I submitted a one hour photo order at 1:00 and was notified that I’d receive confirmation by text and email when it’s ready. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called at 6:00. The lady who answered said no one was working in the photo lab that day and it would have to wait until tomorrow. I get that things might take longer sometimes, but why have the option if it’s not actually available??? And notifying me of the delay would have been appreciated. Not pleased with their service.

Every time I order something for "1 hour Print" it isn't ready for days. This is the second time in 2 months that I ordered same day prints and they were not ready days later.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the prints are nice quality- when you Finally get them.

The photo lab closed at 6:30, when online it said it was open until 8:00. I attempted to do an instant print and the kiosk still allowed it. Waited in line to be told to come back tomorrow.
