In all fairness I did only get gas but the prices were fair and it was well takin care of. And they did have flex fuel if your car takes that.

Beware of Sheetz in North Lima. Yesterday I took $330 to be deposited into my Venmo account via my card at the register. I asked for the receipt for the transaction. I went out to pump my gas and saw the girl had rang it up as a Vanilla Sky gift card and the transaction said "authorization declined". I went back in. The cashier could not get it to work ( Venmo went to straight Walmart deposits in Sept. I did not know) so she said she would give me my $330 back. I agreed and she handed me my cash. I folded it and put it in a special place in my purse. I get to Walmart to deposit my money and there is only $230. Sheetz shorted me $100. I took it for granted that it was all there when she handed it to me. I call Sheetz. The manager was very rude. I asked to speak to a higher up. He was rude as well. He told me to call customer service. I asked him if he counted the drawer. He said yes, but would not confirm if it was $100 over or not. Since it was a money issue, he wanted me to contact customer service. He also said he would be there until 7PM. I call customer service right after speaking with him. Customer service calls the store. The manager she spoke to said the drawer was never counted and that manager had just left. Now granted, this is 5 minutes after he told me he counted it and he'd be there until 7. I was told to wait until midnight when they would count the drawer. No response after midnight. This morning I called customer service again. I was told I would have to wait at least a week for security to watch the camera footage. I inquired on whether or not she could simply find out if that drawer was $100 over. She said no. Hmmm. My transaction was also deleted from the computer system by the cashier. Wouldn't it make sense to immediately count the drawer. Makes me wonder if the cashier was aware my initial transaction was declined, wouldn't notice, and delete the transaction after I left and pocket the $330. Instead, I noticed, went back in, and didn't notice she had shorted me $100 AND deleted the transaction out of the system. Bad business.

I LOVE Sheetz and live in South Florida where we don’t have them. While working in the area I frequent this store while on my way to work. The lady Kenya, is one of the rudest people I have ever met in customer service! I will be using the other Sheetz while in town! Kenya, get a job where you don’t have to deal with people! Sorry you had to stop vacuuming to actually assist us to get a case of drinks for us and slamming them down!

I put in a DoorDash order literally 3 items and they screwed up two of the 3. These people need to learn how to Read! They are charging u extra and sending the wrong stuff because they are to lazy to actually read the order. I ordered glazed donut holes a gal of milk and a smoothie they sent me a half gal of milk and brownie bites. Door dasher was great though!

Sheetz is my go-to. I enjoy their wide selection of products and MTO.They are my go to on Christmas when I have nothing else to eat. BUT this location constantly has a gross bathroom. Today I took my young boy in to use it and found a disgusting toilet seat. Staff is always friendly and MTOs are always good but bathrooms always gross. C'mon !

This Sheetz sells gasoline, foods, and drinks similar to other locations of the chain. Here my husband filled up our vehicle with gas. Enough pumps were open that we did not have to wait in line. My husband said that gas was about $1.50 less per gallon than where we live!

Sheetz is my go-to. I enjoy their wide selection of products and MTO.They are my go to on Christmas when I have nothing else to eat. BUT this location constantly has a gross bathroom. Great special on gas today. $1.776 a gallon. Ran out of gas just as I was pulling in. Line surprisingly wasn't that long. Just people pulling in from different directions and being unsure which line to get in. Line was moving well when I pulled up, but seemed to get slowed down by huge 4x4 trucks taking up lots of room. The attendants told everyone they ran out of everything except diesel right around 2pm. Said another truck would be in to fill them soon. I gave it a try just wasn't my day. Line at Sheetz in Boardman by the Southern Park Mall was way long and chaotic. No way I was going to try to wait that long, but many were clearly willing. Great deal for anyone willing to wait or maybe go back and try later

I LOVE Sheetz and live in South Florida where we don’t have them. While working in the area I frequent this store while on my way to work. Went in to get 2 bottles of water. When checking out the price was a lot more than was in the cooler in front of the item. Waited and questioned the cashier who didn't want to do anything about it. Called the manager who was a rude man finally got a price efjystmen after waiting for over 15 minutes. Will never go back to this location. When going to Sheetz check your prices because they bait and switch a lot.

The staff is very quick and nice but the last 5 times I've gone in before work there were 20 or more high school kids there, so I had no chance of ordering food or I would be late to work. I cancelled my fryz subscription since I can basically never use it.
