Came thru on 6/24/24 in route with our dog transport with 52 rescues dogs.
The dog park is amazing and worked well for us. 2 play yards so we could have 2 play groups out at once. They have water Spickets we was able to refill all our water jugs❤️
The gates don’t latch but we just used one of our bungee cords to keep closed. We highly recommend this location❤️❤️🐶🐾🐾

Always very clean and stocked. I like going into a truck stops because they're supposed to be ready 24/7 for customers. That's rarely true. However this Loves is always stocked up and clean w friendly service. Great stop!!! New Big lot, plenty of fuel lanes and space. New clean store. Shower was big and clean with hot water and good pressure

The service people are amazing. They helped my husband and I take our flat off because it refused to budge. We had tried everything... They came and tried different things to help and they did not stop until it was off. The mechanic came from home too. The other employees there were super nice as well. Definitely my favorite truck stop!! Thank you guys!!!

He actually jumped right in there and got his hands dirty too. He ended up calling a mechanic who had already worked his shift to come help us. I couldn't believe how fast he showed up. And how dedicated he was and determined to help me and my wife back on the road. We had tried everything. Impact guns breaker bars different striped lug nut removers still with no luck. Our only option left was to melt out the lug nut. I was a little worried but I trusted them and they were able to burn this nut off with no damage to my wheel, but they didn't stop there. They didn't want to send me out on a spare tire with four lug nuts . They ended up burning the stud all the way through the rotor and replacing the stud for me.

To the team at loves I thank you so much I truly don't know what I would have done without you.

Please teach your staff to work correctly with customers - today I bought plastic seals for points and the cashier offered me to donate 1 dollar and I accordingly pressed the yes button, he tells me to give me a dollar, I tell him that there is no cash (they are always in the truck) and take this dollar from the balls (I have enough of them) he says that it doesn't work and he won't sell the seals to me, I tell him then cancel my dollar donation and just sell the seals, no, I won't do that...where do you find such people?..I just left with poor thoughts about your service.

Ok stop at my favorite spot when working on my job I'm a driver so I stop at Loves.
Now I paid for my gas at the pump put my number in to get 10 cent off yes $3.02 take some pics make my way inside take some more pics go to the bathroom. It's nothing like a clean bathroom that why I like Loves bathrooms be real clean see photos ok wash my hands make my way out the bathroom and look how neat and presentable all them snacks are. Look how fresh the fruit is OK I grab me some snacks and proceed to cashier she rings me up declined try again declined hold up it's my same card I bought my gas at the pump with I shouldn't been declined ok hold on ma'am I'm a go to the truck and get my other card. Now I come back in and pay with my other card declined what is going on so I logged into my account and show cashier it's money in my account shouldn't be declining my card so I tell her hold on. I go to the atm take the cash right out but it costs $4.95 so now I'm salty I have to pay $4.95 at the atm because something is up with they card machine at Loves that's why they don't get 5 stars at this loves from me please when visiting this location keep some cash.

Constanly told by employees AND the on duty manager that it's either 'not my job' or 'maintenance' doesn't get in till 9, and that's their job. Store is consistently dirtier than other Loves I stop at frequently...Belleville and Columbus, and trash in the mornings is piled high and deep at the trash cans at the diesel pumps as well as the trash cans in front of the store. Windshield washer buckets either have low or no water and almost never any cleaner in them or the water that is there is filthy. BTW, the 'maintainance doesn't get in till 9 and that's their job' just came out of the duty manager's mouth at approximately 0645 8/31/24, just a little while ago. The 'not my job' attitude needs to stop, especially seeing as how Love's is 30 to 40 cents more per gallon of diesel than truck stop service centers within a 10 mile radius.

So. Today is Sunday. July14th. 7:30pm. I'm not sure what is going on with this location. But it IS NOT up to LOVES' STANDARDS. The women's restroom has not been cleaned or maintained in a while. Trashcans overflowing. Feces on the floor in multiple stalls. No coffee made AT ALL. Hot chocolate dispenser has not been properly cleaned in a while because it was clogged. I was not going to waste my time taking it apart and Un clogging it for yall. Floors were wet and slippery. Soda and beverage counters were sticky and disgusting. No attendant at the diesel counter. This is very sad. We choose to fuel at Loves because of there amazing service and facilities. I would expect this from a TA or Petro... DO BETTER LOVE'S.

Stopped here randomly, but I was impressed that they have a great fenced in dog run. We didn’t have our dog with us, but we travel with him often and a good dog run is almost unheard of at a rest stop.
Bathrooms were nice and clean, with stalls that were almost floor to ceiling.

Dirtiest bathrooms of any Loves I have visited. All they do is sweep, sometimes. Nothing is wiped clean and floors never mopped. I was there many times over 3 days and it was filthy every single time. I will avoid this store again, if possible

Bathroom looks like it has never been mopped. The toilet had feces smeared on it. The walls are filthy. The dog runs had broken locks on all 4 gates. I travel every weekend and usually shower at loves time to time. It would be a hard pass here. I Love Love's but this one was the worst.

One of the best lives I’ve stopped at. Clean, friendly and well maintained are usually most lives I’ve been to, but this one is above most others. The manager was walking around greeting and chatting with customers which was definitely bonus! And the coffee was fresh and piping hot! One of the best lives on the road

If i could leave 0 stars I would! So yesterday on my way home from work I stopped to put my last $25 8n gas. Well I started pumping and no gas came our but the pump was reading that it did! So I called over to the employee that was outside smoking so she could see. The pump said it pumped 7.025 gallons $25 worth of gas but didn't pump a penny and the employee seen this with her own eyes. So we went inside to see what was going in. Needless to say their pumps and credit card machines were messed up do to a lightening strike I guess. So I stood around waiting for the one lady to come back just to tell me they weren't going to do anything! So I asked to speak to the bug manager (Dianne), this woman was so rude and unprofessional by the way she was telling me to basically get over myself and call the corporate number. I tried to explain this was my last $25 I had to get back and forth all week and obviously they needed to shut the pumps down because I was not the only one on the store this happened to! I started crying and getting upset because they stole $25 from me and would not refund my money or put me on another pump because the pump said it pumped the gas even though it did not and one of the employees seen it with her own eyes! I will never return back to this store and I advise nobody else to get gas from here for the next few weeks with all their issues going on! I will be filing a complaint against Dianne with corporate as well as the other manager that was there in the store. How can they continue to do business like this knowing that it's not pumping gas and still taking money from people!! I will make a bug fuss out of this until my money is returned. I have the receipt and as I said the employee working their had seen this with her own eyes and I can't believe how they continued to treat me whi is a loyal customer (everyday). I hope this does not happen to anybody else, take your business elsewhere!!

I have never been more disgusted in the 13 yrs I have been driving a truck. The white line in front of the fuel island is for after you are done fueling or if running in real quick. Well not here wasn't even in the store for 5 min was told I was blocking the flow of traffic when there were 5 pumps open. I will never step foot on that property again.

The salt and vinegar chips were quite bland not much salt or vinegar flavor at all ...the sour cream and onion chips on the other hand had very good flavoring not to little not to much...both chips had a great crunch...idk much about chips but not a lot of chips for such a large bag

The restroom floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped all week. But I was hungry and I saw that the brisket tacos were two to a little basket, so I looked at the sign and thought oh $3.** for two brisket tacos. No the cashier picked up each individual brisket taco and rang them up. So I asked if they're not both for the $3 and change why were they both in the basket together I did not package them that way. They need to be placed on the shelf individually. Another lady walked up I explained to her what I was saying and she said, "Oh, that's okay!" Like I hadn't explained that it was improperly packaged to be sold for individual prices. I said no it's not okay I'm spending more money than I intended, because of the way they were presented.... Together in a basket.

Waited 6 hours before canceling the installation of Centramatic's. Shop only has two schmageggies working, and neither knows how to prioritize. Dragging their feet around the shop. No sense of urgency! I spend 100's of thousands of dollars at Love's every year to be put on the back burner. Here's a hint, Love's: hire more techs. Here's another clue: pay your employees by the amount of work they complete. I'm positive there'll be lower wait times and higher revenue based on those two principles alone. Get with the program!

Clean. The fruit looks good. Subway and Godfather Pizza are both really good. Coffee and coffee area are good. The staff here seem to be on top things inside and out. I hope this is one of the better paying Loves, because I've seen some that were pretty rough that make this one the gold standard. All because the staff do such a good job.

The store inside is well stocked and relatively clean. I do notice that the staff likes to spend more time having conversations than helping customers. My real problem with this location is the outside. I took a 34 hour reset here and I know for a fact that the garbage in the parking lot was not emptied the entire time I was here. How do I know this? The garbage can is right outside my door and the garbage I dropped in it when I got here is still there, including a whole lot more that is now all over the ground around the can. Come on Loves. You can do better than this.

Can find a parking at anytime here. Ordered Godfather pizza online, and gave me about 25 min. wait. So went in to pick up, and the girl Madison working there told me she never got the order. After her telling me I placed the order at wrong location, she finally checked her computer and found my order. She claimed the computer keeps going off and not alerting them. So since pizza was already paid for she went ahead and made it waiting additional 15 min or so. Of course pizza was not made with thin crust as I ordered. Madison said it didn’t say thin crust even though it was on my phone saying thin crust. Just full of excuses.

We just stopped for gas, but I was impressed by the dog areas that were available. A lot of people travel with their pets and the areas were very nicely groomed and clean! Now you need a walk in enclosure for cats, lol! Of course most people don't travel with their cats!

What a JOY it was to fuel up at a gas pump that ran at an efficient speed, and actually produced the receipt I'd requested! It shouldn't be such a surprising event, but many stations have s-l-o-w pumps, and no paper in the receipt printer. We will use this Love's to fill up before our monthly trip, and to refill the tank on the way back. Glad to have discovered you!

A regular stop for me as I gas up there on my way to work. I have watched gas prices increase almost daily , but the products they carry are plentiful and the are always seeking to meet the customer's needs
