When I selected “no tip,” the worker at the window threw the pin pad on the counter and sarcastically said “thanks.” He then hurriedly shoved the food at me through the window and then when he grabbed my bottle of pop, he looked right at me and shook the bottle before handing it to me. A drive-through window worker is not typically a tipped job so customers shouldn’t be expected to tip, especially before any services are provided. They certainly shouldn’t be treated poorly for selecting “no tip”…

Disappointed! Order arrived fast but the had voided my order and needed to run card again they tried a couple times, but my bank had locked up my account because of suspicion of fraud because there is being run so many times at the same place for the same amount. The four delivery guy should here probably 1520 minutes why I made phone calls trying to figure out what was going on and got really not much help from the store. Delivery guy took food back at this point. I needed to have something for dinner so I called and re-ordered the order and the card went through perfectly fine however I do believe we received the old food that had been sitting in the bag and went back to the store because it was dry and gross .

I've been a fan of Pizza Hut since I was a kid. This location is always on top of it, and they always ensure my order is correct, hot, and delicious. Their delivery driver, Robert, is a staple there and has always been so kind when delivering my pizza or when I get carry out and happen to see him. My favorite pizza location by far.

So so pizza. We ordered a pepperoni & pineapple and the crust was soggy and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. We called back to talk to the manager and he said he'd make it right by refunding us the money, i didn't want that, so a second pizza was made no charge. Same issue. Except the sauce was making the pizza so slimey we threw it away. Giving you guys 3 stars for an attempt to make things right but the manager was a little cocky and rude.

The Hut experience is getting worse! Paid extra for pan and received thin crust. Ordered and paid for wings and didn't receive them. Driver returned with cold ones. Awesome!

Food was ready on time and staff was very friendly. Had my dog with me and the woman at the drive thru had a treat for her, which my dog loved! Drive thru is great, but not labeled well, you need to go to a side street to get to it, but love having the option!

Lately they have been forgetting items that are on online orders. Last time it was the 2 liters of sodas this time it was 2 orders of Buffalo wings. I mean they do come back and redeliver but it would be nice to have the whole meal here at once.

The lier's took 15 bucks as a tip even though i said i was only giving him 5 for the tip then when i called in they lied said i gave them 40 then proceeded to tell me i gave him a 2 dollar tip i should have made him drive all the way back just to give it to me 😂😂 but i didn't so be greatful Shaun

Have tons of points that I earned and saved up..then they changed something to there online delivery to where, now I can't use my points earned depending on points you can get free food. The Pizza Hut closest to me is where I earned my points. Now it directs me to a different Pizza Hut further away and they won't except my earned points. VERY VERY Disappointed
