Well kept store with pretty good stock. Needs a bit better care for the live animals there as many of the chicks had crusted over vents and could use more bedding but otherwise a decent store.

So we go by my husband some work boots yesterday and was supposed to get them wide but got medium. And honestly I don’t think I was given a receipt, we had nothing in a bag and I didn’t get a receipt and neither did my husband. So I go to Exchange them today for wide and they have the audacity to tell me the brand new boots they just sold me yesterday were scratched up and she wouldn’t be able to do it without the receipt. Mind you the boots still have the tags on and the soles are clean, never worn besides trying them on yesterday. If there are scratches it’s from being in a box.

WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

(Side note: I think the boots I bought have previously been returned, because when I went there today and looked, the other boxes of boots were bagged inside the box. Mine was not! )

I love atwoods. They usually have what you need at decent price and unlike everywhere else that charges way more and you have to lug it to the front, scan it, bag it all while providing no customer assistance or support at all, they still have staff on the floor to help wirh questions, lugging, loading and a cashier that bags.

Went in there to buy a weedwhacker, it rang up the wrong price. When I tried to tell the clerk she got into a verbal argument with me and began yelling at me. I had to tell her 3 times to stop arguing with me and get a manager. After two hours in there, the manager corrected the problem. Never in my life have I had such a problem just trying to buy a weed eater.

Dont purchase a gun from this place. In fact, dont even ask about the price. Bigger set guy at the counter continued to due his inventory count and didnt mind my question. Was getting ready to clean them out too! Customer service goes a long ways with me.

I love shopping it at Atwoods. Its usually pretty hot in that store though. I dont know how the employees put up with it. The lines are slow moving, especially when theres more than two people in line. Still. I find some pretty great items there. Always a decent shopping trip.

Management is absolutely degrading to their employees, but I do believe that has a lot to do with corporate. I run a small 45 acre farm, Im sorry to say I will not be giving anymore business to that company due to their lack of taking care of their employees.

Terrible service I bought a firearm and had the normal background check wait, when my background was cleared i was called by Paul who is a great associate helped me through the whole thing and said i could come pick up my gun, the next day I went to pick it up and was treated with such disrespect by this old fellow in the back. he said I couldn t get my gun because their count was wrong with their layaways even though I have already paid for my gun and got clearance to get it. he was being super disrespectful for anything I was asking and everyone agreed that was at the counter

Low prices, staff were very friendly. I spent $20 less than I expected. I have been buying work clothes from here for some time, and they are still in use now. Even if I go just to window shop at times, it is worth it.
