This location is so inconsistent with food quality. We ordered what we usually do. Alfredo pizza add chicken and mushrooms. The first one my husband picked up had NO Alfredo sauce. The manager Jesse tells him "There may not be as much sauce as you're use to but there is sauce." As you can see from the pictures there is no sauce. The second to last photo is the pizza made correctly with sauce. My husband shows him the picture with no sauce and he says "Oh okay" and walked away.This isn't the first time we have received poor service at this pizza oven location and I know we are not alone.

Never have I had a bad pizza at this Pizza Oven location. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings!! I haven't found another pizza joint anywhere that compares. The sauce is rich and savory and fulfills all the cravings for umami. On this occasion I only ordered a pepperoni pizza (and grabbed a bag of their amazing pepperoni rolls) but their pressure cooked chicken wings are divine too and their potato wedges. You can't go wrong with Pizza Oven!

First-time customer, and I thought the pizza was pretty good. I ordered a small pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and fresh tomatoes... and a house salad. First, I am GLAD I got the small instead of the individual size — not sure the individual sized would have been enough because the small was pretty small. However, I will say that it had great flavor! Salad was great and their French dressing is tasty. The salad was perfectly sized and fresh.

I have three criticisms...
1). I got no utensils so if the hotel wouldn’t have had some, I’m not sure how I would have eaten my salad.
2). No napkins
3). Not enough salad dressing! I barely had enough to eat half of my salad, and I don’t think I like a little salad with my dressing!! I think I am a have a little dressing with my salad kind of guy! One more salad dressing wouldn’t have broke the bank or profit margins, but I would have gladly paid another $1 for a second dressing!!

The beautiful handmade crust is back! The toppings are still delicious, but it's the crust that makes a great pie. This was the last pizza shop with great crust in the area. Sooooo happy! They also have a new location at 55th St and Market with a drive up window. Super busy location and the best crust around!

Ordered pizza for pick up. Waited on hold. When the girl finally answered she acted like she was in a huge hurried rush. 40 minute wait time. No big deal. I get there 40 minutes later, three employees standing around socializing, no one doing anything. No customers, no one at the drive thru. All the cheese on the pepperoni pizza was on one side. It has been awhile. Had to go from 3 star to 1 star. Service was great but pizza was terrible. The crust was non-existent. See photos. One would think it was a thin crust but it isn't. There was no rise to the crust at all. Living in North canton. I have 5 pizza places within 6 mile radius. This will not be on the list for a pizza craving!

$32 for a pound of rigatoni and 6 meatballs…. If done right no big deal…. Ordered extra sauce and it came ice cold….. very little sauce on the tub of rig….. just saying you could add one more spoonful of sauce to the tub of rig and be good! It’s not that expensive and isn’t going to kill profits….if I wanted plain rigatoni I would have asked for it…meatballs were good!

I called to make an order he told me the one next to meijer's yes it's next to meijer's but he failed to tell me that they moved from stores they're not on main Street anymore they're on Apple Grove so I drove all the way to the one on main Street just to find out that that store is closed and had to call them back for them to give me directions so they need to change the address of the store on their Google site

Chicken feta lacked spices, breading was different & fell off chicken. Lacked the spices I was known to love. Noodles were dry & tasteless. Roll was hard & dry!!! Completely disappointed after being a fan for decades & was expecting the same quality as before :( I would not visit again. Sadly, the quality is not the same!! Picked up a to go pizza while visiting Canton. Have never been to this location but this Pizza Oven was not the pizza oven that I remembered as having great pizza ( usually frequented the Belden Village location). The dough/crust was hard and dry. The pizza did have plenty of sauce but still was not good pizza overall. The girl at the drive thru window was not friendly or helpful with the menu ( given that I hadn’t been to a Pizza Oven in a few years). There are better places in Canton to get pizza. They also do not have gluten free options as an FYI. Sorry I didn’t take a picture.

I had the 4 piece chicken and Jo Jo. The chicken was very dry and chewy. I couldn't even recognize what was the breast, thigh or any of the other pieces. The potatoes were under cooked because of the large cuts. This is second time I have ordered from this place and both times the food was awful.

Two locations denied delivery to a local hotel. One of the locations was 2.6 Miles away. One was 4.3 Miles away from the hotel that we were staying at. They actually took my order and then called to say they dont deliver that far. We were literrally a 5 min drive from one location and 8 min drive from the other. An absolute Joke. I hope they go out of business. They dont want your business so thats what they deserve

Previous visits were pizza. This is abt their chicken dinners. Chicken was great; crisp outer, moist inner. The dinner roll was great; good yeast flavor & texture. (I'd buy 'm solo.) The French fries, however, was a flop. Nothing "fried" about them. Soft, pale, bendable potatoes spears. No crisp at all. PLEASE double fry them.

Haven't had the best results in the near past but tried it again last night and it was back to normal. Good flavor and lots of ingredients. I asked for extra sauce because the last time there was very little. Made a big difference. It was cold when it arrived but put in the oven and it was fine.

The place is a joke. All I ordered was a large cheese pizza and two orders of potatoes. When my wife went to pick it up they said the order was never taken, and yet I have the correct number on my phone. The guy even asked me to spell my name for him three times and yet still got it wrong. Guess the ability to read isn't a job requirement. So had to eat a cold pizza because they actually made the pizza (enough though they said I didn't call) but not the potatoes. Will not be chosing this place again. Do better with your hires. These guys arnt cutting it and cost you a customer.

They have the best Tuna Chef salad I've had. I absolutely love it and it's a good size , it's a meal for me. They're always fresh. The baked Ziti with mean sauce is very good also. Try the Broasted Chicken and Broasted Potatoes, they're excellent. We frequently grab something through their drive thru and everything is always fresh and hot.
Employees are very nice and friendly also.

Order for the first time tonight asked for light sauce and didn't get it, the pizza was soggy and barely any cheese. Not sure how that worked. We will definitely not be going back. Sad because we tried the franchise over the weekend at an event and it was great. Food here was just terrible!

Went in to the North Canton location during the $10 one topping sale. Extremely busy, and the staff was extremely apologetic about the wait. They were all working very hard to get the food out. Good to see the hard work by the entire crew. Had my food in a few minutes, pizza was excellent.

I ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one of with 4 toppings (sausage, mushrooms, sweet green peppers, olives). It was my nephews birthday and he requested pizza. My husband loves the Pizza Oven and so I gave it a try for myself. It is not your traditional looking pizza...at all. It tasted ok but if I made that and tried to serve it I would have had snooped up noses. Once is enough...not again. The staff was nice...

Pizza Oven was a bit of a disappointment based on their sausage alone. I like the crust and sauce but they use ground sausage and spread it everywhere on the pizza. I would not order anything with sausage from here. The pepperoni rolls have lots of pepperoni and are okay. On the positive note, everyone I saw had a mask on and they have a drive thru. I would get their pizza again but my wife and two kids were not fans. I am glad I got two smalls I stead of two larges.

I ordered delivery from a hotel and got order without cutlery (salad) so I really wanted to roast them (lol)! I went down to lobby and found silverware - I had an Italian Salad and a 1/2 Dozen wings - SO GOOD!!! My husband had pizza - nothing like I’ve ever tried before - the crust was so good and the toppings were YUMMY...he had mushrooms, onions & sausage. The salad was great and the wings - OMG better than any fried chicken I’ve ever had!
We will order every time we visit our kiddos (we live in NC).

I sadly changed my 5 star review to 1 star. We ordered Pizza Oven recently, and not a single employee, including those cooking the food, wore a mask or gloves. Refusing to wear masks and enforce social distancing during a pandemic is unacceptable, and maybe even disrespectful and careless. Clearly the safety and health of their customers is not their priority. We were loyal Pizza Oven customers and won't be returning.

My favorite pizza in my home town. Try the bianco pizza for something lighter or alfredo sauce for something different. Add some thin sliced jojos and golden krisp chips and you will have a full Stark County pizzeria experience.

Called in at 3:47 pm, they told us about a 25-30 minute wait. By the time we had got there, it was 4:15 and we quickly paid. We got our card back 30 seconds later, yet after about 5 minutes they hadnt given us our order or a notice as to why it was taking so long. After about 15 minutes of waiting and seeing hardly anyone inside doing their job, we go inside to ask what happened and where our food was. We got the cold food right then, we had to park and go in to ask why it was delayed so long.

If you're picky about the cheese on your pizza (which my daughter is), then you may not like this pizza. It's slices of cheese, not shreds. Also, make sure you have a knife as they don't always cut the pizza all the way through.
