Our business had a curb side pickup this morning. I received a message that I had to come inside because the store didn't have anyone to bring the order out. I walked in and two employees were standing there talking to each other about non work related activities. I asked them to pickup my order and they acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. A gentleman came from the back and solved the issue. The robust woman was not friendly during the item pick up from beginning to end. The older woman just smiled. Nice store with poor customer service.

I love this place. I have gone here for years. They have some great options. In my opinion, one of the best things they offer that most grocery store don't is their freshly made OJ. 9/10 I'm there, it's either outdated or not even made. This is such a shame for a place like this that really doesn't have an excuse to not keep up with things like this.

Good Quality reasonably priced . I get. Freshly ground nut butters Almond , Peanut , Honey Roasted Peanut , Cashew . It's the Best no added salt or preservatives! I also buy Sockeye Salmon , Awesome Fish , it goes on sale usually 3rd week each month for around half price good time to buy if you are on a Budget 👍

I thought this was going to be another over priced health store. I was so wrong. People working there are super helpful and friendly. Their prices on meat are cheaper than Walmart. Produce is cheaper than most places and it's absolutely great!!!! I would recommend shopping here first in your grocery trip.

Among the upscale chain grocery options in the area, this one is my favorite. While I can’t afford to shop here regularly, I appreciate that they almost always have wedges of fresh-sliced jackfruit—and occasionally, it’s even ripe!

However, their business model has a notable flaw: they don’t employ overnight stockers at this location. On several occasions, I’ve shopped in the first few hours after opening for online orders and found the experience frustrating. Department heads seem to do their counts in the morning before restocking or handling deliveries, leaving shelves underprepared. If you’re placing online orders, do so later in the day to avoid excessive substitutions.

On the plus side, most checkout attendants are attentive and helpful. That said, one gentleman almost caused me issues at checkout, so if I spot him, I’ll stick to self checkout

I seen a one star review here today based on an employee at Fresh Thyme that fits perfectly the •physical description• only that is in the review.

That employee is a good friend of mine who works there. Though I am sad that the customer leaving the one star review felt the way they did… I know this man’s character and heart and it nowhere reflects what the reviewer thought/felt or suspects. Sorry to see that others ‘liked’ this persons review as well. I have shopped at FT for years and will continue to do so. I hope that this person will as well, with a heart that feels safe🙏🏻

update: Most staffs are very friendly, 😫 (>.<) except a late night young cashier had a weird smile to a middle age male staff by the side. Another day, a young cashier also placed my salad with dressing box standing up. They need to train the cashier better.
(*^.^*) They have many good quality things other places don’t have, bulk、salad bar are nice and cheap. Especially the cakes ❤️ and muffins, the best in these few cities. Body lotion testers almost on everything. Enjoy the shopping a lot. Don't miss their coffee, good flavor and reasonable price.

As far as boujie chain grocery offerings in the area are concerned, this is my favorite 🏆. I don’t earn enough to shop here regularly 💸, but they do almost always have wedges of fresh sliced jackfruit 🥭. AND sometimes it is even ripe! 😜

In all seriousness, the business model suffers from the fact that they do not employ overnight stockers at this location 🚫. On more than one occasion, I have been in store working on an online placed shopping order within the first few open hours in the morning ⏰ and have been SUPREMELY underwhelmed because of it 😞. The department heads do their counts in the morning 📝, evidently before setting their stock for the day or putting away deliveries 📦.

If you place online orders, do it late in the day 🌅 or you WILL have more necessary substitutions than you'd expect 🙄.

Near perfect score on attentiveness and helpfulness of the check-out lane attendants 👏. One gentleman tried to F me over and nearly succeeded 😠. IF I see him, I'll use self-checkout 🛒. Thx!

This store will not be open for very long. The merchandising, especially in the produce section, looks like a Soviet era Russian supermarket in the 1970's. I was treated very rudely by the new produce manager during my shopping experience. The man needs a lesson in basic communication and customer service. This abysmal store is a reflection of incompetent management.

Edit to update: this man makes other customers feel the same. Please see Elain Wu review. It is inappropriate and gross. These employees should be ashamed of themselves.

There is a man who works there with a big beard and dark hair who is super creepy. He must be a manager or supervisor because he wears keys on his arm and is always by the registers. He constantly stares and laughs at me. And a young female cashier with brown hair and the creepy man exchange weird smiles the whole transaction. They make me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a customer I feel like I am in the way of their inappropriate relationship or the butt of a joke. They make me hate going to fresh thyme. This has happened on multiple occasions and next time I will be getting his name and escalating this to higher management.

Employees are friendly and helpful and the store manager is quick to offer assistance if needed. FT offers a variety of gluten free and vegan options. Very satisfied with my experience!

The management takes advantage of their employees.. theyll tell you one thing to your face and do another my buddy went through it. Freshthyme was ok when the old store director was there but this new guy has no idea what hes doing. Beware of their fresh products too ive gotten sick from product from here as well.

A healthy grocery store with prices that won't take a toll on your wallet when compared to other health conscious grocers. The food is very fresh and a good selection of produce is available, along with bulk foods. There is a small amount of hot and ready items to chose from. There is an app, although I'm not sure what its usefulness is. There are 6 self check out registers and they don't require users to use loyalty cards.

It's Saturday at 2pm and they closed the deli so you can't get any fresh cheese or meat. I don't know how in the world you can close your deli on a busy Saturday afternoon.
The staff is also has no clue about products they have in the store when I was looking for dried chilis they told me they don't sell anything like that. I ended up finding them on my own.
This place is a waste of your thyme and money.

The deli and meat counter do not open until 10am, even though the rest of the store opens much earlier. There were many people wanting the deli at 9am and they refused to help anyone despite the fact that workers were in the deli. 10am us too late to open the deli!

Everything that isn’t on sale is really expensive, and most of the fruits I picked up were unfortunately already moldy in the store. The fruit that I brought home that seemed okay, went bad within a couple of days. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here for food, however their supplements and health section looks promising!

Fresh Thyme is a good place to find nutritional , organic, and gluten free products, both supplements and food. I like to watch out for sales in which the discounts are often highly competitive on primary brand name products. People who shop here have a health-conscious shopping experience on their mind. They are often not disappointed in their desire to find value as well as all the products they seek. I highly recommend that you check them out.

I shop here weekly. They have a good variety of produce and an organic section. You pay a little more for some of their items but watching their coupons and sales using their app can save you money. The lines are not as long as you find in the larger grocery stores.

I shop here for the Lamb rib chops. Cut to perfection! Beautiful! And great quality. I'm having lamb chops for Thanksgiving dinner. Very clean, not cluttered enough space between aisles. When you walk in it smells so good of food, and aroma.

The deals are awesome and the food is fresh. Sometimes the discounts don't apply correctly, watch your receipts and make sure they see yellow discount stickers. I often find them still attached when I get home and return with my receipt.

Very nice layout and clean establishment. My first thyme (ha!) there I had no problem locating the different aisle and sections to find what I was looking for.
Produce was fresh. Freezer and meat section were stocked nicely even as they were having a particularly good sale on certain steaks and seafood.
Make sure to download their app for discounts and coupons if you're stopping in!

I was really surprised that I really loved this store. I knew it carried healthier fare, but it had a lot of normal stuff too. So many amazing choices for everyone and actually priced better or similar to Giant Eagle. I'm a believer. While they had many choices there were a few items that i needed and couldn't get.

I love their selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat is always good as well as their cheeses. I love the self serve dry foods section. They have fresh pressed juices as well. The have a very large healthcare section too for all your vitamin and essential oil needs. They also have a nice selection of wines and beer. They offer specialty foods including organic and different food substitutes.
