What’s up with the Dublin Kohl’s? I had purchased stretch jeans at Kohl's, a few years ago, and I wanted to purchase two more pair. I was having difficulty finding the jeans when a friendly, helpful associate explained that stretch jeans are now called Extreme Motion jeans. I was able to purchase two pair after she directed me to the location. Very nice!

Be prepared to check your clothing because the hangers no longer indicate the correct size. I wasted my time. The workers are using hangers with any size to hang up clothes. They don’t care. No one is going to spend the time digging for a tag when the convenience is to have the size on the hanger. It’s laziness by the associates. They are rude when I asked for help.

Put this store out of its misery and close it. RUDE associates, teens snorting something in Sephora aisles, Sephora messy and unclean, and as I watched people openly stuff merchandise into their clothing, even lifting shorts to do so (males), I realized it's time. The whole neighborhood has tanked. And why, with theft so rampant, did someone in upper management decide it was a good idea to add all kinds of goodies for people to slip into pockets while they are standing in line waiting to pay?

Well, we were charged $54 dollars for some item that we didn’t even purchase. The manager keyed in the item and it wasn’t even an item in their inventory. She told us to insert our card and we would get credit back on our card. Instead we got home and looked at our account and we were charged AGAIN $54. So took us for $108!

This store is in such disarray. Things you would expect to find like cookie sheets or pizza pans you may get lucky and find 1 or 2 but the brand will not match if you find more than 1. I really hope kohls survives another 100 years but I honestly can’t see it happening.

The lady with the red/orange toned/messed up hair that works in Sephora is really nasty. She didn’t say one word to me at check out, just stared at me and was annoyed that I didn’t put my item up right away. I wasn’t sure if she was ready to help me because she was walking around then came to the register and didn’t say a word. When I smiled and asked how she was (so the interaction wasn’t weird) she had an agitated look on her face. The carts for customer use are extremely heavy and much too large for maneuvering in crowded store aisles - especially shoes but really anywhere in the store. That and long lined to checkout discourage me from ever shopping in this store.

Very rude lady at the service desk. I approached the desk to make a kohls return of 2 items I had purchased 5 days before. There was one line with about 3 people ahead of me. When I moved up and there was one person in front of me it appeared that one associate was doing Amazon returns and the other was doing kohls returns. So I asked the customer in front of me if she was doing an Amazon return. She said yes so I asked one of the associates if I should be in a separate line. She told me they both do both types of returns. So I just got back in line. When it was my turn the other associate asked me what kind of return I had and I told her kohls. And then she asked the two customers behind me the same question. All of us had kohls returns. She then proceeded to tell us all that we needed to move over to the other side. She was very irritated that we weren’t in the right place. However there were no signs saying two lines should be formed. And i literally just asked that same question. LOL. So I proceeded to follow the irritated associate to the register. She pulls my items out of the bag and asked if I had a receipt. I didn’t have a receipt but I have a kohls account and a kohls charge which i used to make the purchase. The items i was returning didn’t have tags any longer because they were washed and one worn and were not as expected. She proceeded to tell me that there was no upc or RN code on the item and that she couldn’t look it up in the system and got very annoyed and frustrated and not really offering any resolution. I asked what does all this mean. She just kept telling me she couldn’t look up anything and again gave me no options all while being visibly annoyed. I asked her what she needed from me and she held up her hand as if I was being pushy or something. I then asked if it would help if I go get another of the same item in the store so she has the code in order to process the return. But I had to come up with that idea. So I went and found the items in the store and brought them back to the counter. At this point the other associate was there and she was as able to look up my receipt with my kohls credit card and process the return without any issues. I don’t know if the grumpy first associate was having a bad day but there was no reason for being so rude and short tempered.

Be sure to review your receipt. I was charged more than the price sticker indicated. Was told I had to stand in the long line at the customer service because they could not correct pricing at the checkout registrar where the wrong price was applied. Never again.

Good value for your money. This is not top end, but it is not high prices either. They seem to be doing a better job of keeping the store clean. (Sometimes, I think the customers do a bad job keeping the store organized by not putting cloths back and just making a mess for the employees to fix, if you know what I mean.)

They are resist and the parking for the trucks in the back is only kohls trucks however one of the employees allows a private truck to park in the back which is unfair to the trucks that get taken because it says no truck parking and I have pictures and videos.

I was visiting Kohls on Sawmill Rd today at approx 130pm. I selected a few items to purchase. Unfortunately the line to get checked out was extremely backed up. I chose to keep on shopping. When returning to check out the line had grew beyond belief. Im not kidding if I said there were close to 40 customers in line. I feel sorry for the 4 cashiers who had to handle this mess. I left without making a purchase. I gave 2 stars because the store was clean and the heroics of the cashier. I don't think I'll be returning.

My partner and I had some Kohl’s cash to use and decided to stop in and look at the shoes. My partner found a pair of Nike shoes that he liked and the display model had them listed on sale for $52, so we decided to get them. I mean there was a $52 price tag literally pinned to the display - identical style and color as the box in our hands. We take the box up to the cash register and the cashier rings it up - it comes to $90. I mention that this was supposed to be on sale and I offer to go get the display shoe and bring it back to show her. I come back with the display shoe listed at $52, and she then tells me she needs to call her manager over. A couple mins later this manager comes to the register and proceeds to tell me that it’s a $90 shoe and it was just labeled wrong. I asked “So you guys messed up, and you won’t do anything about it?” They tell me a customer could have done it and there’s nothing they could do for me. I explain that the shoe was literally displayed like that, how would I have known any better? The price tag was literally pinned to the display! They reiterated that they would not discounting the shoe to match the price on the display. Needless to say we walked right out and we certainly won’t be considering shopping at this location in the foreseeable future. This is pretty poor customer service.

I had a very positive experience at Kohl's today. The merchandise gets better and better and the associates are very kind and friendly.
I am particularly impressed with Andrew and Lisa.
If you haven't visited Kohl's lately, I recommend that you do so. I believe you will be happy that you did.

Low prices for low-quality clothing. Presidents Day and other holiday sales are best. We got 60% off for the sale, another percentage off for using the kohl's credit card, we used the kohl's cash from last time, and they handed us a scratch-off lottery style ticket which gave us another 13% off or something. It has become irritatingly complicated, but if you are willing to go through the hassle it's a good deal.

Just got back home from buying some clothes. Place is decently kept, not a lot of variety on items but it’s ok. My 1 star is for the customer service. Cashiers have been really rude to me the last 2 times I have been there. Today was the worst! I asked cashier to clarify the price for some jeans I bought and she was straight rude to me. While in Kohl's Sawmill Rd yesterday around noon, I needed assistance and was directed to a cashier for help. The cashier was very rude and when I made her aware of how rude she was being she tried to explain why she was being rude, which was not acceptable, nor warranted.
Then there were other customers waiting in line as two other cashier held a loud conversation in another language for a few minutes before assisting anyone, that customer looked very irritated.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I live an hour from the store and did a pickup order. Get all the way home and 3 of my 4 items have security tags on them. Called corporate and the store and they both told me “there is nothing we can do since it’s a pickup order” is the customer service and the system that bad ?!?! Highly DO NOT recommend this store or at least do not recommend doing a pickup order. They tell me I have to drive back to return them, that’s a 2 hour drive for your mistake ?

I ordered items online for in-store pickup. I got an email saying to pick up my items at customer service. I got to Kohls and the woman working customer service rudely and loudly told me that I needed to pick up my items at the back of the store via self pickup (next to Amazon returns) and that they moved all pickup items to the back about a month ago. I’m familiar with this process (I’m a Kohls cc holder & frequent Kohls shopper), HOWEVER, I never received a self pickup email with a pickup pass (you can’t do self pickup without a pass). The email I did receive stated that I needed to pick up my items from customer service. I tried to explain this to the woman at customer service, however, she dismissed me and repeated herself while pointing to the back of the store.

I walked over to the back of the store to see if anyone could help, however, there weren’t any workers near self pickup (besides the man at Amazon returns - there was a line of people waiting for him).

I walked out of the store and called Kohls customer service to cancel my pickup order. I’ll never step foot into the Kohls Dublin location ever again.

This place used to be great 3-4 years back. It went downhill and now back to being good. They have good collections now. Especially for kids shoes and bags. Men suits and coats are also good. You can consider shopping here especially if you have Kohls card or online account as you will be getting Kohl's cash or coupons often in your email.

The store was very messy cloths all over the floor, and they had just opened, so there were really no excuses, and I had issues finding what I was looking for. Rude customer service. No hello or acknowledgement I was even at her counter, since she was too busy talking about blooming onions at outback with the employee next to her. Just grabbed my purchase, rang it up and told me the amount. No, "do you have Kohl's cash?"or "do you have an account?"... Nope. Didn't even look at me. So I asked if she got my rewards, a curt "No" was all I received. I had $25 in Kohl's cash.... And apparently they weren't doing Kohls cash that day as she so rudely pointed out without looking at me when I asked.

Train your customer service...Cause corporate got my call and a claim opened against this person. This person is the representative of your Dublin store. And you are ok with this kind of rude behavior? Must not like to have repeat customers.

Two stars because the store is always clean whenever I'm there...

It’s disappointing since I am a frequent shopper of Kohl’s. They continue to make shopping less convenient and safe for people who are vulnerable with certain illnesses. They no longer offer curbside pick up and now they moved the self pick up to make you walk all the way through the store to the back to make you pick it up. Very poor customer service. This is not necessary and I’ll reconsider purchases I get it Kohls and purchase elsewhere.

Line is always the length of the store and customer service is rude when you have questions or are confused about store layout.

I love Kohls Dublin they are always friendly at Service Desk which is in the front of store and in store pu is located in the back beside Amazon desk..

Not the most friendly location for associates. Was uncertain about a particular item. And was kind of overlooked. Good to have a can-do will-do attitude. But overall decided to not spend any money due to the lack of customer service. Especially, as a cardholder🤷🏾‍♀️
