Coffee and cappuccino tasted very old and bitter. Threw it out- complete waste of money. The usual crew wasn't there today but don't think we will return.

Terrible coffee but good specialty drinks. They're against plastic straws but there's a dumpster full of plastic cups, drink mix containers and misc. potentially recyclable junk. 🙄

I just don't like their choice of breads, too limited. I had the ham and cheese baguette and all I tasted was the baguette!

@Callum Amacher - why are you sticking up for them? If the brand STARBUCKS is on the sign, coupons and apps should work there.

My last few drinks weren't as tasty or not mixed well. I decided to go to a different Starbucks and ordered the same 2 drinks. And YES, there was quite a big difference! The 2nd place I was very very pleased. I have ordered these 2 drinks for long time and knew something was off since like December last year, but I was busy. So this time I remembered and decided to give my drinks a test at other locations. I went to 3 total, my local (by the Jackson High School on Fulton Drive NW) and 2 others nearish. Once again, my local 2 starbucks drinks were handed to me with a smile but tasted umm blah. My friend tasted them too. I then went to the other 2. The 2nd place was awesome and my drinks a tasting on point, the 3rd spot was good too. My friend also noticed the difference greatly. We threw out the 1st drinks. Guess I'll be going to the 2nd spot for a while. I hope my local Starbucks will get some retraining and improve their mixing and blending game. We thought of saying something at the moment and asking for better drinks, buuuut I am afraid of maybe getting something worse or a nasty addition (spit) to my drink. Lol ewww. 🤢

They claim they don't have the app and cannot give the birthday gift you are offered. This is not Uncle Sam's coffee shop. This is Starbucks. How come they don't have the app?

@MuratBakan they are a licensed store. Starbucks does not allow licensed stores to accept Starbucks card or rewards. The app will not work. Go to target and it’s the same thing there. It is not Uncle Sam’s coffee shop. It’s a licensed Starbucks store. Know the difference
