The gas lighting is wild, I seen a sign for some leggings, Womens 7.99 save 7.00, Girls 7.00 save 7.99 original price 14.99, I get 2 pairs and go to the counter, they ring up at 14.99, I tell the manager they are only 7.99, and there is a sign, the manager goes to look and a few moments later she comes back and says their is no sign up there, I describe the sign and how it was just there, so she pulls up a picture on her phone and says that was yesterdays sale. I live an hour away and haven't been here since black Friday and had issues with prices as well ( I bought 2 pairs of the same leggings that where supposed to be buy 1get 1 free but wasn't in their system, the employee that day was great and very helpful), The manager proceeds to gas light me knowing damn well she went and removed the sign and didn't want to honor the sale because of their mistake.
The manager is rude and this store is terrible, over packed with unsold, over priced produckts and you can never find help when you need it unless you walk all the way to the front cash register and they call for someone.

I attempted to use an 18% off coupon, to purchase a YETI 1 gallon jug. Note: The coupon DID NOT exclude yeti! The General manager pulled up something saying that they cannot discount yeti as it's a fixed price retailer. I will never purchase from this location! I feel this was a slimy and misleading!!!

They have a well organized store. If you catch the right sale on something you need or want then its the place to go. They have a great selection of shoes a decent clearance selection.

Good selection of merchandise. But could do alot better in the customer service category. I have bought a couple guns from them. The first one I had issues with trying to find. They told me to order it from their warehouse. I did that. They called and told me they got it in. I did the paperwork and showed my ID as well as my concealed carry permit. They DO NOT honor it at Dunham's. Had to wait a couple days for them to go through their corporate BS. Went to pick the gun up and they lost the gun lock. Ended up being late back to work for "a quick pickup". Second gun purchase they had in stock. Did all the paperwork and got the approval but again held it for some reason other than the background check. I Want another gun they have but I will pay more elsewhere to get it the same day.

This place is very expensive, but you're buying good quality brand name items most of the time. I wish they carried more plus sized items while I'm still transitioning in weight, but that's alright. Some of the isles of clothing are over stuffed and really dark so it makes shopping more difficult.

Anyone can save a trip to the Scheels (in bismarck) with the selection of sporting goods. I have bought a majority of my clothing here because its so comfy, and they have sales all the time!!!! They do have name brand clothing... under armour, carhartt, puma, & columbia to name a few. Alot of sportswear for surrounding area teams. Thankful to have a similar store to benefit the surrounding area!

Nobody even tries help you. Every time there is nobody at the gun cases to help you. I shouldn't have to go and find someone to help me. I will go somewhere else to buy my sporting goods. Plus I'll never recommend other people to shop there either.

Wandered around the store for 15 min looking for help, finally stood in ck out line 5 ppl deep just to ask a question. Looked like there was only 2 ppl working, no one could find help. When I did check out my cashier was pleasant and helpful.

First time here, it was definitely self service, one employee at the checkout stand. No one to ask questions. Lots of cameras throughout the store, but are they watching vs on the floor to help? Probably my one time to this store.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Went in to look and buy a gun and was told that they wont undo the trigger lock. So I couldnt feel the trigger making sure I liked the feel of it. So i walked out. And will never go there again.

Waited Saturday in the shoe department for over 45 minutes. One lady went to the front register to ask for help and was told ‘just holler in the back’ she did and someone acknowledged her but never came out. We waited another 10 minutes before I went up front to ask again. The lady was rude and told us that we had to just wait they didn’t have time to help people right now. Typically on Saturday you have more than 3 employees in a store. Guess not here. Will be ordering shoes online and not through Dunham’s

If i could leave -8 stars I would. Stood in the shoe department for almost half hour. After 10 minutes of waiting and looking for someone. Called the store. Said they’d send someone. No one came. another 5 minutes. went to the front. they called the manager who took another solid 10-12 minutes to get there. and on our way out the store passed the manger who said she just heard the 10 minute old page for her. She was rude, and so was the employee at the checkout. It also smelled like pee in there.

Yesterday was my second time in the store. After our first experience I vowed to never go back. Yesterday sealed the deal. Both times I’ve been there they had items priced incorrectly. Both times I was confronted by an extremely rude manager and both times I left the store empty handed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Overpriced items marked at lowest price stickers. This place is trying to trick you with the sticker like its "discounted " pricing. I'll stick to Wallyworld and other local sporting goods stores. Customer service is slow and thin. Also no long gun sales to southern people as store policy.
