This was my first time at the Dairy Queen in North Canton. I have to say that the people working there are all very friendly and polite. They seemed to be very efficient as they were busy. I was not sure how to order and I just drove up to the window. Great service and the ice cream was delicious!! I will definitely be back!!

I went there to get a banana split a senior one ! The person at the window with a snotty voice said we don't have a senior banana split! I told her that I will be going back to the Hartviille D Q where I always get the senior discount Will be telling all my senior friends about this also Not happy at all!

Decent place. They do not serve burgers at this location. Interesting drive up ordering. The place to order is separate from the building and on the right side of the lane in the strip mall heading south. After ordering, cross the lane while watching for traffic, then head to the underpass which is connected to the actual building and establishment for some Dairylicious food.

Pav's is still my favorite place for ice cream! Although, I always get Dairy Queen's ice cream cakes. They are very accommodating if you need a cake within a day! Cacti cake & game controller cake. Friendly staff and they do a great job!

I’ve reached out 3 times now to the customer service email with a complaint and have yet to hear back that has to do with missing order items and undercooked items as well. I just wanted a refund, but I guess the 1 star will have to suffice.
whoever took over this DQ claimed they were going to turn it around and make it better have yet to do that, and I have yet to have a decent experience.

Update to your response: I have. Twice. The first time I did it via receipt survey. The last two was on that website.

Another update: Gave them another try and the order was wrong again.

Food could be a little less greasy and fresher crisp fries. But service was quick. Lol. The drive-thru can be a hassle during busy times as it is located in a mini mall near a supermarket and other businesses. I feel I won't visit this location much unless I had to.

A nice Dairy Queen location. The drive thru menu is in a weird spot due to the location of the building. This location does not have the full Dairy Queen menu, so you may not be able to get everything you would at another location. All Dairy Queen locations have raised their prices a lot, so we haven't been going as much lately.

Speaking of which, the outside ordering window is in the parking lot (not attached to the building). The ice cream is great and there are good deals on food combos. Enjoy!

Overall, I gave this a 4, because the cashier didn't notice us walk in for a few minutes. He was friendly, and also cashed us up really fast. The bathrooms were neat and clean, but they could work on the lighting. The food was crispy, juicy, and very flavorful. The food came out relatively quick, and the atmosphere felt kind of nostalgic, as it was set to look almost like an old diner.

To preface... I ordered on the app and accidently placed my order at the wrong DQ (FYI. The app doesn't use your default location!)

But everyone at this DQ was amazing. They were friendly and helpful, and just wanted to make sure my daughter and I got our food and left happily. They called the other location for me and got my order transferred over. My food was all ready before they were even done on the phone!

I felt so stupid for making this mistake, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation. It would have been very inconvenient if we had to drive all the way to the other DQ. They certainly didn't have to do all this for me, but I am very thankful they did!

Definitely a wonderful team out at this DQ! We will definitely stop back when we are in the area. And this time I will make sure I change my location in the DQ app!

Also, those Parmesan chicken strips are AMAZING!

Cool place. While waiting on my food, which wasn't long, I had a brief conversation with the manager about how the stores in the area were competing for the fastest drive trough time and how the owner was local and such. He was a really cool guy that made my day a little brighter. Also reciept day is the coolest thing. Hope that never goes away.

Barely here for 5 minutes and got Front row seats to Jeremiah talking down to all the other employees working at the time and yelling at them for no reason basically treating them like dirt. If that's how they get treated in front of customers I'm scared of how they get treated when they aren't.

In the approximately 5 minutes we were inside, Jeremiah (who I assume to be the manager) yelled at two employees and based on the expressions of the other crew members this is a regular occurrence. If he is comfortable yelling at employees in full view of customers one can only imagine what happens when customers aren't there. It was incredibly appalling behavior, especially when he turned around and became incredibly nice to us. I cannot believe an adult acts in such a manner. I truly hope this is addressed by upper management as I really doubt any of the crew members would be comfortable coming forward with any concerns.

I ordered two fish sandwiches. One plain. I got home with my order and one had only tartar sauce (was expecting lettuce too) and the other one that was supposed to be plain, had a small amount of tartar sauce on it. Appeared that they tried to scrape it off. The person who took my order was also the person who bagged it and delivered to me. I specifically asked if one was plain and she said yes. 😕

I was there with my grand children (2yrs and 4yrs). We ordered ice cream and ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with fries. After 20 minutes we still had not received the food. I went to the counter and asked the attendant when my order would be ready - the kids were getting restless. He looked at me like he had no idea!! Another attendant said it looked like they were taking them up right then. I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes and had to go back to the counter and asked if my order was ever submitted. They all stared at me like I had 3 heads!! I asked for a refund and walked out without purchasing a cake as was originally intended. While I was waiting all that time I noticed how disgustingly filthy the counters, pop machine and napkin dispenser were. This is probably the worst DQ we have ever been to!!

Food is consistently good. My kids and I enjoy it each visit. However, the girl behind the counter tonight, geez. Didn't even say hello when we walked in. Or "what can I get for you?". Just handed me the receipt and said nothing after I paid. Nothing even close to a smile. We were there at 8:45. She was there the last time as well, and same deal. We will still visit, but she could use some training on how to be pleasant and friendly with guests

It was very good. We were a little surprised as we ordered 2 M & M Blizzards and they were made with chocolate ice cream and normally it is made with vanilla ice cream. Personally we like it better with vanilla so will have to check next time we get one.

Staff were incredibly friendly during our visit, but there are a few oddities that make this location not the best. They don't serve hamburgers like other spots, we didn't get an order of french fries, the dressing with the salad was incorrect, and the bathroom didn't have paper towels or a hand dryer. The drive through is also very oddly setup. Overall, there are better spots to go if you want to visit a Diary Queen, but the Blizzard treats were great as always.

This place is average at best. I got a mini blizzard that was only half mixed with the bottom third being plain vanilla. The location really needs updating. Workers were nice except one guy stood around while two other worked.

I had an amazing experience here! It all started with a messed up order through the drive-thru. I couldn’t go back because I just found out I had Covid. My chicken strip basket was messed up. I came in a month later and some communication errors were made when writing down my “remake” and the gentleman that helped me (Ben) made everything right. He was very respectful, very professional, and I will definitely keep doing business here! Places mess up, it’s normal, but when that place makes up for it and is very respectful and polite, that makes all the difference! Thank you Ben for making my DQ experience better!

I ordered the 4-pc chicken strip basket with fries & gravy. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for my food, but at least it was hot when it came out. The white gravy (which I typically love from DQ) was the consistency of chicken broth & had no flavor. I thought, “Disappointing, but I suppose that’s why I asked for ketchup.” Well, turns out, they also forgot to give me the ketchup I’d requested. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not impressed…

We had to wait for our food, but it was piping hot when it came out. On a sadder note, this is no longer a Corporate Store. Corporate Stores are on of the few Locations where you can get an Orange Julius still. Yes, I'm that guy. The only reason I go to Dairy Queen is for The Orange Julius. Everything else is just a nice bonus.

We signed up for a free 6” frozen DQ cake from the N. Canton ( Cleveland Ave N. )DQ for a Halloween treat and fun activity for our son. I had no idea when I signed up for this how cool it would be. They included black icing and green icing and also a cup of Halloween sprinkles. This was an awesome gesture from DQ. We enjoyed watching our son having fun decorating his cake. Props to DQ for doing something so nice! Very much appreciated!!! Also, in the pic it looks like his cake has a frown, but I can assure you, it’s NOT a frown. It’s a creeper from Minecraft. No frowns here, he was all smiles seeing his finished project.

I was at a nearby business and asked for a recommendation on a "good" place to get fast food. My exact words may have been "a place where they were doing it right". I was told that the DQ had never let them down and they were priced more friendly than most of the other establishments. I went inside and talked to a staff member (Reese), he said that yes the chicken sandwich was good and likes it himself. I was impressed that not only was it cooked fresh for me the slice of tomato was not paper thin and the lettuce was actually crisp. I eat fast food a few times a week so I know what the other guys are doing (not this). So thanks Reese and the rest of the staff and DQ, this sandwich was as good as it gets (unless they start offering a spicy chicken).

I live in Green and could walk to my local DQ. My son took me to this DQ and it was wonderful. We ordered our lunch and when we got to the window they did not forget about my dog. They made the most adorable "pup cup" with a dab of ice cream & 1/2 a bone. Talk about excellent customer service. You gained a customer here at YOUR location

I waited in line almost 15 minutes... after saying my order very clearly over and over for the guy to hear me... then they proceeded to STILL get my order of food wrong. Once that was fixed, they made my blizzard and forgot the strawberry in the cheesecake blizzard... once they added it, it was half melted and no pieces of cheesecake. Who are these workers being hired here?! Definitely won't be going to this location anymore.

Wait 15 minutes in drive thru to not get what I ordered but they did give me a blizzard the was melted. Back to what I ordered, a mini blizzard cake. Got to the window they hand me the smallest Melted blizzard I have ever seen. The employees were absolutely clueless on what I was trying to order. This location does not carry the full DQ menu, which makes no sense to me. Your not going to get a burger there either. 👎

Like everyone else a little cabin fever went out for some ice cream and really in North Canton only place is DQ. Last night it was 8 cars deep so I was not the only one thinking this. What made this experience bad was the staff of three people I saw no one had gloves preparing the food or taking money/credit cards. All the food restaurants they all have gloves on even the cashiers. This is for their protection but also assuring the customer’s protection. I took our purchase home tossed the spoons and napkins and wiped the outside containers and lids with antibacterial and washed my hands. The idea during this time is safety and taking extra steps to ensure everyone is safe. DQ we live you in North Canton but but some gloves on your staff. If you need gloves let me know and I will buy some for the store.

This location always has the worst service! Anytime you order a blizzard, they never mix the toppings throughout. This evening I stopped around 900pm and there was one car already at the pickup window. When I pulled up I gave an order for 1 blizzard. The young man working the speaker told me to wait and that he was not ready to take my order. Okay that's weird. Never had anyone say that before at a drive thru window. So I pulled away. I'll go spend my money elsewhere. Plenty of places in North Canton to choose from.
