Was very rudely greeted by a blond woman coming out the door as my boyfriend and I were opening the door to enter. It was snowing and we had our hoods up- not even in the door yet, hadn’t stepped foot in the store - and she rudely told us to take our hoods off and that there’s a sign right there! We left pretty quick, we were very uncomfortable being greeted like this. Been coming here for years, never been yelled at like this. She knew she was rude as she “apologized” for “scaring us off saying that” Very disappointed I was excited to show my boyfriend the store, will never be back, very disgusting behavior, made us very uncomfortable….

Always friendly and a great collection of unique gifts and "must haves"

We traveled from Stow,
"the back way", going east on Tallmadge Road from route 44, till we literally got there. Took about an hour and 20 minutes.
This is a very nice mall, clean and well kept.
Many vendors have their spaces attractively decorated.
There were some sales going on.
More collectibles, than antiques.
Lots of metal signs, vinyl records, vintage jewelry.
Garden flags.

There is alot to see here from trinkets to furniture to vinyl records. Something for everyone. I gave 4 stars because they charge 3 1/2 % for using a charge card but otherwise a nice place to check out.

I've been to many, many antique stores. And this one was not bad at all. Everything was reasonably priced. It was quite the labyrinth of rooms and eclectic items. I picked up a small book for 3.50

You will love this place if you like "picking," decorations and "knick knacks."

I almost got lost in this labyrinth of eye candy.
I wish that I had enough room to decorate with this stuff.

A very rude establishment where they expect you to spend hard earned money but won't provide a customer restroom. They used to have the gall to send you to the gas station restroom next door but the station put a stop to that. I will never go there again, mainly overpriced junk. If you go, bring a bucket!....As for their answer to this review, they are liars. They have been doing this for many years and has nothing to do with Covid-19 protocols. They are just too lazy and careless to provide customers with a basic convenience. My Wife and I laughed when we saw it, what a terrible place. Don't go there, they don't care..., As of 7/25/23 it is still the same, a nice place but no customer restroom, hard to believe!

The prices are very fair and the actual merchandise is lovely but the staff was incredibly rude. When I walked in about a question after just leaving the two girls were talking about my family and I. Very unprofessional.

This place is amazing. The first time we went there was yesterday. It's like an indoor vendor flea market, which I've been to places like that before, but this place is different . they actually had a small mariachi band playing in the back corner the whole time free food and drinks, nothing crazy , but appetizers and sodas ,it they were really good !

Kicked me and my babe out for having a cart in back said there was a sign but I didn't see it about no carts? Said I know its hard with a baby...it was the furniture area and most open and I was coming ti buy a expensive piece of furniture and it was large. I needed her in the cart while I looked at it. Regardless I took my business else were! No option on that. Very unhappy with that. Use to enjoy going there. But not baby friendly and she didn't make a sound or touch things. 😕

Definitely wins the prize for rudest employee in 9/28. Shop closes at 6:00PM. The girl at the front desk greeted me at 5:30 when I arrived with “you have 15 minutes”. I had no intention of keeping her past closing time. My quick scan revealed 2 small items that I wanted to buy. Watching my clock I headed back to desk at 5:40 and was met in the back hall by the same young lady who quickly told me I needed to bring my stuff to the front desk. I stated that I was headed that way but there was no one at the front counter. I also stated that it was a rude way to greet and care for customers. She proceeded to tell me that the sign in the door which informed customers that purchases needed to be brought to the front by 5:45 was there because she didn’t get paid if she stayed past 6:00PM. She checked me out with anger in her eyes. And told me how rude I was. It’s amazing how rude customer service people can be. Sadly Not sad!!! - I will not be a customer any longer.

Pretty neat place. Might be a little scary as in weird but very neat. Very big. No public bathroom. The gas station next door has no public bathroom either. When asked about bathroom, employee did not know about where one might be and seemed very disinterested. Only bad part of experience and no religious goods.

Very controversial but went in without a mask. Was told the owner has cancer and demands I wear a mask. The new “order” states you must wear a mask unless you have a medical condition that prohibits you from wearing a mask. I did very kindly offer to stay six feet away from any patrons and practice social distancing. I reluctantly said I would wear a mask and the lady tried to sell me a cheap blue mask for a dollar. If you have cancer, you probably shouldn’t be in public anyways if you are so worried about your health. In America, we still have the right to not wear a mask if we choose not to. It’s to bad because I really like the store.

I paid for a spot at one of the stores. I was told that I had to keep replenishing my stock without any accounting of the items that were “being sold” and would know the following month what was actually sold. The idea is to keep your items revolving and not show any accountability for them until you receive your next check. My items disappeared as did some of my shelving. The owner would be much better at a carnival act with the slight of hand tricks. She really made my items disappear without compensation.

If you decide to rent a spot keep a complete inventory, do not restock until the items that you already brought in are accounted for no matter how pushy and demanding they are to restock your spot. They will threaten you with “eviction” for not having your spot restocked. Mark your tables with a engraving tool. Permanent magic marker can easily be removed with rubbing alcohol, as I have learned.
My advice is not to rent or shop at the wizard of odds.
