If there were 6 stars, I’d give them 6. Today I went in to buy a set of clubs for a Christmas present. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Matt behind the counter, who was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I told Matt my budget, and a general idea what I was looking for. He made some great suggestions, listened to me and we found exactly what I had in mind. Plus, he was literally 25 cents within budget. I would return to this store and recommend anyone looking for anything golf related to visit and ask for Matt.

Walked into golf galaxy not knowing what type of help I would get with a putter. Spent 45 minutes with Jordan finding me the right putter. I didn’t think getting fit for a putter would have that much difference compared to my old putter and I would highly recommend Jordan. 10 Stars!

When we walked in someone asked us if we needed help with anything. I told him I had my driver head come off and that I was looking for a replacement and I would like to try some on their simulator. He said he would be back there helping another customer. To let him know when we were done looking around. Never saw him again. Several other employees walking around but didn't seam interested in helping me at all. I would not recommend this location.

Have been coming here for a few years but done with this location. Staff is rude as hell and generally not helpful. Either they are ignorant or Just not interested in helping. Casey Is legit and at least honest. I would highly recommend working with Casey if you go here, if he is not in...turn around walk out. He should be running the entire store. The rest can take a hike...especially the couple grouchy older guys who work there.

After a lengthy process I decided to finally purchase a properly fitted set of golf clubs, it has been eons since I last did this. I shopped on-line, called different vendors, polled fellow players(etc.) and opted for this location,...and I'm thrilled!
The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and answered each and every question of mine with candor. They worked within my budget and explained all of my options.
I am happy I made the decision to shop here. My suggestion is to certainly give them a try .

I found a “demo” driver on the clearance rack with a sign that clearly stated “lowest marked price”. At checkout I was asked for the full retail price (of a brand new one). When I inquired as to why, the cashier spoke with the manager who was not friendly and told me that the club was mispriced and he would not sell it for the price on the sticker.

I went in to get a new driver for my fifteen year old grandson. We were waited on immediately by Chuck. He let my grandson hit the Taylor Made M4 which he hit very well. Chuck then suggested he hit a Ping that had a better shaft for his swing. He hit that better than the first and we probably would have bought it. But Chuck said he had an idea and went into the back room and came out with another Ping driver that my grandson hit 300 yards. And then again. We bought the club.
You can’t ask for better service!!! He kept trying clubs until he found the right club. Great job!!

It was the greatest! The salesperson at front counter Sunday night April 11,2021was amazing and helped while not able to leave counter area! Yet directed and assisted from afar! I will return he made my night! U gotta try them soon!

I went to PGA for new woods and was being “helped” by a salesman that went to get other driver options and just never came back. So I went to G.G. and met Bill. After a short conversation, hit a few shots and he diagnosed my club issue. He then proceeded to pair me with a perfect match. Not once did he try to sell me anything' he merely LISTENED, applied his professional knowledge and experience and provided me with solutions. The absolute best shopping experience I have had in a longgg time.

I just don’t understand why there is not more enthusiasm to see new golfers succeed at this challenging sport.

Went to golf galaxy with the intention of buying clubs . Was walking around looking for clubs for half hour.
Even hitting terribly in the club hitting area ..and no help. Not even a hello. I walked out and I’m sorry but had to say “thanks for the help your service is questionable. “

If you want to come in and get help, then you should go elsewhere. The employees just don't want to help. Also, they will pick and choose who they want to check out, even though you're waiting in line to be rung out, they'll ask the people behind you to jump in front of you. I worked in retail for over 8 yrs so I know what customer service looks like. This store needs to brush up on their skills and receive some better training.

They claim they don't have things that they do if they don't feel like looking. You can show them the same product at another store and they'll argue it's not so they don't have to match. They have gear but they never engage you.

Jerks!!! Was having all high end grips replaced (with their best and highest priced grips) plus new putter grip. Oh and I had just spent $500 on some golf supplies days earlier. Simply asked them to clean these clubs for me when they re-grip them. THAT became a big "yeah we don't do that" from the manager. So off I go to find a place that actually cares about service.

Went with the intention of buying a new driver and wanted to rent the simulator for 20 minutes to try a few different brands. Manager said they would not rent the simulator on a Saturday. The store was empty besides one other person using the second simulator.. Took my business elsewhere.
