Items are the quality you would expect for the prices. My biggest complaint is that they have A bunch of self-checkouts and they keep all of them closed and opt to have cashiers run them instead. What used to be a 10-minute trip turned into 30 minutes because of the lines at the cash registers...

Personally I am not a fan of this store. Yes, stuff is cheap but also it's cheap, if you get my drift. I think of it like a surplus junk store. I suppose it can be of short term value but I just don't recommend it. You can find comparable deals on better items elsewhere.

Place is nice, but if you have self check outs, let people check themselves out. Every time I come here there is a single register open with someone checking out for you. You either trust people to use self check out or you don't and hire more cashiers and have stations for them.

Shopping in the store is fine. However, shopping online is a nightmare. I ordered something online, and the sale was processed. A few days later, I received an email saying the order was cancelled with no reason given.

We found the staff to be friendly and the store well organized as well as clean. We found several things here that raised our quality of life in unexpected ways. Checking out took a bit of extra time because there was only one clerk at check out and they were scanning each person’s items for them at the self checkouts for them.

I like going to five below but there is just 1 big issues is what is sold at the stores is that USB carport today I noticed that the carport had melted in the car it would not keep the phones charged up and would go on and off don’t get that one it melted so bad I could see the inside

Isn't really 5 below anymore. Items cost up to $35 or more. Some of it is $5 below but the quantity and quality of those items are less than they used to be. Atmosphere is totally chaotic. The new layout is also quite chaotic. If you need some board games it's a place to go and some good workout equipment

10 self checkouts available, but I was forced to stand and awkwardly hand my items to an employee who scanned so.... friggin.... slow. Why have self service if I cant use it? Some of us prefer to not make chit chat at the register with the employer who insists "no I HAVE to check you out."

All self check out. Asked for employee discount due to me having to do the work myself. Was ignored. If there's nobody to check me out, then I get the discount. They have no problem raising the prices over $5, but can't keep employees to get customers checked out. Aisles overcrowded. Nothing organized with the sleep pants. A lot of merchandise without prices.
