The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the selection of items is amazing but on the other hand…. The customer service is so bad it’s almost hilarious. I asked for help at self check out, the manager helped me halfway and then walked away. Therefore, I had to go to the cashier which I don’t like because I don’t want to talk to anybody? Lol but once I left, I realized the cashier never handed me my second bag so I went back and asked for my bag and a receipt and they told me they couldn’t give me a receipt. I’ve worked cashier for years and I definitely know you can get a receipt just a few hours later than the purchase. My point of writing this review is to maybe get someone higher up involved, it was just not a pleasant or quick experience like I was hoping. It honestly kind of pissed me off because I wanted to return my one item and I can’t without the receipt. I don’t want to be mean either, the people working in there are just… eh

Half of the staff is rude ..They stare at me for no reason ..I almost forgot and item and they had it in their hand laughing (like bag my things or give them to me) when I walked back in ..like hello you could have came outside and said something instead of just watching out the window laughing 😡

The customer service had definitely improved from 2 years ago when I had to stop going from how awful and rude the experience was everytime. Recently, it's back to being like that. Rude staff that wants to follow your every move but not offer help. Then don't give you a receipt so you won't let corporate know. Whatever you guys were doing in this store a couple of months ago (last summer and fall), bring it back. It feels like some of the old staff from over a year ago has returned. Might not continue shopping here much longer.

Haven't been to this Dollar General in a while & it has been completely rearranged! 5 ☆s for how clean, organized & spacious it is now. Even the employees where better. Of course if I worked next door to an Ice Cream shop,(Millers Creamery), I would be happier too :)

I love this place but there is a guy named Brock that works there that always has a make on with Trump 2020 written on the mask. Not everyone wants to see that n I thought the employees were not to wear political things like that. We havent seen Donny , the manager yet to tell him. My husband told me that he feels if it continues we will go to the store on Wooster Ave but we love that 3rd St store.

The remodel makes the store much more unorganized. Most of the staff seems nice, except for one older lady, Jenny? She is always rude and I’m pretty certain she is racist. She was so rude to the Spanish speaking people in front of me. Other people in line noticed too.

Love the cashier we had. HATE the store! To much freight! They need to go back to when the whole store was used or reduce the amount of product they put out. Also the store is constantly in disarray. Although this is not the employees fault. The store is always VERY busy because of the convenient location and the one or two people in the store do not have time to walk away from the register or the freight to clean and straighten up.

The store is close to me. I usually can get what I want.
I don't use a cart that way I can only get what I can carry. That way I don't buy what I don't need.
Store prices are expensive... Not stuff for a dollar... False advertising because it is very expensive compared to other stores.
It's just a convenient store.

Went to the store for a last minute purchase (9:30 pm) I pulled in and the lights were off. A couple were heading towards the store as well. Did they change the hours all of a sudden?

Not a new Dollar General. It has everything you could need at a good price. The employees all are wearing masks and there are masks at the door should you walk in with out one.

The store is close to me. I usually can get what I want.
I don't use a cart that way I can only get what I can carry. That way I don't buy what I don't need.

This store was an older DG. Felt like stepping back a good 30 years but so homelike, clean, friendly, and stocked. Didn't realize it was there and so close to my house. 😊

Remodeled store. Clean and staff is friendly at check out. Hard to find someone extra in store when you have a question. Always hard getting used to a new layout after a remodel, but it is pretty sensible.
