I bought a Christmas tree. I asked Ted if he could get a cart so I could wheel the heavy tree to check out. Ted picked up the tree and carried it to the front register. He then loaded it into my car. What GREAT service !!!!!! Malia at the register was great too. Big smile and friendly ! You should hire more folks like them, All that in a busy store. Good job !!!!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst stores I have been to. Placed an online order for pickup. I had not received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. I was in the area so I went into the store and found my item. Took it to the online pickup desk thinking they might be short staffed. The girl would not fulfill the order and told me the only way I can get it now was to buy it then return it. But, I would lose all my Kohls cash. Why should I have to make multiple trips to the store and hassle with returns when I had the item in my hands. Called customer service and they were worthless. Over 4hrs later, I am still waiting for my email for pickup.
Addendum: So I went to the store, picked the item and spoke with a manager. She said the same thing!! I said Target can pick an item and have it ready in 2 hrs. She said they have more employees and 500 items needed to be picked. Hmm the girl at the online pickup was just standing there with no line the first time I was there. Fair enough, employees shortages everywhere. But, if I pick the item and take it to the desk (saving them all that time and hassle), why won't they fulfill the order and save everyone time, frustration, multiple trips, and big fluctuations in inventory levels due to purchases and returns? What an incompetent company.

I would give zero stars for the Canton, Ohio store if I could. Today I went in the store to return a $50 pair of men’s joggers. I used my Paypal account and had the receipt. The sales clerk attempted to do the return, but said their system was having trouble and wouldn’t allow a return to PayPal. She offered me Kohl’s credit instead. I said no, I need it to be returned to the original form of payment. She said system wouldn’t let her do it. I asked to speak to a manager. McKayla came over and was extremely rude. She repeated what the sales clerk said that I would have to take store credit because their system was having problems returning to PayPal. I asked for either cash back or take it off my credit card that is tied to my PayPal. She said she couldn’t do that, and I would have to call PayPal. I asked why would I call PayPal when it’s Kohl’s responsibility to me as a customer to return the money to the original form of payment since I had my receipt. I asked her to call PayPal for me. She said no it was my problem and I needed to call PayPal. How am I supposed to do a Kohl’s return by calling PayPal? Now I’m left with a $50 pair of joggers and a receipt and I have no idea how I’m supposed to return and McKayla (the manager) was of no help. Worst customer service ever!!!

This place is a true travesty of order. It is clear by the way employees walk past the mess that they don't care about the store. It was actually impossible to shop the clothing because of things falling everywhere. I used to love shopping here, I can't even stand to be inside the building because of the disarray. Just sad.

Kohl's doesn't have the prices on half there stuff you can't find anybody to ask about what they cost and when you do most of them don't know.... everything's messy compared to what it used to be and it took out the kiosks and the scanners and that's horrible because we really use those a lot... and whoever come up with that check out at the Canton store should
be fired because that's a mess... the Kohl's in New Philadelphia is not like that and I'd much rather shop down there than Canton because the registers is way they're supposed to be and the customer service is like it should be... the only thing with the New Philadelphia store at the mall is they don't have much stuff to choose from.... really hated to see Kohl's messed up like it is I used to love shopping there...sorry

Sephora is present, front and center. Clean store and a nice staff. It's a nice place to go if you need casual, dress or athletics clothes, shoes, kitchenware, jewelery or home decor. There is usually a sale going on. Make sure to check the website for coupons too. Sometimes the cashiers have coupons as well. You can also return Amazon packages here in exchange for Kohl's cash that CANNOT be used on the same day.

It's bad enough to charge $60 for canvas tennis shoes, but to have muddy/filthy merchandise on the floor is just ridiculous. A complete lack of inventory in most sizes and Bathing suits pretty much gone by May. I don't know why anyone would shop here

Kohls used to be my favorite store, now all they sell is junk. The brands I love are gone, the ones I would still wear are no longer good with coupons. In fact, almost nothing in the store is good with coupons anymore, probably why they barely send them out these days. Putting in Sephora really seemed to take away from the things they had going already.

I am extremely disappointed with the coupon codes (30, 20, 10% off) now. I quit going to Macy's because of all the restrictions and it looks like I'll have to do the same here. I couldn't believe buying just a pair of jeans and shirts would be restricted from my 30% off coupon. This type of thing is going to drive consumers to Amazon.

Hate the Kohl's cash. Wouldn't work online. Went to service desk and they told me I had to print it out. Went home and printed it and returned to store same day. Still wouldn't work at check-out. Clerk had to call Manager and he said to override it, which she did. Waste of gas and my time for $10 Kohl's cash. Poor marketing. I prefer to purchase online. I am a MVC Kohl's charge customer.

I had such a great experience shopping for myself yesterday. I had to return Clark black ruched leather Shooties to get a 1/2 size bigger. They had them waiting for me at Customer Service and I tried them on and a perfect fit. So than went shopping in Store Bought 2 pairs of dress leggings and they fit so nice. They had such Beautiful sweaters by Lauren Conrad in every size.
I needed a new Crock Pot my older Crock Pot stopped working and bought a new one for less than $50.00 for 9 people. I was thrilled every stop I made was filled with Beautiful Sweaters for Ladies, Men and kids. I never seen so many different items in Canton, Ohio's store packed with Beautiful clothing and other items for the 🏡 home. I will be back soon again!

Will not shop here again. I ordered a necklace (which broke as soon as I took it out of the package) and a pair of shoes (which were too small). Total $87.80. I returned both and received $77.15 back. Restocking fee taken off of $5. No one can tell me where the other $5.65 is. I used an $80 gift card plus $7.80 on my debit card. I did not use any Kohl cash.

I don't get to shop much and when I do, there are 3 young girls with me. Which, that's where the frustration comes from. Saying that check out would be a disaster but not at Kohl's. The clerks and the Manager were there for a relaxed and directed check out. Very good experience. And we like the products, the store smells good and it is clean and organized. What happened to Kohl's? I've been there numerous times in the past few months to use my 30% off coupon and walked out empty-handed. Who orders the clothes now? The styles are hideous, and the prices have skyrocketed.
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm afraid it's time to start shopping somewhere else. I'm so disappointed in Kohl's.
Make it more shopper friendly. Open up the aisles so you can get through them, bring back styles worthy of buying, and hire enough employees to keep it straightened up
