My shopping experience was normal. A product they sell made my dog sick. My dog NEVER gets sick, she eats human/dog food and treats. These Pork & Chomps beef sticks made her vomit. I researched the brand name and found out their products make dogs sick and sometimes sends them to the vet hospital. I called and let them know this and requested that they pull this product from their shelves. The manager never got back to me.

This market is right next to a pet friendly hotel. I don't want any other fur babies to get sick or potentially get sent to the ER. I have not been back since.

PET OWNERS please stay away from the Pork & Chomps brand.

decent place to shop but doesn't have some of the uncommon things you might yearn for. layout is a. bit awkward with the bargains right next to the produce section? i feel like those are two different customers. has a similar problem to Cash Wise in the sense that it can't decide if it wants to save you money or upsell you. it's trying to do both. I wish it was more towards high end products. like the deli doesn't have a high end meats thing. could partner with a local butchery or something. boars head is overrated imo. i just think the town doesn't have a high end grocery store and FF could do that

other than that it's a nice place. the staff are certainly nice. it's never been dirty.

My husband and I got to the deli 30 minutes before they opened it, but these 2 wonderful ladies went out of their way to get our lunch meat and salads, regardless! Such great customer service is rare these days. This is the second time we've been to the deli and been helped in such a way. Thank you very much!

Loved everything about this store, except the self check out. It kept asking me to add the item to my checked out area. After hearing this 50 times, I was annoyed. And it took so long for the item to register in the checked out area. I am sure this is easy to fix. Or maybe it is just the way it is. The manager entered my rewards application immediately which saved me $20 on my $200 purchase.

Great store! I don't care to shop around a ton of people. There's not a ton of people here the whole day. You can take your time and focus on getting exactly what you want. Love the meat selection as it's always something different toward the small cooler by the meat department. This is my go to place for groceries. Love shopping here. Employees are very nice too!

Why is it that Family Fare stores in Dickinson North Dakota are so incredibly overpriced by double or even more!
& I Can I still don't get paying $4 a gallon for milk charging almost $4 for a gallon of milk?!
(Are the Cows on strike?!)

Two Family Fare's in Dickinson. This location and another downtown off Villard Street. This location has a star bucks and is much nicer than downtowns. They should also update downtown's location.

What a shame that this store is going downhill under the current management. Went in there on a cold day and guess what? Heat wasn’t working in the store for 4 days. Family Fare Spartan Nash, you all should be ashamed of the current situation. Cash wise has heat, a clean store, and great management. You lost me as a customer.

It's clean inside..never busy. Prices are high there for just about everything. You may find a few deals once in awhile. We only go to get money off of the gas, other than that I'd pass.

They have a great selection of items as well as things you won't find anywhere else in town. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. It's also a great place to stop for lunch at their deli. WIC and EBT accepted.

Very customer service oriented, with excellent and friendly staff. Pretty good quality of meats and fresh vegetables and fruits. Needs to work on the cleanliness of restrooms, trash cans being emptied, dust build up, and parking lot cleaned of cigarette butts and other trash around the propane tanks and shoping cart corrals. Also could use a fountain pop machine next to the doughnuts and coffee makers

I lost my cucumber plants possibly due to the weird weather. Anyway I was looking for replacement plants and had searched several stores with no luck. Driving past Family Fair I noticed they had a small greenhouse outside and was surprised at what I saw. What a beautiful selection of plants and flowers. Oh and the individual working was knowledgeable and very nice.

I love that this grocery store is always immaculately clean & gleaming every time I am there. The produce dept and deli are superb. My father for 23 years was a store mgr & produce mgr for Humpty Dumpty Grocery Stores in the Tulsa, Oklahoma, area. I notice the small details from the grocery and health/beauty displays to the assortments of products & goods offered. This store scores a 10 for me! Great job! The clerks/checkers are friendly and do a great job!

They have the breakfast bars I like and are the only ones in town that have them. Also found instant pudding flavor there that no one else in town has. A definite win!

We have bought multiple items such as cheese, bread from the bakery, bagels, fruit, lettuce, vegetables etc and it is NASTY AND MOLDY within a day of buying it. Some of the produce on the shelves is expired. Very disappointed considering food is becoming super expensive. DO BETTER OR REDUCE PRICES.

Usually shop here for certain items due to the freshness and quality but this day i just needed money gram assistance. I was greeted by a lovely and kind woman named Betty Ward. She got me in and out of there so fast i still had time to kill before my Dr. Appointment. She was very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as friendly and fast. I will continue to do my money gram business at this location only from now on based off the assistance i received.

Convenient, but high prices compared to Walmart or Cashwise. Need to save receipts for gas discounts (unlike Cashwise), and gas discounts often expire within weeks of your purchase.

It's a little larger than other grocery stores in that area. Their products is quite good and more expensive from it's competitors in Dickinson, ND. Some people like shopping there in particular those who don't have a mean of transportation especially in cold weather. The only time I go there is when I don't find my item at either Walmart grocery or the grocery store on the main road in Dickinson. I have to mention that it's location is in the back of town, while all the others are located conveniently on the main road and by the Highway of Dickinson.
A little update on their products, my wife just bought some chestnuts and little she knows about them on how they should be, we had to throw them away because they were hallow and overly old , maybe a year old, and wasted 9 dollars on them.

Logical and orderly. Clean with friendly staff all over to help. Their checkout is foreign to me as I havent used a weight sensitive bagging carousel. Nice store.

I enjoy shopping at this grocery store. They have an awesome variety of fresh produce as well as some more unique items you won't find elsewhere. Some of their sales are quite good, can't beat 88¢ pasta for example. They are pricier than Walmart, but convenient for where I live.

I don’t really want my name showing up in a google search because of this review, but it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make for the public good.

Stay away from the deli chicken strips. Yes, they’re really that bad.

This is not a bad grocery store, but the chicken strips from their deli are full of tendons/cartilage and cut against the grain so they are super tough. I don’t know how you manage to mess up chicken strips but this place did it.

I’m not talking one bad piece, either. Every one in the box had a tendon in the middle.

These must be “diet” chicken strips because I ended up throwing half of them in the garbage.
