I love this store. They have so many different things! Furniture, clothing, food, liquor, jewelry, lighting fixtures, fun sized sample items, etc. Recently I went and one of the employees was super rude. But I can't hold that against the store. Because the place is awesome and I normally have a pretty good experience when I'm there. Prices are a bit high but the quality is great so it's worth it. I'll definitely be back

We love getting to try new foods from around the world or getting to pick up favorite items from past trips. Great place to shop for gifts as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We walked into the World Market in Canton to purchase a couch. An associate told us the couch we wanted was not available at their store, but we could buy it online to pick up at a store 40 minutes away. So we drove 40 minutes to pick up that couch. When we arrived home, we realized the small clear plastic piece on the bottom of the leg was missing. We called customer service. They explained they don't have the product and to call the store to fix it. That they could swap a leg on their floor model and then order a new leg for their floor model. We called our canton store to ask for help. Alaina, the store manager was extremely rude about it. She called her manager, Kristine and both said they would absolutely not help us.
We called the other store in Fairlawn and Meagan was more than willing to make it right. But that leaves us trekking 40 minutes twice.
Alaina, the Canton manager, said she would do a complete refund on the couch with the missing piece and sell us the one they have in their store.(Which they wouldn't sell us originally) That's a concerning solution.

Pretty expensive most of the stuff, but it is really nice stuff. You don’t see everywhere you go. there are clearance areas where the prices are very cheap and well worth it. They have candy from all kinds of places and really fancy tea and coffees reasonably priced. The workers were very friendly. It had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.

The other sections of the store contains home goods such as furniture, candles, kitchen gadgets, etc. Admittedly, the furniture seems pricey.
The staff is always nice and the store is well maintained. If you're in the area, stop by. You'll be surprised at what you'll find.

World market has always been a fun place for me and my family to go if we are looking for a unique food experience. All of their candies and drinks are odd, and that makes them a pleasure to try out.

This location is no different and I highly recommend it to those that are looking to try something new OR if you are looking for some beautiful furniture imported from other countries.

The staff here is AMAZINGLY helpful! If they don't have what your looking for in stock, just ask them about it at the counter - they may be able to order it for you or put you in a call list to reach out to.
I always enjoy going to World Market. They have fun and interesting things to look at. I love the design of the furniture!
I also really enjoy their wine selection - it's a good variety and reasonably priced with many under $15.
A favorite section for many of my friends when I bring them here is the world food/candy section.
I only wish they were a bit cheaper, but that comes with speciality stores.

Although I was saddened my items I ordered for pickup were not available, Jill and Cecilia provided excellent service.
The store was very busy and they still remained calm and focused on assisting customers as best they could.

Never had problems in store, Never had problems for shipping til now. Ordered 140$ Christmas gift, said everything in stock, get email half it's canceled next day, ok asked have rest canceled that day, oh its already shipped..it a Christmas gift, cancel rest if not all coming. Still waiting for my refund. Never again will I order

The store really needs to fix their hours. Currently it closes at 7pm? I saw at least 10 people that could have shopped at the store get turned away at 7pm. Everyone was pretty upset at the store hours. Especially so close to the Christmas season.

This place is very much similar to the old Pier One Import store. Comparable merchandise and prices. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Food , furniture and clothes are their main items for sale.

Belden Park Crossings is the area where World Market is located off Dresser Rd time in North Canton. We went there looking for an in-door chair for the living room, but explored many more things like food and spices from around the world, curtains, cotton clothing from India and Pakistan, cool papasan chairs and lounge couches, and rockers. It was a fun time and I didn't have to leave Ohio!

My wife and I are both foodies and we love how we can "grocery shop around the globe" at world market. They have so many goodies from other countries that you can't get anywhere else! Every year around Christmas, we buy all of our stocking stuffers from here and there's always new and exciting treats to try! I personally recommend checking out their coffee suggestion for an easy but unique gift for a friend. We always get compliments when we buy coffee from around the world as presents.

World Market used to be *the* place to go for gorgeous items with which to decorate one's home thus lending an amazing ethnic flair whether it was South American, African, Middle Eastern, or Asian. Everything from dishes to furniture to artwork. Not any more. Everything looks modern or contemporary American, and the only Asian thing I could find was Pocky and White Rabbit candy. But the WORST was the shelf of leftist political and social items which has absolutely no place in a store like World Market. I will not be preached to by businesses with such one-sided opinions as if I need to have my mind made up for me. There are too many other stores who understand I'm shopping for homewares, etc. and not politics and social agenda.

I enjoy walking this store due to the unique items throughout. Sometimes you find some surprising furniture finds, amongst kitchen tools and appliances. Personal favorite is the foods, snack, drinks and candies from around the world. It's a nice variety. Prices are a bit steep for what you're getting so watch for that. I've also been frustrated at their hours lately. 7pm on weeknights is difficult to accommodate for those that work and it's too busy on the weekends in my opinion. Cool place to visit either way.

I ran into world market to grab an area rug for my kitchen. I had an e-gift card that I wanted to use at check out. It appears you cannot use e-gift cards in store.
So I sat off to the side and tried to use the e gift card online so I could do a store pick up and leave with the rug. I couldn’t do that either.
I had asked the young lady working the register if she could call the manager up to assist me.
The manager called her instead and refused to come out of their office.
We tried to plug the e-gift card in again and it still didn’t work. I asked, again, if the manager could come up so we could figure out how to get it to work, but instead of acting like a manager, they called up and told us to try to ship it to the house with no further help.
Very bizarre “managing” and customer service at such a fun store. Such a shame. I can’t imagine I’ll be back.

My husband and I had a great experience. We bought a shelf set and a papasan chair. Melani helped us out and told us about signing up for the free rewards program where we got 15% off immediately. We ended up saving $40! & she helped us carry it to our car and was extremely kind throughout the process!
