The normally great service at this location was very slow. Our order of 2 drinks had to be looked for 3 times despite being confirmed at the ordering speaker as mobile and my name correctly. The cars in front of us were also waiting some time for their orders. One of our drinks was made incorrectly but thankfully not with real dairy so we just dealt with it.

ive had a few experiences now where they get my drink wrong and haven't been able to get refunded, and i notice after i already left so i couldn't have them remade. one i ordered light ice and they put extra ice, the other i ordered mocha drizzle and cookie crumbles on the drink and they did neither.

Went through the drive through and the gentleman that was working the window was so pleasant and thoughtful. The cup was dirty, so he let me know that he was going to put another cup over it - I appreciated that so much because I've been handed sticky cups before (and I don't drink sticky chocolate drinks) and it's so messy. Great experience and my drink was perfect!

Service is VERY slow. Waited (stuck) in drive thru behind one car after ordering the ham and swiss croissant, which they were out of. Just had to sit and wait because there's no escape from the drive thru lane. Even worse, this is not the only time they have been out of the croissant. In fact, I've only been able to get it at this location once. I'm done trying here. There are other Starbucks stores close enough if I want to get the croissant in the future.

The inside of the restaurant is prettier than most of the other Starbucks Ive seen. Very clean. The pastry was really good and we have a Carmel frappachino that was really good too!

I downloaded the app because you get a free drink on your birthday. There weren't any size limits and you can add extras all at no cost! A few days later there was a BOGO and after that $3.00 off a drink.

A negative about the app is that there's A LOT of trackers and attempts to access your phone information continuously throughout the day; whether you use it or not.

I have gone to several locations and so far the staff have always been friendly and helpful. This has become more and more of a rarity in today's workforce.

My friends and I went in just now, and the workers were extremely hostile and rude toward us. A tall ginger woman told us we were being too loud and was very condescending and rude. This is not the first time this employee has given us a problem. The entire staff is not friendly.

Visiting the area from out state. Stopped in with my two small children in toe and ordered food and bought a been there mug. The lady (thin dark blackish hair) that took my order and purchase had such an attitude. I was holding my son and asked for a bag for my mug and food items. She was so rude and inconvenienced. After being rude and handing me my bag I got “is there anything else?” No lady I just spent $30 including a tip you could at least be nice. Never have I had someone be nasty at Starbucks. Go a couple miles more to the other in this area.

I guess I’m just upset about the customer service. I went at 8 o’clock, an hour before closing to pick up a brownie for my pregnant wife. There was a car in the drive-through parked so nobody could use it And when I knocked on the door The workers were working and nobody acknowledged me. So I took my car and went the opposite direction in the drive-through to see what was going on and the girl yelled at me saying They were closed and what I was doing was not OK. There was no sign explaining. Also, online and on the front door they said they were still open. I was also there with other people in the parking lot who also did not know what was going on. A lot of lost revenue at the time. I don’t know what to do with this information but that’s what happened. I guess Starbucks is there for convenience and sometimes it’s less convenient than others. They are usually pretty good and people can have an off day, but I’m not gonna lie, this one kind of hurt.

This store is in a not so great location in a very busy part of North Canton. Getting in and out is extremely challenging depending on when you go. The parking lot is designed in such a way that parking is next to impossible if the drive thru is busy. And if the garbage truck decided to show up you'll be waiting 5 minutes for it to do it's work.

That said, the staff is extremely nice here however they're severely under-staffed. The dining room randomly opens and closes, and sometimes they don't have cashiers and "require mobile order or drive thru". Can be quite frustrating if you prefer to order in person.

Food and drink wise you can't really go wrong. I usually grab a nitro cold brew and some egg whites. Both are delicious and worth your time. A bit expensive however.

In the end, it's a Starbucks location so most know the expectation by now.

This Starbucks is on the way to work for both me and my wife, so let’s just say we spend too much money here. I have to say the staff is always super kind, often asking about your day and just seeming like they are happy to be there. Drinks are always prepared correctly. Only complaint is getting in and out is difficult due to it being on such a busy intersection, and the drive-through line backs up almost onto the street many mornings. If I don’t hit early enough it’s not worth stopping as I’ll be late to work with the 15-20 minute wait.

This is my favorite Starbucks EVER! The staff here is A-MAZING! They are not only extremely friendly, but they really do a great job at getting your orders correct and in a timely fashion. Wow I’m really disgusted with the way we were just treated at the North Canton @Starbucks ! We ordered 3 iced drinks- get to the window and they hand us a hot caramel machiatto- so I let them know it was supposed to be iced. The girl responds “then you need to say iced” then proceeds to turn to her coworker and start complaining and saying I didn’t order my drink correctly and she’s hard of hearing but that I didn’t say it so she shouldn’t make it because it’s my fault????? I come every morning and order the exact same thing every time... I know to say iced? I wasn’t even upset they made it hot rather than iced, we were willing to just take it hot and leave but the fact they talked bad about me in front of other customers while I’m in the drive thru!! Will never be returning to this location.
