Clean Dunkin. However, customer service skills need to be improved. One worker appeared to have rolled out of bed, out of uniform, hair all over the place with a hoodie on who was clearly presented tired as she seemed frustrated she was not fully stocked up front. The other possibly working there for a longer time, was rude. When asked about my order, that was in front of her as I pointed out, her response was "I don't know, I don't make food" completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Younger worker there was great. Training for people skills should be revisited.

My husband ordered a coffee, a coffee roll and 2 orders of hash browns. After placing his order they told him they didn’t have anymore hash browns but could not give him his money back. I think this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. If you don’t have something and we paid for it you should give a refund. They said the manager wasn’t there so they could not do it. So in the end THIS Dunkin’ Donuts STOLE OUR MONEY

This is the first bad review Ive ever written and I feel it is well deserved. Today, on a non busy Saturday, I ordered 3 coffees. 3 people were working and ironically 3 people ordered while I was there.

The issue was how long I was there. 16 minutes. I checked it on my timeline. That doesnt sound like a long time overall, but to pour 3 coffees? 2 were just black. For both people in front of me, they got the wrong order first before it being fixed.

Dunkin is always the best. Starbucks is over rated and their syrups stink, they aren't creamy like Dunkin Donuts. Its all about the syrup and how it mixes into the drink. Dunkin has a caramel syrup that is so creamy and dissolves into hot and even cold drinks with ease. Starbucks only has the rock hard squeeze bottle syrup that stays at bottom of iced coffee. It never fully mixes with coffee ever! Yaayyyy Dunkin!!! Boo Starbucks ¿🧐
