Disappointed in the corsage my son got for his prom date. Just after dinner the big roses fell off. I hot glued it back on. After pictures the smaller rose fell off… hot glued that back on… after grand march the last small flower fell off. After paying $65.00 for it I would except it to stay intact the whole night! Not going back here for next year’s prom.

Went to get my wife some flowers for Mother's Day, last minute as I had been working all week till to late to get there before closing. $55 dollars for pictured flowers. I get making a little more for flowers do to special occasion but wow really overpriced.

I needed a few new plants and also needed some existing plants repotted - JJ was great to work with! He found the perfect plants for me and the plants I had that he repotted look great and are doing really well in their new home.

I love finding unique floral 💐🌼🌻🌷🌺🌸🪻🌹 bouquet's , home decor , gifts & so many house plants to chose from & 🌱🪻🪴 . The employees are awesome & willing go to great lengths to make sure I find what I need or they offer to make me a floral arrangement if I want something different than what’s in the fridge . I just love this store’s atmosphere ❤️

Called and ordered a corsage and matching flower for our sons prom. When I showed up to pick them up they couldn’t find my order and then finally found it. My order was never made. They told me they could finish it and to come back in about 30 min. The corsage was so sad looking only had a couple flowers on it and they were completely closed up and his pin up flower was falling apart. These weren’t cheap either😕 usually there on top of there game and we’re great my first time ever in there but I was a bit disappointed this time

First and LAST time I will order from them. I ordered the Lantern Keepsake for a dear friend of mine a WEEK in advance because the funeral was 10 days after her death. Two hours before her service 3rd Avenue Floral called me to let me know they didn't get the lantern to Stevenson's funeral home before it left Dickinson. SERIOUSLY, you had a WEEKS notice to deliver to Stevenson's and you failed. I then had to scramble to find a bouquet or something for the funeral. I had an hour due to the 45 minute drive that was ahead of me. The day was already a difficult one and THIS business made it worse. Yes, I let Stevenson's know about this and I hope they do NOT continue to give you any business.

Dont buy anything here. Ordered 103.00 dollar arrangement. They sent one of the worst arrangements ive ever seen. After a phone call they refused to do anything about it. THE WORST EVER!!!!!

Very disappointed with service at this florist. Spent $50 for a bouquet and the funeral home was sent 4 roses in a single rose vase. Unbelievable! Did not even offer to make things right or improve.

I called to place an order to be delivered and in a smug voice the lady said just wait and set the phone down. I waited for over 5 minutes before I heard the lady pick up the phone and say yeah and then hangs up on me!! I will most definitely take my business elsewhere!!

So I show up dirty from work, I understand things are different up here. But I wasnt greeted when I walked in, to a few minutes for the lady at the register to acknowledge me. Didnt seem like she really wanted to be there. But, aside from the customer service, the arrangement I purchased seems to be just fine. They have some home decor that's very country/rustic. I'll use them again, just without the expectation of CS I have received everywhere else in the U.S.

Unfortunately it’s a gamble having flowers sent when they know the purchaser if from another part of the country and won’t see them...Thought I was sending a nice arrangement... found out from my sister that she was embarrassed to have our names attached to them! 👎😢

I called on may 12th at about 5.30 to order mothers day flowers the girl was kind of snotty but they did take my order and my mom sad they were beautiful and today is may 24th and she said they are only know starting to die I would highly recommend them all but the snottyness I do give them above five stars.

My husband sent me a dozen yellow roses for Valentine's Day but I was at a late morning appointment when the delivery person arrived at my home around 11:40 am. I didn't know that I was receiving flowers that morning so wasn't home. The delivery notice said I was to Pick up my delivery instead of retrying the delivery later. I waited for a short time to pick up my flowers which is really pretty good considering it was Valentine's Day but the worker who helped me was curt and acted like I was bothering her. When I got them home (they were wrapped in a colored opaque bag) I noticed they were just all shoved into a vase and most of the water was gone...not in the bag as if it was spilled. The arrangement was not nice at all and several of the blooms look as though they are spent. I had been a florist for over 20 years so I do know how hectic Valentine's Day is but this was a most disappointing experience for me.
