked me to get physical copy of photo and she said that it cannot be uploaded in online. I ordered couple of custom framing pictures in Michaels Freehold a week back, I did upload the picture in portal. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend this store. I would have rated zero, if I had that option.

Like most places now a days, Especially CVS. This company needs to work more on getting and retaining their staff. Not just the bottom line. There aren't enough people to man the registers, and help people find what they need. They need to hire more people and pay a livable wage.

I use to go here as a kid and I still go here for arts & crafts supplies my roommates and I wanna do every year!
They have the most supplies I would need from paper crafts to paintings and drawing.
The prices are reasonable.

The one down side are the short staff and long lines at the cashier because of staff shortage!
I once needed assistance to get some markers in the case and I had to wait for awhile for a staffs help to unlock it!

Was able to get a product that the Michaels near me was out of. I need to load up on glitter and their organization of different types and colors of glitter is easy to peruse. Some locations have glitter containers in different aisles, but this store had them all in the same aisle. So very easy to compare.

Michael's usually has what I need when I am looking for craft items. Fancy food coloring and cake decorating items, children's craft kits, art supplies, artificial flowers and greenery, art prints, fabric decorating products, baubles and beads - I have found them all when I wanted them. I am not a huge crafter, but I have noticed they also have the things you need for making flower arrangements, scrapbooks, wooden items to paint, plain t-shirts, gift wrapping. Some things are bargains, some not. The place is a huge jumble, and it isn't always easy to find what you want. But if you have the time to browse around, Michael's is a fun place to shop. There's plenty of free parking in the shopping center, right on Route 1 South.

Brought my son for a class they advertised online. When I got there first of all it was difficult to find anyone working in the store except for the cashier that was busy checking customers out. When I finally found someone working and I asked her about the class she said yes, a lot of people have been asking about it and she was going to go ask to find out. Well, she never came back to tell us the status of the class, so we just left the store. There was a bunch of young girls working in the store that you can tell they did not care about customer service. I will never shop here again.

Met several people interested in crafting. For some reason they all thought I worked there. I guess it's because I give good crafting advice. Found most of what I was looking for. I'm teaching my grandkids how to craft. It's never to late to teach kids how to stretch their imaginations. Crafting helps. It's good to have somewhere to go for supplies.

Don't select this store for curbside pickup. Multiple times select curbside and park in the designated area. After 15 minutes have to go inside for the pick up as no one brings the order out. Remove this feature if you do not honor it. Waste of my time.

Items are not complete and you can find help in the store. Shelves are disorganized and pricings are not placed on the correct items so you will get different amounts on the check-out. Some days the line will be very long but the cashiers are doing their best.
