This is a great smaller hardware store. They also have a huge lumber yard in the back. The service was quick and friendly for my large online order. I dealt mostly with Lucas, I believe he is the GM of the store, he was very helpful. I'd use them again if I could not find something closer to where I live again.

I love to come support this small business! Usually 10 mins before they're closing 🤦 - I seem to have odd ball projects often, and the guys here are always so helpful. Although they look at me kinda crazy sometimes(I get it lol) They have always pointed me in the right direction and are honest doing so. The only reason less one star is the prices, some are a pretty high compared to other places- which is understandable...... I still come here most the time anyways, less crowded and great staff!! Thanks guys 😊

This is the best place to go if you want someone to help you at a hardware store. At big hardware stores, it's impossible to find stuff and ask for help. At Mohlers you will be greeted when you come in. They are friendly and helpful. The prices are good too.

Always ready to answer any questions. They don't just point you where in the store something is, they walk you back to location. They've helped me with several projects encouraging me that I can do it. Definitely recommend them

They have pretty much everything, a great selection of nuts, bolts, and screws, and you don't have to fight the traffic going to big blue or big orange.

Dissatisfied with customer service, came in with a plumbing issue and found high school students who couldn't help me. Waited for a manager who basically told me that in their opinion they would recommend a solution that had nothing to do with my issues. Stay away from these people they will do anything for a sale.

Not only is this your local hardware store and also has a full lumberyard in the back. They also offer screen repair and sometimes have demos going on inside. The staff and management are always friendly helpful and know how to help you best. I will always go here before heading one of the big box stores. Great to see a small local hardware store thriving this day in age.

This is a great store. I had to visit 4 times in one week when doing some home repairs. The staff was friendly and so helpful every visit! They helped me find the right tools and screws need to finish my repair. Great job!

This is not your big box hardware store. But, the employees are knowledgeable and they seem to have some rare parts that you might need for DIY repairs.

This is the best place to go if you want someone to help you at a hardware store. At big hardware stores, it's impossible to find stuff and ask for help. At Mohlers you will be greeted when you come in. They are friendly and helpful. The prices are good too.

For being small hardware was able to find things larger stores didn't have .but if paying with credit card or debit becareful of card machine not working properly .had a double charge on my card. I finally got it taken care of .

Nothing beats Mohler's! I have to travel across Belden Village to get there but it's 100% worth it. They may not have all the stock of the big box stores but they've never not had something I need. The staff is always friendly, ready to help and very knowledgeable. I had an issue the other day installing a light fixture. The new bracket wouldn't mount to the existing box; the old one wouldn't allow for the center post of the new fixture. I had to go to Best Buy so decided to try Lowe's. Well the kid that worked in lighting there, I question if he knows what a light switch is. So then I hit Home Depot. The guy there was a retired electrician but wouldn't listen - he was trying to tell me to basically replace everything from the fuse box on! I go to Mohlers which by now I'm kicking myself for not going there first. I walk 5 feet into the store and a guy asks if he can help me find something. I explain my issue. He gets it! He takes me right to hardware and in 5 minutes, I have two nuts and two washers. Took me 10 minutes to put the light in thanks to them! Support local and give Mohler's your business!

First time visitor to the store. I was greeted by three people in the first 10 minutes in the front door ready and wanting to help me. Very nice people. They stock more items then one would think. If they don't have it they can get it.

Mohler's has deteriorated to the point where they no longer value customers. Went there today; four women were standing around the front registers bullshitting. One of them looked me straight in the eye and didn't bother to ask if I needed help, turned her head and went back to bullshitting and I left. I have been going to Mohler's for more than thirty years and it is sad to see it go downhill like this.
