TA, this is one of the cleanest truck stop and overall very nice. Fuel lines so clean, parking lot clean as well and shop looks nice, but I didn’t stop there. Inside the store everything is neat and clean but little to small. Food availability and drinks don’t have much choice but they do have a restaurant and it wasn’t busy either. Shower was nice and clean but little to small.
There is a lot of available food places in walking distance if needed!

Stopped in to use the restroom while on the road. I was welcomed with decorations on the wall that you’d find in a home. This continued on into the women’s restroom, a nice homey touch. The mirrors were adorned with flowers. The restroom was sparkling clean, you can tell they take pride in presenting a clean restroom. There was regular soap for washing hands as well as multi-green soap. I saw the sign on the door that says something along the lines of “you deserve a clean bathroom”… thank you TA, keep up the good work!

Restaurant is closed indefinitely, but all the signs are still up and the app still lists it being there. Two stars because there was no sign it was closed until I parked my truck and walked inside. As for the other amenities, it's pretty basic. A few showers, minimal laundry facilities. Fortunately there's lots of other food options if you're willing to walk for 10-15 minutes.

The restaurant is closed and has been shut down for months. They need to advertise this on their website and everywhere because truckers don’t always have access to meals and they want to eat.

In for a PM , 4 hrs wait in parking lot. I understand that but I was told there was 1 truck in front of me at 2 o'clock and the bays were empty for over a hr. When I walked in for update they said they couldn't get a hold of the other driver in front of me but they would try again. Then at 300 they called me up to door 2. I've been sitting g here at the door for over a hour to get in.
Now over 8.5 hours and find out they don't have oil filters or fuel filters. too late to have them delivered

Whenever I'm in the area, I used to like to come here until recently. I fueled up my truck as usual and got DEF this time. Shortly after leaving, my warning lights came on telling me that I put low quality DEF in my tank and instructed me to get my tank drained and replaced with new DEF. I made it to a shop in full derate mode. I lost two days and $1200.00 fixing this simply for fueling up at the TA in North Canton, OH. Drivers beware, when they drained my tank it looked like water.

This service department is by far the worst to call . Took these people 3 days to replace a hub and drum and brake and rims on one wheel. Around 4500 for one wheel repair.

I called the night before to get a used tire put on my truck the gentleman told me they do not take appointments so come the next day at 6 AM when they open and they will take care of me no problem first thing so I get there at 555am The lady doesn’t come in till 615 so she’s already late. Very rude to me. Told me she couldn’t get me till later on in the morning when I was told if I get there when they open, they would take care of me stay away from the service shop. Her name is Nancy very very rude lady. She obviously does not like her job and does not belong behind the desk taking care of drivers.

Food horrible home fries are like French fries and my omlet was made wrong and then basically thrown together afterwards When I complained woman said she doesn't have time for that. How is that customer service. Maybe if they had more than one waitress that writes down the order it may have been done correctly.

At the rate this place is going they may as well just shut this $h1th0le down! The restaurant isn’t open for hour la when a truck driver may need to eat breakfast or dinner, is short staffed, and the menu is decimated (if they even have any of the food on it in the first place). Half the parking spaces are paid, and half of the rest are blind side. I’ve seen bigger showers in a porta-potty! At least the shop, though understaffed and not completely trained (at least the counter staff) were friendly and got my tire replaced quickly.

I spent the weekend here. Best TA stop I have been into in ages. Food from Country Pride was excellent. Waitres's were friendly, store well stocked, and the prices were reasonable. Very clean and well maintained! It's not very big, the truck parking lot filled up by early evening every night though. Don't come in later expecting to find a free spot.

So, I stop in here for a meal and nap as it's only 4mi from my drop. I walk in and go to set down and my foot was hung up wrong on the bar stool as I go to set down and I had to catch myself and re-injure pinched nerves in my neck. A new waitress was in training and she was to be serving me. As she attempts to do so, I told her to take care of the guy that walked in immediately behind me and come back - giving me a brief moment to regain my composure. After driving 632mi overnight, I'm give completely out and road sore with my pain 100fold after taking the spill. I pay attention to as many details as I can, even when in pain. The new waitress proceeds to tend to 2 additional customers instead of coming back after the 1 gentleman. Dodi is her trainer and the only other waitress. Being senior staff, I would think that Dodi might have been a better waitress as she had more experience and pick up my order. Instead, she proceeds to carry on conversations with me and others. Dodi asked me if everything is ok and stated that it wasn't in a low tone, and how I didn't appreciate the fact 2 additional customers were put before me as they had walked 5 min after me. Dodi goes hyper Karen on me stating that the new waitress was new and treats me like I'm some flagrant felon. At this point, the only sit-down meal I've had in 2 weeks was today and because of my pain I couldn't even enjoy that. I have 2 days worth of can goods left on my truck as the wife and I are separated and headed for divorce. I cashed in the remaining stocks I had on Robinhood to purchase this meal and leave some semblance of a tip. I felt horrible that I didn't have more to give the new waitress, but $1.67 is all that I could afford. I guess Dodi forgets the 2 pennies face-down is the traditional insult and makes a mockery of me in front of everyone. So I exclaimed that that's all I could afford. I won't be eating or making any purchases of any kind at this TA again.

It would be a nice truckstop if ta would stand behind their word and tow dropped trailers and people using the lot for their own personal drop yard. Big sign out front on all the ta that say dropped trailers will be towed at owners expense . Would be alot more room if they towed dropped trailers and truckstop wouldnt fill up at noon . 85 spaces fill up quick when 40 of them are taken up by dropped trailers .

The people working in the store are great. Helpful, friendly, and it's clean. The shop is a disaster, whomever hires for the store should hire for the shop. The girl behind the counter Shelby was her name, she is very mean to driver's and the mechanics. I was trying to get prices for a water pump and 2 steers. The manager Lindsey didn't know that my CAT engine was short for CATERPILLAR. Since when does TA not replace water pumps? Shelby said there's a Love's up the road. Horrible service in the shop, if you can get service.

5 Stars all the way. It is rear in this industry to find such professionalism and desancy in a mechanic or technician at any truck stop. I have to say that I was truly impressed with the technician at this TA. He listened intently to what I said and explained clearly without rushing it, what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He made sure the problem was fixed and did not just push me out the door. Great positive attitude and seemed to love what he does.Thank you Tristan, technician at the TA in Canton OH.

Incredible breakfast! I had double bacon omelet, cooked perfectly. Not brown from overlooking. Also sausage gravy on hash browns, cooked correctly on the grill as opposed to idiots that deep fry potatoes. Everything was great. Waitress great. Price, great.

I called the day before to get my truck service and was told to come the next day since they don’t make appointments. Then I get there soon as they open and tell me I can’t get service it’s a list of people ahead of me. If you’re taking walk-ins only then that doesn’t seem right to me. The female working the midnight shift is very rude with no customer service skills whatsoever. I simply asked if the store was hiring and if so, did they have any spots on the midnight shift. The first time I asked she told me she “couldn’t share that information”. I waited a few days and tried again. The second time I asked she got very upset and very rude, did not give me a answer. I wouldn’t not suggest going to this stop, no people skills or manners at all.

I'm usually quite pleased with the TA locations but I was very disappointed here in N Canton. This place was small, though kept very clean. The showers are extremely small. It's no exaggeration that it was difficult getting dressed. Staff was very friendly, though didn't seem to be well trained. Restaurant food was ok, not exceptional or anything. Though my dinner check was for $12 something, the server charged $19 on my credit card. Thankfully I caught it and got it corrected. Very small truck parking area, need to get the by 1600 unless you're willing to pay.

The guy Brian had me to drive 50 miles for oil change and DOT inspection and when I arrived he informed me that I will be looking at 7 hours of a wait.
Pls be honest with people and don’t think if you have me drive there I’ll agree to what you said.

I have been eating breakfast most mornings at this location for the better part of the past 5 years. There are several long-serving waitresses who are fantastic. Unfortunately, they recently hired a new waitress who is mean and rude. In my first interaction with her she overcharged me $5 for my regular breakfast. When I politely brought it to her attention, she accused me of trying to get a bigger discount. This was after I observed her getting into it with a professional truck driver whose order was incorrect. He had the gall to ask for it to be fixed, and her response was, "What are you complaining about!?!"

I contacted TA corporate with my concerns, and I came into the store at 6 AM one morning to speak with the new site manager. He assured me he would address the issue. I left town for a week, and when I pulled into the parking lot there she was continuing to wait tables.

So, that's the end of the story, I guess. I know it's hard to get good people, but I estimate I spent about $5,000/year eating at this establishment. It was part of my morning routine. No more. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove down the road to a different restaurant. It's time for a new routine.

I eat breakfast at the North Canton location all the time. Unfortunately, it has become so expensive I may just find somewhere else to start eating. My morning meal (3 eggs scrambled with cheese, hashbrowns, and chopped steak with a Diet Come) is now $16.05 after tax. Prices just went up for the second time in the past six months. What they need to do is to figure out how to fill these empty booths instead of jacking up the prices all the time.

On a positive note, the serving staff at this location are outstanding.

Stopped to get air in tire. Young man heard a slow leak so we bought repair items needed from him and he repaired it on spot. He was such a pleasant and friendly young man in the truck service area. You don’t many employees like that in today’s world. We were back on road very quickly.

While standing in line, cashier reached past me to help the man behind me in line first. Not only did he have to violate social distancing but what was that? There were even two more cashiers just standing there. Charged me an extra day to park extended reserve parking but I didn't argue because I was desperate to get home to my son's wedding in Michigan. My company was already not getting me home. I didn't need the help. I had to leave my truck and rent a car. So it was a sexist, expensive and rude experience.

Absolutely the dirtiest truck stop I’ve ever stepped foot in. I know us truck drivers may not be the cleanest people in the world but this place smells like a 1970’s drug den. Bathrooms are nasty and they have zero options for grab and go food. And what is there is hours old and taste like welfare and two packs of stale Newport’s in the rain.

This is a very SMALL TA. Parking is slim to none. I only got one because I got here right at 2:pm. Went inside to pay ($18.00!!!) and when I came out the last two open spaces were already filled!
The Country Pride is closed, so there is no food until next month. Only choices are a bag of chips because there isn't anything around to get actual food.
Won't come back unfortunately. :(

spent my 34 hour restart here.... place was clean and organized, little small but that is ok. Did laundry at this facility and that also was well kept and neat. Along with the store services I had my oil change done in the shop here as well. Had almost an all lady crew working in there today. Was super impressed with the technicians working today (all ladies)but knew what they were doing and did great work.. Not so impressed with the service writer.

I am a truck driver, 36 years, and the attitude of large truckstop chains is profit over value. I don't mind paying for a meal, but I want my money's worth. When I mentioned my concerns, I was told that's the portion you get. The contemp was very obvious.

Stopped in last night for a soda and fella working register was super nice with a great personality! Came back this morning after loading down the road to a really nice young lady at register when I went to retrieve fuel receipt. That's all it takes with us... didn't try the restaurant or showers but I'm sure they're good too.

Got here early to grab a quick shower and go to sleep... A clean shower with great pressure helped me fall asleep real quick 💯💯💪🏿💪🏿

The ladies room was really clean and well stocked. When we had dinner, the servers clearly worked as a team. Our food came out very quickly, hot, fresh, and by another server when ours was busy. She didn't mind getting us extra napkins and our original server came back to check on us a few minutes after dinner was served. About halfway through the meal someone else refilled our drinks without even asking. She observed what we needed and brought it. Couldn't ask for better service, and the food was good!

This TA has the BEST SALAD BAR & FOOD at any "Country Pride" ever!!! Fully stocked, clean, tidy, neat & many many choices; for healthy eaters, picky eaters, & hearty eaters!! I recommend this establishment for a nice meal that is served with kindness & goodness. :) The wait-staff is the best!! Our sweet waitress was very polite, & on-the-ball with everything we ordered. It's a big bonus when the food matches the pictures in the menue:)💯‼🥰👍

It had been several years since i last visited this TA. It was pretty run-down, dimly lit, and the restaurant was not good. Somebody has cleaned, rebuilt, re-energized the old place! I had a wonderful, tasty, and filling meal. The salad bar had been a disaster - It is now CLEAN, well tended, and somebody took care and (I hope) pride in how the whole salad bar and its servings appeared. A well-earned pat-on-back to all involved.
