This was the worst service that I have ever had at any Starbucks.

At first, I asked if they had a specific drink. The employee at the register seemed annoyed that I asked, making facial gestures. After ordering, I wasn’t given a receipt and she didn’t ask for my name.

At the time they weren’t busy. We waited for 10-15 minutes and no one said anything yet. We went up to the counter to ask and there had been 2 drinks sitting in the corner of the counter.

A different employee said, “if thats what you ordered then it’s yours. Look at it and see.” “It doesn’t have a name on it.” The young man was standing right next to the drinks.

A 3rd employee was standing next to the 2nd and said “just take it, its just coffee.”
I was shocked of how rude and bad the service was.

One of the drinks was not even correct as they forgot to add carmel and mocha drizzle to my drink. This was one reason i asked if the drinks were mine in the first place, since it wasn’t exactly what I ordered.

On top everything, the place was very dirty. It is unbelievable that this Starbucks had 3 employees and all 3 were rude and incompetent.

If I could give a zero I would! I placed my order through Uber and once my items arrived this is what was inside. Why would you even sell/send these eggs bites!?! Their burnt and hard. Of course I called the STARBUCKS ON THE STRIP TO COMPLAIN. Spoke with Andrew who was rude and I was put on hold to speak to the manager who was also rude. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks today, and I must say that the service I received from Shelby was absolutely exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. Not only did she expertly craft my coffee to perfection, but her warm and welcoming personality brightened my day. Shelby goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location and experiencing the excellent service provided by Shelby. My mom and I stopped at this Starbucks location on our way back into town after an incredibly long day. Austin was so hospitable and helped out with our selection of beverages. His client service was superb, warm, and refreshing. As a very frequent traveler across the states and Starbucks customer, our experience here was by far one, if not, the best.

I dropped off an order for 20+ drinks, picked them up an hour later. They were ready, well marked and packaged nicely for travel back to the office. They even helped me load into my car. Staff was super friendly & made a somewhat stressful undertaking an absolute breeze.

Made an online order for pickup in-store and went to pick it up and waited for about 15mins and watched others come into the store and make an order at the counter and they got their orders before I did. Nobody had asked me what I was waiting on so I just left because I had other things to do. Never going back no customer awareness at all

I've only gone to this Starbucks about 5 or 6 times, but everytime I have gone the service has been excellent and the coffee has been very good. Probably the best Starbucks I have ever gone to.

Used to be a decent store but service lately has been hit or miss with more bad experiences than not. They have screwed up my order the past 3 times and have taken as long as 15 minutes to make a simple drink and we're not horribly slammed. Don't know what happened to this store but I guess time will tell!

In an attempt to be conservationists, they use paper straws. The straws were useless but there was no other options. There are too many better places, including other Starbucks, to return to this one. I suggest going elsewhere.

This location seems to have many of the ingredients all the other stores are out of. Drunk is always made right and super quick service. No drive-thru, but dedicated curbside parking.

Mobile order while sitting in parking lot. Busy time of day, so it took a while to process the order (11-14 minutes). It was CROWDED with people standing and waiting for their drinks. People who worked there were friendly and welcoming. So were the customers.
