At 12:24. I ordered a 8 piece all flats Cajun wings. Just wings. Why did I receive this? I got dry wings to the point I can’t even tell what seasoning was used. Vs how they look on the website/ should look. DO NOT COME HERE

Mediocre food,horrible costumer service. I order a chicken sandwich,Cajun fried corn and fries. The sandwich is the saddest sandwich I seen in my life. The chicken was chewy and and the bun was soggy. Fries were crunchy at the end and soggy in the middle.The corn was the only good thing about my order. I do understand that this is CHEAP food,but still. I rather spend extra somewhere else and get something a little more edible. This location also has no parking,the strip mall is always busy and makes it difficult to find parking spots.

I was excited to get my food and ordered my wings online. Waited in the store patiently because I can understand a rush. Got my wings then got home. Seen a “Sorry no BBQ” on the box and was welcomed with this. I was AT THE STORE. Could’ve notified me if I wanted any other sauce or something but instead gave me this pathetic excuse for sauce? Was in the area and had a feel for some wings. As I entered I was greeted with smiles ftom the 2 cashier's in front. I ordered the family pack with 3 choices of flavors. It came with fries. The food was very tasty the mango habanero is sweet and spicy. The wings themselves could be bigger. Prices are not bad.

Eh... not the best. They’re wings are super oily, as you can see for a dry rub that’s quite a bit of oil. The flavors aren’t anything special. The wings themselves were cooked well and were crispy even with a wet sauce the wings still had a crunch. I didn’t order them well done, they were cooked perfect. I ordered all drums and was up charged $1 for that, not necessary to do such it’s just an extra dollar for the cook to look a little harder at what they drop in a fryer. I’d keep moving and just go across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings. Prices are better, way more sauces and sides to choose from. Also you get ranch/bleu cheese with your wing order rather than a charge from this place for some ranch is quite ridiculous. Good luck!

Good food, reasonable price, fast service, clean environment. My only complaint is that it was a little inconvenient, having to constantly get up to get more paper towels by the store entrance. They should have a roll of paper towel at each table. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Wings are actually not bad. But the service is lacking. After trying them out a couple times, I decided to order a large order for a tailgate party thru the app..I did it the day before and had it scheduled. I got confirmation the day ordered and charged. The next day I get an email saying their was a problem with the order. To call the store. Here is where it gets crazy. No answer after 11 am. So I decide to call the one in the next town, put on hold over 5 minutes to be told they can't help me with orders over 50 wings, that they have to be placed on the app. I explained what happened and they still could not help me. Something is wrong with their system. 👎🏼 I decided to order my wings from another place. It's unfortunate, their lemon wings aren't bad.

We ordered at 5:10pm on the app for delivery. The estimate was 65 minutes. At 7pm we get a call from Doordash that the order is going to be another 45 minutes. So I called to cancel because we've already waited 2 hours and we are all really hungry. After leaving me on hold for 15 minutes, the lady tells me someone must have stolen my order. The same order that only minutes ago was supposed to take another 45 minutes according to what they told the Doordash driver who was standing there the whole time on the phone with my husband. She tells me they will remake it right then. Finally arrived at 7:45pm. No straws and soggy fries. Needless to say, this was our first and last order. Clearly, they need a lesson in customer service and not taking orders they can't fulfill as promised. Also it's pretty crappy that they don't disclose the deliveries are through Doordash and not in house drivers. We intentionally avoid using these services because every single time we have a problem.

Food it's not bad. I have gone to this place a lot of times but I am done. Place is messy and doesn't look clean at all , the counters had ketchup all over the place and straws where everywhere. The soda machine didn't have the main flavors available. Owner should step it up cause they have good sales and the place is always busy.

I love the Wingstop franchise but this location itself is trash. I made an online order that prints on a receipt for them to read and they still mess up my order. I Realize once I got back to my house and had to drive all back and they wanted to argue with me on the phone about getting a full refund back on the way back to their restaurant. Ordered carryout through the app.
Customer Service was great, I was greeted shortly after entering.
Order was ready on time. Food was hot and the perfect crispy texture. My special instructions were followed.

Only issues I had were with the lack of napkins, I mean come on it's a wing spot, those are a necessity. Also, the coke fountain drink machine didn't have a lot of available options.

Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and on a regular Monday for delivery. I live 20 mins away from this location but somehow delivery took over an hour both times. Delivery part aside, the food here is good.

This place is awful! Employees are incompetent and will mess the order up and then only offer you store credit instead of reimbursement for a charge on an order that wasn’t correct on there end.

I ordered over 80 dollars worth of food for my family and it was missing 2 orders of wings for my son! I was told after I paid for the delivery and tipped the drive 10 bucks! I could come in and pick up a gift card. They wouldn’t reimburse the change made on the card even though it was there fault!
They even said they wouldn’t come back!!!
The manager, I spoke with said I would need to come pick up the gift card too! Couldn’t even give me the store credit over the phone or via email.
They have a sign in the store basically saying if you have an issue call corporate. Well that’s says it all! AVOID this mismanaged dump!

So imagine, you see this little store next to Aldi, and Taco Bell, you wouldn't suspect much from the initial impression, but lurking, a diamond in the rough. A sleeper pick for chicken, it's a bit of an oddity that people don't regularly talk about how delectable and savory Wingstop's options are. Ignoring the chicken wings, their chicken sandwich stole the show for me, their atomic flavor. That sandwich. Genuine spice, tingle, a dance with the spice gods might I say. It's a kick that no other spicy chicken sandwich has yet to trump for me. Sure, it's an ordinary chicken sandwich, but the fact you can make it your own opposed to other chicken sandwiches really sells it for me. I'd definitely recommend Wingstop to lots of my friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited a very long time to receive my food. Way longer than usual. I ordered wings and they only had a splash of sauce on them plus they were cold. On top of that it seemed like they were old or over-cooked. They had no ice and only 3 options of soda in the coca-cola machine. I always come here and sometimes I have a small problem. But this was unacceptable. All of my food was bad.

Kid at the register was terrible. I placed an order for pick up at 10 pm. Told me my order would be out in 10 mins when I got there and I waited until 10:45 for him to tell me they didn’t receive my online order. IT TAKES YOU 45 MINS TO SAY THAT ?! And you lied the whole time saying “your order will be out shortly”. Tonight was chaos. I ordered at 8 and it took and hour to get my order BUT you know what.. I didn’t mind because 3-4 people working with SO MANY ORDERS. It was so busy and people just kept flooding in. All the punches thrown and y’all kept the ball rolling.
The kid that was working the register, you’re killing it even while your (assuming). manager was not being very nice towards you. Keep up the good work.
My food was probably the best that I’ve had tonight out of all the times I ordered there too. Keep up the good work.
Also the kid that came in trying to start some drama, was that a BWW worker? That was odd lol

As of 05/210/22, my last review was back in 2021 where i had to knock 2 stars off my rating due to both a decline in quality and in cooking...
Sad to say last night's go was yet another disappointment...
The quality of the food continues to decline... still waiting on the new one near me in Levittown to open so I went back to north babylon...
The Louisiana rub on bone-in wings has always been a favorite- until now... are you kidding? It was a if they didn't put ANY rub on them at all. No trace what so ever...
The Parmesan boneless bites (cause they sure as hell aren't wings) we got had so little seasoning it was sad and the chicken didn't even taste like chicken...
The 1 star was earned cause the food was ready promptly and the staff was friendly...
The food quality decline, on the other hand, was why a once 5 🌟 joint is now a 1 🌟...

This evening we ordered from Wingstop in North Babylon and we never received our order. It was delivered to the wrong address. This is the 2nd time there was an issue with the delivery. I ordered on their website but they use grub hub for delivery and they are HORRIBLE!!! You would think if they couldn’t find the address they would contact you and not just leave it on someone else’s door step. After almost an hour past the delivery time I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said she will issue a refund.

20 minutes turned to 45. Only one bench to sit on. Tons of people standing waiting for order you might as well let us sit. First time I ordered everything was too salty. Second time ordering they didn’t get the fries right. There phone is always ringing at some point and only one person manning the front is the person on the phone? So whose taking care of the clients in the building. Then my order was done and and I keep having to ask if it’s done Since it was 25 after expected finish time. Since front desk is so busy I had to ask someone from the back and finally someone looked all over for my order and boom it’s hidden away looking like it’s been done for a While. Never go here if your on a time schedule you may not get there in time. On a positive note the chicken was alright.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. First the hired help, server named Leah is a con and a scam artist. She upcharged for "corn" when we were told to pick something in place of French fries since they were "sold out" then she gave an attitude, saying, "Whats the problem it's just $2.00" when she went into the back to get sauce she decided to leave the sides out of our bag! Monday, September 6, 2021:
Customer service by Valerie was awful. We came in for the sign on the front door advertising 70¢ boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and she said she doesn’t know how to put it in and made us choose from a different combo, she didn’t even bother asking someone for help to be able to do this for us as advertised on the front door. Then the combo she does proceed to put in is traditional wings which are more expensive— when we were there for boneless wings to start. So she had to then refund and rering in the order as boneless wings with an attitude saying we never clarified. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful, not a manager in sight either.
As for the food came out hot and that’s all I could really ask for at this point. Next time should listen to every other low review for this WingStop.

Some of the employees are very rude. Check your order before you leave because if there is a missing order they don’t believe you.

The food is really good, but SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! they never get the orders right, are never able to resolve a problem, there’s never a qualified manager on sight. Just save yourself the headache

Great service good food had to drive a little distance but it was worth it, from placing our order to receiving it was seamless, when I got home we all enjoyed the variety of wings cudos wing stop fly high those wings are succulent.

Ordered online, said 16-21 minutes for food to be ready. Have been waiting for 44 minutes and they just now called me saying they do not have bbq sauce. So not only is my order very much over the estimated time, it is also not going to be what I want. While I am still waiting here writing this review without my food, they have another customer who's order is wrong. All this while my wife has to pee while she waits in the car... But they gave me a free drink so there's that.

My daughter ordered food through Uber eats the food got here and the drinks we’re halfway filled. We tried to call the lady that answered the phone was very rude and when we explain to them the situation and she just kept saying OK. Asked to speak to a manager she said there is no manager there.Then she put me on hold and hung up on me. Will be calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager and complain about their service and their employees.Definitely wasn’t a good first time experience and will not be bringing my business back there. Spent $50 and couldn’t even get a drink.

My first time ever at a Wingstop. Have been meaning to try this chain out for YEARS. This location is a smallish space. But it is clean inside, which is a bigger deal now than usual. The hand cut fries were VERY good. The boneless chicken (Lemon Pepper) and (Habanero Mango), we're good, but the LP was VERY salty. A good enough experience to give a second try and taste some other options. (3/26 edit) So after my second visit to this location, I’ve changed my rating to five stars. The young lady behind the counter was clearly new, but VERY attentive. She was really trying hard to get stuff right, and you could tell. I appreciate that. The fries were good, yet again. The lemon pepper boneless wings were much more enjoyable this time around. Not salty like last time. I’ll be back....

Slowest store on the world, order took 1 hour, and I am serious, 1 hour. They don’t sort out the orders well. Three people got out with their meal earlier who ordered after me.

I am huge fan of the Wingstop franchise. I am however am not too excited about this location. Part of this may be because of the demographic they serve.

Wingstop is commonplace in the south. They like spicy and flavorful foods. The total opposite is seen here on the island. People generally are not too tolerant of spicy and flavors outside of the norm

I placed a order of 25 boneless and not a single piece of chicken was well coated with the sauce. At best 20% covered. This made me feel like I was chomping on nuggets rather than wings.

Chicken was cooked well and was good. Order was placed online and I came to pick it up. Everything was perfect otherwise. Staff was quick and friendly.

I most likely won't be returning to this location.
