This location had been redesigned. All indoor seating has been removed. There is outdoor seating.

Walked in (7th of September), and it was very busy. The staff took one order and nobody received anything for the 10 minutes we waited. Walked out and will not be back. This used to be the best Starbucks, but now they are worse than Alliance. Only rated service and atmosphere due to not being waited on.

Went from 5 stars to 1 after the remodel. Wait time in drive thru has gone up significantly despite being told by workers that having no in store down customers was less of a distraction! I avoid coming here when I can. It's terrible that the owner ruined the entire vibe and that the service is so poor now.

They didn't have enough workers. They made one of the drinks and it sat for like 30 mins before I got the other one so the ice had melted and started getting watery.

"ok since you placed your order 33 seconds ago, we haven't started it yet" ... was the reply from the barista when my wife came through the drive through and said she placed an order and that she knows it won't be ready just yet. lovely customer service from someone who should rather be at mcdonald's with that tone.

Hands down, the baristas make the difference. They have a little barista, a brunette who is so personable, uplifting, and friendly.

All of the dine in seating has been removed. Not really sure how you take a busy, always packed Starbucks and just yank all the tables out. Don't go expecting to sit down. I don't know where this trend came from of removing dining rooms from restaurants but it's maddening. This is not what I expect from a Starbucks experience ESPECIALLY in a college town.

STILL is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. This includes large stores in large cities like New York Chicago and Tokyo. I counted at least eight people working today and it took 27 minutes to get a coffee and a sandwich in fact I had to have them re-make the sandwich because they brought that out after eight or nine minutes and it got cold waiting for the coffee drink. The mobile order indicated my order would be ready 15 minutes prior to the actual time delivered. This is the second time this month that the very same thing has happened. Get it together Starbucks.

Went inside and waited for literally 20 minutes. I love Starbucks and their employees are usually always very nice and service is amazing. I'm not upset about the waiting, but what bothered me is that so many of the employees were not helping where needed. I've been a barista before and I know the principal of always putting customers first. I've worked at fast food before too and sometimes you just have to stay over if you're behind on tasks, as customers are always the first priority. But every employee here was working on other tasks such as trash and other things instead of helping the one girl out. She was the only one making the drinks, and the person at drive thru would keep telling her to make certain adjustments for drinks instead of helping himself, seeing as the drive thru was long and the dining area was also busy. There were 3 other people there too and none of them were helping her make drinks. I didn't get to see her name, but I'm assuming she works night shift— she was black (light-skinned) and had curly hair (sorry for the poor description, I don't retain details very well haha). She was very sweet and was making all the drinks. Just saying, they definitely should have helped her out and the management needs to do something about that. One employee should not be carrying 90% of the weight.

The staff is always so friendly and kind however, the drinks continue to get worse as the prices get even more expensive. A majority of their drinks even if you note a SPLASH are basically milk or creamer with a splash of coffee. If you are not a true coffee drinker then this place will be to your liking. Disappointing when you spend $6 on a latte to only be drinking flavored milk. There have been countless times that this has happened and unfortunately, I did not have time to wait for another to be made.

I ordered inside because the drive-thru line was really long. I understand waiting while all of the orders that were already put in before I came in were done, but they ignored the customers inside to fill the drive-thru orders. I waited over 15 minutes and never got my coffee. It wasn't even fancy. It was just a grande cold brew.

This Starbucks is always quick, even despite being busy and always follow directions for specific drinks and follow it to a T, drinks are always good and they are always extremely friendly. When the one closest to my house is busy, which is most of the time, I come to this location because I know I'll have my order fast.

I have tried to like this location but yesterday was the last time for me. Staff is nice but the store is frequently out of items, the coffee I always order tastes different each time and sometimes not so good, the temperature of the coffee is never hot enough like they are too rushed, and there is one manager type girl that is just too loud. The Alliance store is much better and the coffe is consistently good.
