At first, we had to wait a while because we had five people however, once Sonia became our server, everything made a quick turnaround she was fantastic. Stopped in on Christmas Day (night), you could tell the staff was understandably exhausted. They were out of hash browns and almost out of hamburgers. There were some service issues like undone pancakes not a biggie and a little longer wait time for some items we weren’t complaining we were truly sensitive to the the situation and happy they were open to serve us and they addressed our concerns. BUT I will say this if you drop fruit on a dirty surface, do not pick it up and put it in the bowl to serve to guest! Yes I saw it and would not let my friend eat it. I don’t care how tired you are you know that’s nasty! Overall the visit was ok.

Here we go. My over medium eggs were cold. Their eggs are so small they must use bantam chicken eggs. The sausage didn’t look cooked and it also was cold. My hash browns were cold and no flavor at all. Their coffee is disgusting.

This has become my favorite IHOP in the area. A typical IHOP that is usually busy and sometimes has a wait list. Service and food are consistently good.

My favorites are the Big Steak Omelet, Belgium Waffle, and Split Decision. Their French Toast is now made with Texas Toast. I liked the regular bread better but apparently I'm in the minority.

Their Belgian waffles are wonderful. I heard they put a little pancake batter into the scrambled eggs to make them fluffy. Check with your server if you have gluten issues. I happen to like their scrambled eggs because they are fluffy.

Their bacon is thin and usually crispy. Their sausage links are okay, but please note I'm not a huge fan of sausage.

Pepsi products. I didn't drink coffee but my husband always said it was good.

This restaurant does not answer the telephone. They have even hung up the telephone when I have tried to call there. I think that is a very unprofessional habit and quite rude. They also take customers money without producing the full order. That is the very worst service on the planet.

We went there today on Father's Day and my wife order a spinach mushroom omelet and the Hollandaise sauce was spoiled that goes on it. I ordered the Cali turkey melt. The cheese was shredded, not even melted and my turkey was Cold but they've took both off our bill they were trying to charge us $4 for a soft drink and then we said something about it and then our server decided to be rude to us when we got ready to leave. I will never go to an IHOP again

This place was FILTHY!!!!
we was seated and there was food under our table and seats. We got up asked to be moved or wait for it to be cleaned, the Mgr moved us to a different booth. The waitress looked as if she was out on a 3 day drinking binge before coming into work.
The potatoes where still frozen the sausage was not cooked in a skillet at best in the microwave.

Unfortunately lot place has went up in price so much that it’s not as affordable to go out all the time. Also menu overtime seemed to get smaller, sometimes food portion gotten little bit smaller too. Food usually always great but wish portion size food and prices more reasonable. If you love breakfast this location does amazing. The waitress we had was amazing and very understanding.

Went for dinner with 2 kids. Inquired about the "kids eat free" and was told it was with an adult meal. Proceeded to order donut-inspired pancakes off of the kid focused specialty menu (based on the movie IF) for both kiddos - along with 3 adult meals. Was asked if I wanted to make them a combo, asked whether that was still part of the "kids eat free" promo and was told yes. When the check came, was told those particular pancakes were NOT part of the kid menu and thus full price. Waitress apologized profusely for her error (it was her 3rd day) but the manager REFUSED to do anything to make it right. While the waitress should have known better, I 100% blame the manager for not coming to talk to us directly and doing SOMETHING to compensate us. Bad business to say the least.

IHop Used to be my favorite for a nice quick breakfast. With reasonable prices. They now changed the menu (a few months ago) 3 of us ate on Saturday AM. 1 omelet, 1 eggs benni, and one of the pick your breakfast meals. Water, 2 Diet drinks and 65 Dollars later ... I was stunned!!! Eggs Benedict all around town here are anywhere from 9.99. to 12.00. I HOP 15.59 for the classic eggs benni and 15.99 for some of the others. That is certainly California pricing in Canton Ohio!! ....Omelets 14.99....COME ON I HOP !!! Lets get the prices back to where they should be and were before the last menu change. Omelets were 9.00 and 10.00 with the very same ingredients as you have now . Eggs are certainly not expensive anymore so what's up with the absurd pricing ? Iced CoFFee 3.79 to 3.99? McDonalds is across the street and for 2.00 you get an extra large FLAVORED ice coffee....
We also waited a long time to have our order taken.

I wont go until they cater to the people who built their business .... no more Senior BOGO ? What a shame.
Almost no one can afford 3 simple breakfasts and 2 drinks for 65.00 !!!

The service was poor, the restaurant was uncleaned with food all over the floors, our coffee canister was covered in old dried coffee. The food was okay, but I'll express it like this. I spent $50 for my wife and I. Two omelets, two coffees, and four pancakes. If it had been $20 it would have been great. For $50 I have expectations such as a clean restaurant and attentive service. We don't go here frequently and probably won't be back after this round.

Stopped in with two of my buddies... Pancakes and the toppings on them is hard to do at home, WHICH IS WHY YOU GO OUT FOR FOOD AND COME BACK AGAIN LATER! Same thing with the excellent omelet I had. These entrees have enough accoutrements besides the main ingredients that when you see and taste them you are happy! That is happening less and less when I dine out these days. One of my friends always put down IHOP in long years past, but now it is one of his favorite places to go, and he's very finicky. I just bought him gift certificates for his birthday! I use to eat here all the time when I lived in the area . We chose this place because we bought into the gimmick. We had ladies night out. We were going to see Wonka and loved the idea of the menu being Wonka themed. Well, I want to start by saying the girl that took care of us, I think she did a great job. She was the hostess and the server. She was running her butt off but still took decent care of us for all the people she was taking care of us. My gripe was the cooks never told her that they were out of avocado. So the Wonka burgers didn’t have them on my friends orders but when they didn’t think it was important to tell the waitress for my avocado toast sandwich there is a huge problem. I’m not sure if they are under staffed like so many places or if someone called off but I was disappointed with the over all experience. IHOP you need to get yourselves together

I haven't been to an ihop in a few years and it was very good. Our server was friendly and helpful. We ordered the plant sausage breakfast combo and country fried steak combo. I loved the protein pancakes! My husband was pleased with his steak and eggs. He said they were made exactly how he likes them :) We will be back! It's very nice to have non-pork breakfast meat options and protein pancake option.

Came in to get dinner with family only to be highly disrespected! There were two couples in front of us who waited almost an hour. No one greeted us or even seem like they cared too! I understand they were probably shorthanded, and there were only four people in the building, but there is never any time where you can’t take a second and be friendly to people! You should always treat people as you treat your family. Will never be back to this location do yourself a favor find a different location or a different restaurant

IHOP has good food especially for the money. I fed my family of four for about $70 bucks including tip. Believe me it was a lot of food. The waitress was very personable and our food was served hot. We went there on Veterans Day. The pancakes my husband said tasted like powder. They were saturated and soggy. Blueberries and strawberries were frozen. Coffee pot was filthy with dried coffee on the outside of the pot. Booth wasn't moveable and was very tight to sit at. Very bad experience and we will not be back.

I have never had any issues at this IHOP. They keep the place clean, the service is always good, and the food comes out pretty quickly. I did notice that the menu has become more limited, but I believe that is a result of COVID just like a lot of other restaurants. For instance there is now only one syrup flavor on the tables. The waitresses are always nice and the food comes out hot. I would recommend coming here if you're looking for breakfast anytime.

I respect that they’re open really late. The dining room seemed pretty clean. The pancakes were not tasty at all but they delivered what they promised. If they could use real whipped cream, real milk butter in their pancakes, and less artificial flavors, that would help.

The waiter was kind, it’s clear that ihop doesn’t pay their employees enough. They also had the staffing stretched thin.

Horrible experience. Waitress didn’t greet us she then brought out our coffee and water, roughly set it on the table and told us she had to take another order. We sat and waited.

I asked for another server who was kind and took our order. The first waitress upon learning we ask for another service then sarcastically looks at us and says “great”. Absolutely not! The manager Kristine or Christin never came out.

The second waitress offered to comp the food we ordered but who wants to eat in an atmosphere where service is hostile.

Hopefully they’ll do better.

We came in around 10pm, the lady who served us had a HORRIBLE attitude. We patiently waited for our food, she came and threw my pancakes onto the table. And when she came back with a refill of water, she dropped it onto the table instead of waiting for us to make room for her to sit it down or for us to grab it. She told other customers that we were giving her a hard time and we haven’t done anything crazy we literally patiently waited. She made a comment “I’m sure y’all are gonna make this a bigger deal that what it was” like no one was going to make a scene. She’s the only one who did and they made us leave. She also said very sensitive things to me and i will not be returning to this location. I will be contacting HR.
