Apparently, it's not a well known loves, it was calm and quiet for the most part. The food was good and the bathrooms were clean. This place looks new. Come check it out.

New Loves, so far they are keeping it very well maintained and clean. Both outside and inside, which is great for the driver who wants to take a break.

Parking lot doesn’t have trash everywhere from pig truckers. Lots of parking available with a lot of space. Fuel islands are clean, everything stocked up, trash emptied.

Inside, employees are friendly and welcoming. Showers are fantastic. Coffee area is actually clean, wiped down, stocked up.

Overall great experience, hopefully management keeps their good work up and keeps everything just like this for many years. Very good loves to stop at.

These gas stations are my favorite. Bathrooms are clean, tons of wide open parking, and they have the best gas price around right now in Stark County. Well worth the short stop off 77. Download their app and get .10 cents off a gallon!

Clean store bit first time I've stepped in a loves and wasn't greeted with a welcome to loves. Instead both lady's were glued to there phones. The older sweet lady was on break but was still kind. 11/23/24 8pm. Cashier at Hardee's was very kind and professional. 3 stars because I didn't get greeted.

I don't like when a truck stop charged more for items that the average gas station does. For instance a cup.of coffee was double the average convenience store. The fast food was more then the same type outside of the truck stop.

Yeah, don't even try to park here. This place has become a cesspool of dropped trailers and bobtails taking up the entire fcking lot. Variant especially seems to think that this is their yard. You ask a bobtail in a full spot to stack up and they tell you to pound sand. You ask Loves to do something about it and all you do is get laughed in the face. If you're from the area then you damn well know that there is no parking here or really anywhere around here. At least the Pilot tries to do something about it. As of today 7 bobtails and 4 dropped trailers scattered around. Considering they only have maybe 40 spaces. Almost a quarter of the lot is taken up by this BS. 4 months later nothing still has changed. Love's has started to really go downhill

My review from two years ago still stands true. Tried to give it another shot for the showers. Freezing cold in November, water was luke warm at best and still no pressure.

Super clean facilities and friendly staff. If you like iced tea or lemonade, both of them are great. The shower room was freezing, water pressure was lacking ( it could have been because they were busy), and temp went from luke warm to scalding hot at the end without touching the faucet handle.

I ordered door dash i left instructions for dasher to call me when they arrive so i can exlain how to get to my truck the app notified me dasher was here but no call so i called the dasher she sais she was in the loves store i asked her to bring food to my truck she said the employee inside said she was not allowed to i ask wtf why then the employee got on dasher ph and said if wanted my food i had to walk in and get it bc of there policy i walked in asked whats the problem and she rudely slung my food at me and told her that id ordered dash countless times at loves and never had an issue she said at this loves that it was there policy and if i didnt like it i could leave i asked for the manager and she backed the employee and i asked for headquarters number so i can complain and she refused to give it to me.. the cashier employee seemed racist that the vibe i got and i was the only black person in the loves. Kitty Goodright is the employee and my food appeared tampered with and Heather was the managers name... i've never expereinced anything so rude racist and disrespectful in my life

I see why the cashier Paige works at a truck stop. Her customer service skills are non existent so it’s probably all she can keep. I would be embarrassed as an establishment to have her the face of your corporation. She’s disrespectful and arrogant.

If I could give this a 0 start to this truck stop, I would... my husband daughter and myself just stopped In my husband was at the register went to pay for gas and realized he left his wallet in the car, he tried to use his apple pay she rudely told hi. We do t accept tap pay. So he said okay I'm sorry, let me run to my car.. when he ran out she looked at me (Not realizing I'm his wife) she said I can't believe people are SOO STUPID that they can't read the signs that we don't accept apple pay.. mind you, the sign that she's is talking about was small and off to the left of the register.. I had told my husband what was said.. he called to talk to the manager about the first call he was hung up on. On the second call, the manager told him that he would need to call back Monday and talk to a different manager...he told her that it should not be up to call in on Monday that the other manager should be calling him.... soooo we will see how it goes monday......

Pulled up to fuel. Pumps were clean and had lots of fresh squeegee liquid. Had an issue getting my app to work so I swiped my card, fueled, and went in for my receipt cause I love my points. Person behind the fuel desk just walked off and left me to hunt for my receipt myself. It was in the pile of printed receipts just rolling out of the printer. Kinda irritated me that workers saw me but didn't mind me just sifting around stuff on the counter.

Not very happy with the management here. There are Zero no parking signs, I found a spot out of the way along a curb and 3 hrs into my 10 hr break, little man was banging on my door saying I couldn’t stay unless I was in a regular outlined spot. Threatened to call the police if I didn’t move, even though I wasn’t in anybody’s way and they had zero signs indicating not to park anywhere on the premises. Very disappointed with the leadership here.

For being a chain store Love’s is by far the most expensive truck stop I’ve ever been to!!!! Best to keep on trucking right by this place unless you’re in the mood to be charged almost double for the same product you can buy at any other convenience store!!

Drivers don't leave your truck or trailer more than 24h they going to get it towed you have been warned. Even if you live close they will not going to let you park more than 24h they forget that they will not have a business without us the truck drivers. They will not going to get any more money from me you all have been warned.

One of the absolute cleanest Love's I have visited. The staff is genuinely friendly, the store is beyond clean and they seem to never have a shower wait! The parking lot is almost always full so be early to park here or you won't get one. Otherwise it's extremely clean and these guys are doing it right!! Thank you Love's #813

Off the bat!!! I didn't even have a chance to get out of my truck, much less swap our clocks over before this sniveling little redheaded boy walked up and knocked on my door. He claimed that corporate is putting a stop to parking if not parked between white lines. Let me be real on where I was parked before I go any further. I was parked right next to the shops storage trailer, not blocking anything. I just drove 740 miles today and my co driver was getting ready to drive. I tried to explain this to this miserable little man and he wouldn't even let me tell him. Just kept saying "this is corporate, if you don't move I'll have you towed!" I guess because it's a new location they want to be rude and really don't care about truckers. This is the kind of thing that makes me want to take my business and money elsewhere. As I currently sit in a parking spot that just so happened to open up, I am staring at 5 trucks not parked in white lines. One of which is parked where I had originally parked to do my swap and nobody has come out to make them move. I feel discriminated against. Sorry Loves Corporate. Didn't catch his name but I commented on the store with a description. See photos of other trucks illegally parked.

Red haired staff dude going nuts on anyone not in an actual spot. I told him trucks park in any available space after they are out of time. He didn't care, I told him I invest about $120,000 a year in Loves fuel and $40,000 in food he didn't care. Told me I had to move immediately. Maybe I'll invest somewhere else, I put Pilot on a three year avoid at all cost the last time they treated me like that.
