Wonderful Experience! Joe the workerat Target stopped everything he was stocking on the shelves to walk with me to the Isle to find the item i was looking for, it was out of stock and Joe said he could check the backroom for me! Very clean store with friendly and helpful staff! A few of the shelves that were indicated on the website were a bit difficult to find by myself since they weren't labeled (or maybe I wasn't able to find them) but the staff helped me out with finding my products. Definitely would visit again!

I bought several drinks that were heavy, and the cashier only gave me one bag. It nearly ripped but I luckily noticed so held it from the bottom instead of the handles to avoid it breaking.
After shopping I stopped by the Starbucks here to get my much needed caffeine fix. I ordered a grande java chip frap with a shot of espresso on top aka affagato style. I went to grab my drink and noticed the whip cream completely clean and unfazed so I just kindly asked (literally the nicest, kindest tone as I used to work this job and understand the chaos of it) the barista if there was a shot in it, and this girl SNAPPED at me in the rudest tone "YES." As if I had just become the most difficult, insensitive customer ever. I was taken back. It wasn't exactly what I ordered and I paid nearly $8, God forbid I double check, I guess? This was around 3:45pm on 8/3 . Please be kinder, you don't know what people are going through or dealing with. I will go out of my way to not visit this location again, just left a really bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because I usually really enjoy my target trips.

BEWARE a third party named "Excell" supplies target's Pokemon cards, with no mention of their return policy in the department I was in. Once i opened one when I got home, noticed there were 11 cards instead of 10 as advertised. With a black code card universal for a "rare" card, low and behold I got hit with a altered older pack and didn't bother to open the other 2. Well today I tried to get a return/exchange and Manager had the audacity to not even come talk to me in person and relay over walkie-talkie " I should of known that it was altered with". No... it comes in a paper sleeve, so i couldn't of know... if you would came to the front desk and assist you could observe that yourself. Terrible customer service by that manager, better off working the back if that's how you handle things. So now i'm out $15 because pushing fraudulent/tampered with product is Target's motto. You been warned!

I honestly have to give a huge shoutout to the Sawmill Rd Target. I had a curbside order right before heading to our new place. I had my son with me, my fiancé drove separately since we moved some items in today.

my baby wasn’t a happy fella and was crying. I pulled into a spot and got him out to check on him. I was trying to calm him down and the curbside attendant came out and checked on us and asked if we needed anything. I told him I appreciated it and said he just needs to eat a little. I sat there for a little bit to feed him before we left and the attendant came out again to make sure I was good. I wish I got his name but it made this mom here feel good because I was also ready to cry. Postpartum has been hard and this interaction made my day.

Last return was so quick and 3 people were working customer service on a Saturday morning which I appreciated so much! I love target and my only complaint used to be that they seemed short staffed but I’m happy to see that the store was looking in order and registers and customer service was staffed well.

Things are very well organized & clean. There is not a very large grocery section (food) at this location but have a lot of clothes, household goods, etc. Self checkout was easy. Staff was helpful when I had a question.

I enjoy Target and can usually find most of the things I am looking for. At this location, however, it seems to be a bit disorganized and less clean compared to other stores. The last time I went, it wasn't as bad as it's been in the past, but I noticed that many things were not in the correct spot.

Not sure what has happened with the cleanliness of the store, but it has gone down. I was walking around this morning, and the store was a mess. I also had noticed a C4 in the home goods clearance aisle, opened. So if that was from the day before that was proof they don't do a check in the evening. Make sure you check all products if they are a return open box. I was dismayed to learn the product I purchase wasn't in the box when I brought it home, and knew I had to return the item quickly. Now I provided a 3 because they do keep the front of the store up and organized. It's the aisles they have in between that seem to get ignored.

I dont look for racism but I came here with my daughter and my son my daughter being 2 very talkative and friendly, the customer service here is RUDE and maybe not all but each one I saw was ignorant ya know the word used for us ! I was babysat while shopping im looking at candy an employee breezed by me with a cart nearly hitting me and proceeds to reach over my face to grab an item I let that go I go to self checkout didnt notice until I was finished checking out (paid loading bags in my cart the employee was watching just me I walk to exit two male employees were conversation and both looked at me didn't speak I was looking around for an atm and even said it they walked away now sadly being black had I responded e the one so called rude I will be back and I'm allowed to shop WHEREVER I choose you will not dictate where I can go I'm taking this further

I have tried reaching this store so many times. As someone who wanted to work for them, they never got back to me or answered their phones and that’s whatever. Honestly idk. But now as a customer, I tried to call five times this afternoon between 2pm-6pm to get in touch with customer support. The cashier forgot to load a bag into my cart upon check Out as he was helping me since the total purchase was $220(a decent amount of bags). And the items in the bag that are missing equals almost $50. How do I know what the next steps are from here? You won’t answer your phones!! Do I need to bring the entire purchase back with me? Do I need to just bring the receipt or what about the method of payment? My mother bought these things for her grandson and is leaving to go back home tonight out of town. So basically I’m just down $50 with nothing to show for it and no one will answer their phone at this store. Wether you’re trying to get a job or wether you’re a customer this place must be a mess.

The optical department at the Dublin Target store has had a change in their staff. The previous staff was much more friendly and helpful than the current staff. The eye doctor was excellent but the optician was not very helpful. I will use the eye doctor again but will purchase my glasses elsewhere.

Solid target, on the smaller side and ALWAYS busy. However, they usually have a good amount of stock compared to the Polaris location…particularly for holiday/seasonal items. Due to the store being so busy it can be a bit messy and parking can be a hike to get into the store.

The place looks clean enough but if you are buying food there, BEWARE!! I went to buy pancake mix and was surprised to see they still had packages with the Aunt Jemima labels on them. For anyone that may not know, they changed their name to Pearl Mining Company during the 2020-21 fiscal year. It is now September of 2022. That was a red flag for me. When I looked closer, over half of the packages of mix were well past their best by date. One was nearly a year past! If you are getting food from this Target, make sure you check the dates! They obviously don't care enough to remove expired products.

This is our go to target. Today I had an especially pleasant experience with CaSaundra. She was swift and efficient with our check out. We had several large items and she was very thorough and accommodating. She even went the extra mile to show my husband and I extra features on the cartwheel app.
I will absolutely be picking her line on my next visit.

Von (Vaugn) strikes again. I once again goto Target and find clearance items not coming up only to goto front end for the store REFUSING TO SELL ME THE ITEM. THIS TARGET SHOULD RENAME ITSELF WALMART. This supervisor explains thar selling me an item not found is a Targets policy. I call the Sawmill for clarification and they tell me "managers discretion". So in other words the supervisor did not want sell me these items. Bottom line.

I'm writing this review for plus-size ladies to give a heads up. This store sadly really is not plus size or maternity friendly. First of all, the plus size section is in disarray and is not maintained- if you can even find anything plus size. They have a big display now advertising that all plus sizes 0X-4X are sold online. So, you can't try anything on. Even if you could find something to try on, the dressing rooms are completely closed for renovations. Same with maternity - they have like maybe 1 VERY small rack of maternity clothing and the rest is online only. If you're looking for plus size clothing I would suggest avoiding this place because it's basically impossible for us to shop here anymore lol.

This target is undergoing a remodel and things are kind of funky but the staff is so nice and attentive. Patrick saw there was a line at guest services and opened one of the regular cash registers to process returns. He was friendly and fast.

I just moved to the area and despite being in the affluent area of Dublin, this Target is a DUMP. It looks like it’s being renovated but it looks like it should be a tear down. On top of the state of the building, the merchandise is a huge mess. There are employees just walking around hanging out, doing nothing. I guess I’ll find a new store to shop at! Disappointing!

Optical center at Target is awesome! Robin is such an excellent person she took time to show various glasses that fit our needs. She managed everything all by herself single handedly in spite of being short staffed and gave us all possible options according to our vision plan.

I suggest avoiding the Target on Sawmill Rd in Col, OH reps there need a lot of training they give you wrong info, they are rude, short and disrespectful. I have shopped at target a very long time since 1991 started in California then now in Ohio, I personally will avoid this Target from now on.

I called several times to ask if they’d check the shelves for an item that was showing limited availability Online at this store only. I live across town and didn’t want to travel over unless I was sure they had 4 curtain panels. I spoke to a store manager who transferred me and a women in “customer service” who laughed and said “you need curtains- not customer service” so ironic! So then I was transferred again and this time let the phone ring for 25 minutes and no one answered! I guess “customer service” is laughable here! Don’t waste your time.

Love this location. It’s not wildly picked over like some of the other locations in Columbus. I do wish they would stock more cleaning supplies! I know everyone is having a shortage but this one almost never has any. Mrs Meyers acorn spice all purpose cleaner in specific! ;) the eye center is great! I have always liked shopping at Target. You have quality goods at a reasonable price. Your stores are clean and well laid out. Your staff is professional and friendly.

I will never visit this target again. Website shows 6 chest Freezers in stock, team members directed me to an aisle c45, but we couldn't find it. Met by a team member who just said they didn't have any. No effort made to look anywhere

I go here on a weekly basis and normally go early on the weekend to avoid lines. They have most of what we need even though we do our first wave of shopping at Trader Joe's. The worst thing is the parking lot though.

I used to shop here when I worked in the area. its clean, well lit and has a good selection of everything.
