After many years of not going to any dunkins due to not having one near us we finally got one. Unfortunately it reminded us of the same inconsistent service that limited our visits way back when. Running out of hash browns was a common occurrence when we use to go and today's visit was no different. Companies have forgotten how important consistency is. The team member was very nice but did nothing but apologize and told us " yeah I know we suck" . Not very professional, guess we will give it another go in another couple years.

Placed an online order and was told to pull around to wait for my order when I had already waited for 10 min for 2 cars in front of me. Didn't make the other cars pull up but the person who placed a mobile order for drive through instead of ordering at the speaker is forced to pull forward. Rude and trashy. The main street location is much nicer and faster. Oh yea with manners

Amazing service and beautiful donuts. People are fast and efficient and love to talk definitely would recommend this dunckin to everyone and anyone. A place to vist in definitely. If I had more money I would go so much more but hey in this economy it's even hard. Them donut hole are fire and awesome coffee to go with. I'm going again tomorrow for sure

I get the same drink every single time I come, rarely I’ll add cold foam. They somehow consistently get the order wrong or add too much of something to where it’s undrinkable and then treat you like you’re the problem when you have to come back to not waste your time and money.

The only good thing about my experience was the employees. They made us feel welcome and were very friendly.
The doughnuts, however, may have well came from the gas station. I have no idea how this doughnut chain is so popular. Some of the worst tasting doughnuts I can remember ever purchasing. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to gourmet doughnuts.

I have given this location 3 tries and all have been bad. This is a lousy store. This time, they tell me to wait that they are working on the order. 10+ minutes later I ask again if it will be ready soon and they say they are out of it and have not been working on it. I guess they just say whatever, whether it is true or not. Terrible service and very warm iced coffee. Bad food, worse service, and dismissive attitude makes for an unsuccessful business model for this locatuon.

9/30/2024 UPDATED: Went in again at about 11:30am and was met by Leann and Caitlyn and they had the best attitudes and everything was hot and fresh! Thx ladies for another great experience! The ladies were so sweet and polite. I loved this location. My sandwich was hot and fresh. This is a treat when we are leaving the doc so it was a great experience thx ladies

For the love of God, PLEASE START MEASURING INGREDIENTS IN DRINKS!!! Im done coming here. You never know what the same drink you get every day is going to taste like. I always get the Churro Latte and its either super good, or like this last time, tastes like it has more sugar in it than 15 Mountain Dews. It was so gross I just poured it out and even had to brush my teeth. They cannot find people to work here that knows what they are doing. The girl at the window is super cool and super nice though! She normally watches them to make sure they make my drink right. This time she wasnt there. They are always running around like chickens with their heads cut off....poorly managed...never consistent...safer going somewhere else.

I would actually give it 3 and 3/4 stars if possible. Twice Ive gone and theyre out of the donut I wanted. Last time my hot coffee was luke warm. I was very disappointed as my standard to compare my pasts visits they set the bar for themselves very high. Perhaps I caught someone on a bad day. Dont count them out. Just be prepared that sometimes the visit will be okay and other times will make you want to return 2 times in the same day. Kid-friendliness: They have a convenient drive thru for parents needing to make a quick stop in the mad dash of life.

I called trying to place an order over the phone for an early morning pick up and the MGR Blake kept calling boss man and told me he wasn t sure he could take a pre order over the phone and then hung up on me. I called back but no one would answer the phone. Finally Blake answered and said the previous call wasn t going anywhere and I was wasting his time. Nice Dunkin D ! Poor over the phone customer service.

I went to the location at 301 East Robinson in Norman, there was a customer at the counter when I came in they were having trouble and could not get the kiosk to work for them. I tried to use the kiosk to get a chocolate filled doughnut for myself and some old-fashioned glazed munchkins for my pup they were both available and on display. But when using the kiosk I could only get it to allow me to buy the chocolate filled doughnut but when I tried to buy munchkins it would only tell me it would sell me assorted munchkins and wanted to know how many I wanted and I went through this process three or four times before I realized it was not going to sell me the particular items that I wanted offering me assorted. After dealing with this piece of technology I was frustrated and I asked if I could get some help from the employees that were working behind the counter the girl looked at me and said sarcastically and rudely there s a kiosk right there. And I replied it is not functioning properly and I cannot get it to do what I need, and she just looked at me like I was from another planet. I said have a nice day and went to leave and then I wanted the managers name and phone number which she replied she was the manager. When I ask her if this is how she handles business she just looked at me like I was stupid and said well I have finish doing what I m doing. When I was walking out the other customer was telling the manager that she also needed help, and was basically getting the same treatment I had just received. I was not expecting them to drop everything they were doing and start taking care of me but I did expect someone to treat me like a customer and act like they were glad I was there.

Their Dunkin Midnight coffee is on their menu. But, they dont brew it until after youre ordered it. I dont like their regular coffee and Im not going to wait 5 minutes for a plain cup of coffee. I wont be going back.

I came around 9:40 ish today 8/2. And who ever was taking the orders was VERY rude. I go there very morning and Ive never been spoken too like that all. Then my order was very messy. Coffee all down my cup. I order the assorted 6 pk donuts, I got it in a bag? Not the box so my donuts were broken/smooshed. I got THREE JELLY FILLED with powder. The powder went all over the place and onto the other donuts. I didnt expect to get so many jelly filled ones. Again I come here pretty much all the time. And the person with the head set was an old white bald dude. He shouldnt be on drive if hes gonna talk to people like that with that tone

I have been a regular at this location since it is so close to my house and I love it! The staff is always friendly and able to answer any questions I have about a drink. The thing that brings me back is the app rewards. They have great deals on the app that change each month. I honestly think Dunkin has the best reward/loyalty program Ive seen at a coffee shop.

Absolutely no stars!!! We live close by the location on Robinson, in Norman, Oklahoma, we never get the order right. This morning I ordered a box of munchkins assorted and I got 2 flavors of cake donut holes (definitely not assorted). The caramel latte was supposed to be hot, I guess they forgot the hot it was definitely a cold latte in a hot cup. I will not go back. I hate this because we were excited to get a Dunkin Donuts in Norman. Kid-friendliness: The whole experience was disappointing
