Absolutely rude employees was looking at work boots and they kept walking back and forth past the isles I was at never said a word, never asked if I needed anything, never asked if I needed assistance with boot sizing. I had to approach and ask. When I did ask they were rude and couldn’t answer a simple question. I have been to this store in the past several times about 5 yrs ago, everyone was so polite and greeted you. So what happened to good customer service? People need boots and clothing for work and I guarantee they spend several hundred dollars easy coming into this place. Definitely won’t have my business I will take it elsewhere and don’t have to deal with bad customer service.

Very pushy employees. Like stand over the top of you while shopping. Also, the women’s section of clothing is lacking. 75% of the store is for men. They had the men Ariat jacket I wanted but not the women’s version of it.

Good selection, I picked up two shirts there and really liked them however, was very displeased with Chris a young lady hat fixed a felt hat I brought in and it looked really good but by time I got there it had sagged a little in the side and I asked if they could just fix that a little more. The hat looked darn near perfect except for this side. Chris takes it to the steamer and messed up the side worse and now the back looks terrible this is the second time that Chris has touched one of my hats and looks almost worse than how I took it in very disappointed in the shape he left it in and as I was leaving I asked if he had anything to keep the sides stuff and thought he would reshape it and spray the stiffener he sold me on it but I he just said that should help. The pictures I have have is 10 minutes after I left the store.

We overheard the manager (?), insinuate that we were going to steal the boots he was trying on. Totally shocked, we mentioned it directly to the associate and the person that made the comment. Her response was, she wanted to know who the tennis shoes belonged to (left in the boots section), otherwise they would be thrown in the trash -we were the only people in the store. Both of us overheard the exact conversation (ear piece volume was audible), and that was not what was said. She continued to lie, and no apology or explanation was given. We did purchase the boots. We were both so disappointed with the treatment received and wanted to return and purchase elsewhere. This style wasn't available online nor around our area. This will be the last $218 The Boot Barn will ever receive from us. We both are proud to work in the oil field and be apart of this community. We will definitely warn others in our field to stay clear of this establishment, it's definitely not worth the harassment and humiliation.

You can buy all the things here. Workers are awesome. You can also buy your wife some nice stuff and sneak some FR clothing for yourself on the bill and she will never know. My husband and me went in for some fr pants and shirts.... Uncomfortable experience. The worker literally followed us/stood by us the ENTIRE time.... She even immediately took clothes we picked out to the check out before we even found his size. Needless to say, we left and didn't purchase the items we planned on getting.
