I bought this chair for my son. It’s a chair, nothing special. It’s comfortable, I would give 5 stars if the arm rest when flipped back would clear the back of the chair. They stick out a little near shoulders and seam awkward if using a head set and sitting back.
Bottom line for $120 it’s ok.

I’ve generally had standard experiences here, but I recently encountered a rude staff member when asking about the same-day print cutoff time. I simply wanted to know if I could get my project in on time, but instead of providing helpful guidance, the employee was dismissive and curtly told me to pay the upcharge to ensure it would be completed.

I understand that policies are policies, but a little hospitality and professionalism go a long way. For context, it was 12:18p when I asked—plenty of time before closing—so it wasn’t an unreasonable request. I will not be using Staple's print services moving forward.

This place has everything “staple” in it for your office and WFH needs. Problem is they have surplus of everything that a lot of items are strewn on the floor.

They have good offers on select items and we got a lot of items from our last visit. The Print section seemed pretty busy as a lot of foot traffic was going into that direction only. The checkout was smooth as the staff was quick and kind.

The reason I rate this store two stars less is for the reason that it is not well-kept. There were ladders in the middle of the walking aisles, items on the floor or busy employees stacking up items during business hours.

One thing is really commendable about this place is, it being wheelchair friendly with respect to its entrance and the washroom. This is where it is even more important to keep the items in their places so that people can traverse through hassle free.

I had the worst customer service experience at this store when doing two Amazon returns on June 18,2024 around 8-8:30 pm. I request the manager to find this staff (I am sure you can find her from work schedule or just looking at the cameras between 8-8:30 pm) and teach her how to behave to a customer! First, this young girl who was working at customer service told me that she did the returns but wouldn't give me any receipt because the printer was out of paper!?! Really?? At Staples? OMG that was tragicomic! I took a photo from her scanner as a proof. After I left the store, I wasn't really happy with her service and couldn't be sure if she did the transaction correct, so I logged in my Amazon account and checked to see if she did the returns correctly and she DIDN'T! I had to go back to store again and lost 20 more minutes! When I got there, she didn't accept that she did a mistake and she kept saying that the system wouldn't accept the return because she already did it which was not CORRECT. She basically wanted to get rid of me. After I insisted more, she did the return again and this time it was done. She didn't say sorry or anything and just left without saying anything. This young girl was very rude! If she doesn't know how to do basic return, she shouldn't work there. Also, after a customer insisted that there was a mistake by showing a proof, she needed to say sorry and instead of being lazy, she had to do her job! Her attitude was very impolite and unacceptable!

I hate leaving long reviews but just want to outline since I had to report to corporate.

Rude and unhelpful photo center manager Tori for passport photo. Tried working with 2 associates prior to getting to her and none were able to figure out how to print my 2x2 passport photo. Did the exact same process a few months ago with Harold and it worked fine (only reason for giving more than 1 star) even paid for the official passport formatting online this time and was told (by his manager) how they don’t have the skills that Harold does..by his manager… who is supposed to have more knowledge, no?

She wasn’t interested in helping to direct me on what to do, just said “we don’t know” and gave increasing attitude to each question I had of trying to understand what was needed of me. Her associates were more helpful and professional to be honest. When asking when Harold came in, she was dodgy and tried not to give me a time until pressed, then as I’m leaving I hear the other associate saying “he can’t do it either” and the manager trying to shush her telling her to let me come in and find out, so clearly hoping to waste my time

Reported her and the store to corporate since it felt very unprofessional and they weren’t able to get the job done that they advertise, while giving me such attitude

I didn't know they had cutting service. I printed out the games for a bridal shower on Sunday 24th. We did 2 to a page but would then need to cut them in half. I have a tradional cutter at work I could use and so does my future daugher in law the one where you line them up and pull the arm down that we have permission to use. There were 160 pages though and today is Friday abd we want them perfect. I called Staples Thurs night to ask if they did paper cutting for what we needed and was explained it was $3.00 a cut no matter how many. It is done like a guillotine professionally and looks so much better than if it was done with the arm style and exponentially faster. I am thrilled.

This review is specific to the UPS store and iPostal service they provide. Both the times I dropped my expedited Next day Air UPS packages here (at least 3 hours before the UPS truck picks them up) they were not given to UPS on the same day.. I found this out when I called UPS to check when they did not appear in the tracking the next day. UPS confirmed that if they were picked up it would show into the system and they suggested me to contact the store. When I contacted the UPS store in staples they said we gave all packages and not willing to accept their mistake. If you ever drop a UPS package there make sure to get the receipt. I had iPostal account there and I had two packages that UPS confirmed were delivered there but the store kept saying we never received it.

While getting an email to review the product I purchased, I realized it would be great to post my review here about my experience!

"Purchased these (10x13 clasping envelopes) last minute after realizing we had the wrong size envelopes. I called the North Brunswick Store on Route 1 (NJ) just a half hour before they had closed and the gentleman that answered was able to put them aside for me. I arrive the next morning, minutes after they opened after placing an online order to ensure they would indeed be put aside (recommended to me the night prior) and it was already all put aside and ready to go! I was so impressed by the responsiveness of all team members at the staples in North Brunswick, as well as their excellent customer service skills! The envelopes were exactly what I needed and as described in the online listing."

I had a run in with the front desk clerk. They refused to refund me for an item due to the packaging being open. How was I to know that the item was not going to be functional without opening the package? The manager was helpful but this individual was rude, nasty, and condescending. I am sorry to the manager for this review. This extra star is for you and is the only thing that stopped me from writing a one star review.

Eh.... my boyfriend and I came here to return something and i wanted to sign him up for the rewards program card before we left the store but the cashier immediately kicks us off the register (when there is no line of people behind us) and says "That's for the next customer!" How rude. It was some teenage girl I believe. Ugh. I honestly don't want to spend my money and time here.

Printing and marketing center customer service may be the worst, some of the staffs are slow, unhelpful and they have insanely rude attitude to the customer. Last night at 8.20pm, I just wanted to have two sheets of paper laminated, and they told me there would be an extra charge because of the closing time is in an hour. Then she asked me to pick it up tomorrow if I want to save some money!!! Even they can finished it right away. Unbelievable. At that time, the store was not busy at all, and the three employees looked so relaxed at there.

People shouldn't work in customer service if they don't know how to speak and treat customers!!! I was just on the phone with the rudest woman. Called to ask If they sell laminators, she said yes so I asked what they cost, she got huffy and said she would have to look...after being on hold for about 5 minutes she gave me a price range and hung up on me before I was even able to thank her for taking the time out to look, which I did genuinely appreciate until I was so rudely hung up on!!! Very unprofessional, I'll be taking my money elsewhere now!

I don't know how to use there printers at all. All I wanted was help and I was treated like a scumbag instead and because of that I won't be shopping at any Staples anytime soon. Great for a wide variety of school and office supplies. Prices are typically more expensive than Walmart. Low cost printing is also available here which is a nice feature.
This store in particular is set with it's hours. Got here at 9:45am on a Sunday and they didn't open until 10am on the dot.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service from this one girl in their store is so horrible. She is so rude. She's never helpful. I wish they would stop hiring such lazy employees! And they need to hire people that will actually make you feel welcome in the store and help you instead of being rude to your face and look you straight in the eye and say there's nothing they can do about your problem. Tends to takes a while to get checked out, either because of difficult customers in line or slow cashiers - sometimes both. Even when the store is nearly empty it's difficult to find a store rep available.

This branch of staples has terrible service. I went not once but twice to this branch and asked the lady at the copy and print desk if she could help me out. Staples, your friendly, slightly overpriced, local stop for office supplies. It's clean, neat, well-lit, and convenient. This is a major upgrade to the sad, dour Office Depot which thankfully went out of business in the adjacent shopping center.

Employees are seemingly all forced to wear some sort of Space Command headset unit, which always makes me fearful that it's all sort of a Doctor Who mind control device and, at any minute, they will attempt to take over the world at the behest of their evil overlord who is commanding them remotely. So I just try to make my purchases as leave as quickly as possible, discretion being the better part of valor. YMMV.

Order a item for store pickup.. Went to store and requested to cancel it. CSR tells me that it will automatic get cancelled.. What I see is status changed to picked up and charge on my credit card. Did not expected this from Staples.. Be careful guys on using the stupid pickup in store and cancellation. I guess it gives some employee an opportunity to impersonate you and pickup your orders..
