We purchased 4 new tires and had them installed 10 days ago. We got in the car to leave for a trip to NC to discover one tire almost flat. We stopped at your tire center and the one and only tech was so busy he didn’t have time to come out to at least get the cap off since they had tightened it so tight we couldn’t get it to release to check the pressure. Went to Drug Mart to purchase a pair of pliers, got the cap off and tire was at 13 pounds of pressure. We went back inside and the tech nicely offered to check it even though he was overbooked. Found a leak and fixed it while a manager stood and watched saying the tech should not have helped us-we should have come back in the afternoon when all the other customers were taken care of. The tech then had to do the paperwork while the manager just stood there! Why couldn’t he have done the paperwork and let the tech work on the next job if he was so concerned about those customers? 5 Stars for the tech and 1 star for management for not having enough employees scheduled to be able to take care of customers!

HOWEVER, I am done with the extremely pushy phone sales people. Without fail and even when I’m in the middle of speaking with someone I am with, they will block my path and start talking at me. For this reason alone I will ALWAYS choose Costco or than have to deal with these people. My membership will not be renewed.

I order for delivery and it has gotten to the point they are picking food that expires within a months time. I am talking about things like Mac and cheese, Oreos things like that. Plus if you are ordering for delivery and your order is 300 you better have 600 because they do not take the hold off of the first charge when they charge the final tally, like Walmart does.

Employees are friendly! I mean the live ones! Watch out for inventory robot "tally " . Usually only one live checkout lane. Several self checkouts, but card only no cash. Great buy on 8lb ore Ida crinkle cut French fries for 8.99 Thats one dollar and 12 cents a pound. Bottled water 40count for 3.99. That's 10 cents a bottle. Lol. Well today I am editing because I was wrong. There are a 2 or 3 credit and cash machines that they added I guess the clerk said almost a year ago. As I was advised to use a self self checkout as zero live lanes were available. To be honest tally again was in my path and interrupted my shopping experience. So sadly I am going to have to alter my review to 4. Employees are great! But obviously management??? Gas station employees are great and respectful 5 star to them.

I received a membership invitation for 20$ and I should receive 20$ back, when I applied they said I should pay 20$ then I should buy stuff for 60$ then I’ll receive 20$ back, which that it’s not in the invitation. We like the store, and shop there monthly. We do not appreciate the AT&T salesman bothering us every single time.

My husband put his hand up and said no thanks, and the guy stepped in front of him and kept talking.

This was my first experience with any BJs. We needed 100 folding chairs for our non profit . Cosco and Sam's both had limits of like 5 and 6. Not only did BJs not limit them, the manager pulled boxed stock making them easier to handle and transport. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. I know this should be the norm ,but no so much anymore. I was though disappointed in the stock. Very limited inventory.

Recently, several staff members went above and beyond to help me, and I’m SO thankful! A few weeks ago, about 15 minutes to closing time, with a cart full of essential groceries, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. I do have my cards saved in the app and I usually use ExpressPay, but my phone had just died! Feeling very embarrassed (this had NEVER happened before!), I approached a cashier and explained my situation, and I also did not have time to run home and get my wallet before closing. Instead of taking my cart, she told me that she would find me a phone charger, AND SHE DID! She enlisted the help of a young man at the pickup area, and he allowed me to borrow his personal phone charger so that I didn’t have to go home without groceries. They did not have to do any of that, but they went above and beyond for me, and they truly saved the day! Thank you, BJ’s employees, for always being awesome! You are appreciated

I was in the restroom washing my hands, when an employee came in. Used the rest room as well, did not wash his hands and left the rest room and went back to work. You would think after the entire world had a pandemic about spreading germs and what not, we could atleast wash our hands.

Edited: Customer service for curbside customers is lacking. We ordered $25 Salmon and it was delivered rotten, which we did not find out until the next day when we went to cook it. Looking at sell by date, it was so near to expiring that it should have been on clearance sale.

Hint to store: if you are going to give fish that is almost expiring to your curbside customers and you are going to shop it early at least have the decency to make sure it is well refrigerated.

Giving them one star because of their customer service response. They have yet to get back to us regarding this and we had to throw the fish out because it smelled so badly that we are probably out the $25. Even walmart allows you to "return' bad items in app.

Should report you to the FTC and health deparment over this. You are lucky your in-store shopping experience is so good or else I would.

Put the carts back in the store. Every grocery, Sams club, Costco, Discount Drug Mart, Walmart in the NE Ohio area has them INSIDE! With your store between Sams and Costco you really need to move them inside especially before winter or you will loose members.

They're doing some Renovations inside so they've moved a lot of things around. I'm not really liking the floor plan at this time but they still may be in the process of moving these items to different places. And their food prices have gone up. I'm not sure if it's such a bargain as it was at the time during covid. The electronics in the Furniture seems to be reasonably priced

I have never been to the physical store. However, I will never do business with them online again. I ordered a mattress online that was supposedly in stock. Five weeks later, they claim to have shipped it, but the tracking number would never work. Ten calls and emails later to customer disservice and still no idea where my mattress is or when it will be delivered. Finally cancelled the order. TERRIBLE online customer service. TERRIBLE

Just as someone else posted recently, I could not get my Michelin tires covered under warranty after only 22,000 miles. It was difficult to get the car in for rotations as they never answer the phone at the tire bay. If you rotate the tires yourself, they will not honor the warranty. I have bought dozens of tires in the past from BJ's. No more.

We got a personal card 2 months ago, and changed it to a business card shortly after. Today, when I tried to use it, I was told that the card had been cancelled, and that we received a refund for our annual fee (we didn’t). We did not cancel the card. The manager told me that their computer didn’t contain any of my account info. I paid for a year of membership and got to use it for 2 months. There wasn’t any customer service to help either.

Great workers in tire shop! But don't try to get help through the mileage warranty if you rotate your own or don't have proof. The north canton location literally has the nicest staff! The order pickup employees are always friendly and handle my groceries with care. They also have the best cakes I've ever had with fair prices. Last weekend I ordered a cake for my 3year olds birthday and the bakery staff went well above and beyond for me!! They ran out of the toys that go on the cake and ended up getting one from a cleveland location. It truly made my daughters birthday and I'm now officially a forever customer!

Had an issue with a screw in one of my tires that I purchased there. Long story short, I lost the original install receipt. Chris in tire center along with management (Ryan & Amanda) went way out of their way to help me locate my receipt in their files and get me a refund. Great staff all the way around.

I usually go to the Akron store, but last night stopped in Canton. The cheese I bought was FULL of mold and the fresh salsa - same brand I always get in Akron - had a mushy texture. I don't know if they leave stuff unrefridgerated there or what, but it was all gross. No more Canton store for me.

I can find some really great deals here!!! For example, my Cascade dishwasher pods, for a 90 count they cost $16.99 and they had a $3.00 off coupon. The best place I can find them for a descent price is the Dollartree....where if I buy 80...I can get them for $20.00....

I just love the deals and the quality of the items I can get for the price of my $25 membership at BJ's!!!!!

Yesterday wanted me to go around to other door to go in & walk right by the people going out? How is that social distancing? Same as going in the other door. Why do I have to stand in line twice. Once to pay for my items & another time at the door so someone can check if I’m stealing something. That has been irritating me ever since I joined. We have gotten rotisserie chickens many times at BJ's. Yesterday we bought two. They were undercooked and really tough. I had to cook them before we could eat them. Don't think I'll buy them again.

My food came out as cold as if it was never heated up. The fresh green beans were not cooked. The sweet potato fries where shriveled up and cold like they were left over from lunch. The chicken must not be fresh...it was cold. Unbelievable. My brother in law had a bison burger that was raw! I've had too many bad meals to go back to this place. They did take it back and microwave it...but it was still awfully with raw beans and old fries!

Tried calling my local store in North Canton Ohio and couldn't anyone to answer the phone in any dept. I tried several times for over 15 minutes. I won't be renewing my membership of I can't get some to answer the phone.

I have bad lungs, due to lung cancer, onlu supposed to walk about 20 feet, git on one of the handicap carts, had a green light, showing fully charged got to back of store, and it quit. Had to walk acrossed whole store out of breath, got on another one checked charge light showed full green went back to bet stuff from first cart, went to go again and that cart quit, my wife helped me out to the car, as far ad I am concerned you can keep your store and your membership, I will not go back, and I will make sure evetybody I kmow hears of this. When you are handicapped ypu have to tely pm those things, if a store this big cam not afford to keep them up, and charged. I dont want tp shop here.
